During heavy rains, water flows to the surface, penetrates into the earth, is absorbed by plants, and is purified and stored by rainwater collectors.

In order to achieve the purpose of transporting rainwater stored underground to the ground for utilization, the up and down operation of the elevator is used as the power system of the exchange space between water and air. When the elevator goes down, the rainwater returns to the reservoir and the excess air is discharged through the pipe. When the elevator goes up, the air enters the reservoir and the rainwater goes up into the sky rain garden.

At the end of a rainstorm, the rainwater stored can be humidifiers for subway stations, water for plants, water features, or washing cars.

During a rainstorm, the sky rain garden receives some of the rainwater. After the rainstorm is over, the irrigation system uses pumps and pipes to extract rainwater from the ground to the growing area in the sky to irrigate the plants, so that the rainwater can be fully reused.

Through the violent vibration of the ultrasonic wave, the water is squeezed out through the small sieve hole of a fixed diameter, forming a water mist.

The site is divided into three parts: flyover, ground and underground. The main service group is the nearby residents, meeting the needs of commuting during heavy rains and at the same time shields the sky space from heavy rains; it provides moisture to the plants in the flyover space during commuting and leisure.The rainwater collector collects rainwater to the underground water storage space through an umbrella-shaped device non-storms and acts as a humidifier to increase the humidity of the air in the subway station.
