Blue Screen ï‚· You see a blue screen of death. Don't panic, you can follow the below to fix it.
 Connect your iPhone to a computer and start up iTunes. While it's connected, reboot your iPhone by pressing and holding the Power and Home buttons. The Apple logo should show up, but continue holding until you see the Recovery screen. An error window should show up in iTunes telling you that your iPhone needs to be restored or updated. Pick Update and iTunes should try to reinstall iOS without sacrificing your data. All should be smooth sailing from here on out. But should the process take more than 15 minutes, your iPhone will exit Recovery mode and you will need to restart the whole process again. Don't connect to Wi-Fi  You're supposed to be on Wi-Fi, but it's just not connecting to the network. Time after time, your iPhone tries to make the connection, and fails even though the Wi-FI network you're trying to connect to is clearly available. Don't give up.
Fix it: Aside from checking the router and cable connections, you should also make sure the Wi-Fi setting is switched on in your phone under Settings then Wi-Fi. If not, try enabling Airplane mode for 30 seconds then disabling it. If that still doesn't work, you should restart your iPhone as well as your router. Unplug it and plug it back in if you have to. And if that doesn't do the trick, try resetting your Network Settings by going to Settings, then General, then Reset, and finally Reset Network Settings. Doing this will reset your Wi-Fi networks and passwords though, so be prepared to do some reentering. Frozen Screen If your iPhone's screen becomes unresponsive or "frozen", your best bet is to power the phone off and on again. If this doesn't work, try to reset your phone by holding the home button and the Power
button at the same time. If it's still frozen, you can connect your phone to your computer and use iTunes to restore the OS. Remember, you should always back up your data before restoring in iTunes. iPhone doesn't reboot You've tried the previous method, but your iPhone still stubbornly refuses to wake up. It's not starting up, neither is it turning on. Don't give up hope yet, there are still steps you can take. Fix it: Plug your iPhone in and start charging it for at least an hour. If all goes well, you should see the charging screen (image on the left) blink on within the first few minutes of plugging in. If that screen still doesn't appear, or all you see is the iPhone prompting you to charge it even though it's already plugged in (image on the right), check the charging cable to make sure it's not damaged, or switch to another

As a last resort, back up your data and then try to restore your phone in iTunes. If none of this works, it's possible that there's an actual hardware problem with your camera, in which case your best bet would be to contact Apple or take the phone to your nearest iPhone repair shop.

Also, make sure that your Carrier Settings are updated. You can check on that by going to Settings, General, then About. If there's one available, you will be prompted to update at this point.
