Front of Store: Show above is the department store of LAI, LAI is a minimalism style store, and it is clear can see the logo is placed on the wall behind the cashier desk. Also, the store has 8 standing fixture and 3 wall fixtures showing garments and accessories.
Plan view and tags: Show above is the store LAI’s structure of layout. The left one is the overlook of the store. The right one is shown the planogram tags to illustrate which fixture placed in where. And from the right phpto, each fixture has the number which display in this document.
Front of store displays: The layout of the store provides a quite wide entrance to customer, and the most fixtures are divided to both side of the store. On the left side, there is a wall fixture to display some bag and fabric shopping bag and few garment. On the right side, there is a stand fixture to display some accessories: key chain, umbrella and scarf.
Interior: From the layout of LAI store, there are 4 area of customer service: cashier desk, Fitting room, chair for rest and the mirror area for customer to review. The cashier desk is quite large, it is allow 2 employees to work on there. Then, there are two fitting rooms are located on both side corner, it is large enough can let customer to try garments. The chairs are located in front of the cashier desk, ther are 3 chairs for customer to take a rest when they waiting for using the fitting room. The review area include two mirrors in the store, the one is located just outside of fitting room, it is convenient for customer to review after they come out from the fitting room. Also, there is another one is located on the wall that is the left side.
Interior:
Accessories: In the middle of the store, there are 4 standing fixtures display some accessories, including 3 bags, 2 hats, 1 belt, few T-shirts, and free fashion look books for customers. The 3 standing fixtures on the left also display some sneaker shoes to help customer complete their outfit. On the left side of the entrance, there is a wall fixture to display some bag and fabric shopping bag and few garments.

Carpets:
In the store, there are two carpets which located on both side, one is the left with 3 standing fixtures, another one is on the right with 2 wall fixtures and 1 standing fixture. And the carpets colour is dusty pink. Becasuse the whole store style is like white and grey style, so the dusty pink can help the whole room get more bright.
Wall View
The wall with the store name and poster is a main wall of the store which can attract to customers walk into store. This is a very customer focused area: cashier desk, fitting room. review area. The store name is show on the wall with the white background. Next to the name logo, there is a poster with minimalism style. And, the both side of the main wall has two fitting rooms that is easy to find. In front of the wall. there are 4 standing fixtures to display some accessories. The two backpacks and one cross body bags are displayed in the middle to creat a whole outfit. Then, there are 2 different style fishing hat, and one belt. In addition, in the first row of standing fixtures, the few fashion look books are offered to customers for reference.
Wall View
The second wall is the right side wall of store, there are three standing fixtures. The fixtures mainly feature include outwears, trousers, shirts, t-shirts, folded garments and accessories. In fact, the outwears and trousers are in the left side, and the shirts and T-shirts are located in the right side to create their own collection. Also, customers can find the whole outfit from this side.
Wall View
The third wall is the left side wall of store, the standing fixture is on the left side of the wall, it displays four bags: one backpack and three cross body bags. Then two different colour fabric shopping bag are hung on the fixtures. For the three standing fixtures which are located on the carpet have different types and colours sweatshirts offered to customers to promote the season’s range.

This fixture is located on the middle of the store. The cross body bag is displayed on the right side of the fixture, and the fishing hat is displayed on the left side.
Planogram 3
This fixture is located on the middle of the store, There are 2 row of the standing fixtures in the middle of store. which can attracts to customer.
The bagpack is displayed on the left of the fixture, and next to it, there is a fishing hat.
Planogram 4 There are 2 row of the standing fixtures in the middle of store. This fixture is located on the left of the first row. The bagpack is displayed on the right of the fixture, to help customer sto complete their outfit when they shopping in store. Then, next to it, there are few fashion look book about the garments from this store, which can help customers follow the trend or give customers ideas.
Planogram 5
There are 2 row of the standing fixtures in the middle of store. This fixture is located on the right of the first row. There are 5 stripe sweatshirts are folded on the right of the fixture. Next to the sweatshirt, there is a leather belt.
Planogram 6
This fixture is located on the lower right side. jackets are displayed on the top of the fixtures. and the trousers are displayed underneath of the jackets to provide a complete outfit to customers. Also, there are four types of tops are folded on fixtures which can provide to customer try as well. The number of hung garments are 5 of each types to allow at least 5 different sizes hung on the fixtures.
Planogram 7 This fixture is also located on the right side, and it just next to the fixture(planogram 6). On the top of the fixture, there are two types of shirts which hung are 5 of each type to show the different sizes to customers. Underneath, two types of T-shirts and shirts outwears are hung on the fixtures. Also, there are four types of sweatshirts are folded on the fixtures to provide complete the outfit.
Planogram 8 This fixture is postioned next the fixture (Planogram 6). on the fixtures, there are three types accessories are hung on the fixture: scarf, unbrella, and the key chain to promote this brand and the season range.
Planogram 9
This fixture is postioned on the left side at the first row(show on the map number 9). On the left side of the fixture, three types of sweatshirts hung on the rail to promote the season range. on the right side of the fixture, three matching hats are also provided.
Planogram 10
This fixture is postioned on the left side at the second row (show on the map number 10). Three types sweatshirts are displayed on the rail, there are three colours of those sweatshirts to provided to customers complete their outfit. Also, three types of sneakers are displayed on the right side of the fixture to promote the season range.
Planogram 11
This fixture is postioned on the left side third row (show on the map number 11). There are two types of sports outwears and one type of sweater are hung on the rail. Also, each types have 5 to allow at least 5 different sizes provided to customers. Then, there three different sneakers are showed on the right side.
Planogram 12
This fixture is located on top left side. There are four bags and two different types fabric shopping bags. This location is easy to noticed, so it can attract customer while they walk into store. Also, it helps complete the outfit while customers are shopping. In addition, the folded stripe sweaters and white t-shirts are popular and easy to match other garments, so they are folded on the fixture to customers.
