INTRODUCTION DACSA focuses in offering solutions and engineering innovations for centrifuges process in the sugar area, with the main objective of designing the maximum practicality, efficiency and performance of centrifugal. Centrifuging is the last process before sugar packaging, and for this reason, the commitment of our designs and engineering is to offer internationally quality and safety standards, as the centrifugal equipment has a direct contact with the product itself, this before its distribution and commercialization.

Our main commitment is to provide 100% quality and safety in the centrifuge process and guarantee a Premium Sugar. Thanks to the constant commitment, DACSA has expanded, beyond Mexico its international markets, taking a great importance of the sugar production process in sugar mills around the world.


AUTOMATIONS

For sugar centrifugal, automation has been a key part of the updating process. The technological advances stimulated the research and looked to optimize equipment and processes. DACSA, knowing the importance of centrifugal within the sugar process, wishing to promote in time product quality, was established in 2002, with implementation, development and design services exclusively in centrifugal automations. Through the years of design. a wide catalog of improvements for the processes and components of any type, model and brand of centrifugal, including with the diversity of the Mexican sugar mills and satisfied by the work, made possible the expansion throughout the world of DACSA. The objective was clear: to achieve systematic operating conditions, to reduce complex mechanisms and generate a controllable environment with the reduction of human work, so the words quality, safety, accessibility, optimization and innocuousness became the roots of an entire career goals, achievements and successes.

AUTOMATIONS FOR CONTINUOUS CENTRIFUGAL

The optimization of the process for continuous centrifugal with the DACSA´s formula products, offer the ideal safety treatment for sugar, guaranteeing an adequate process and quality of results. [05]

WATER CONTROL It regulates the amount of water flow in conjunction with the motor energy and the percentage of opening of the feeding valve. Applying correctly these parameters achieves the best spin performance.

In order to avoid excess of water, the above system was designed, which works by a short closed cycle. It is automatically fed back allowing the proportional water of the mass lubrication to be controlled, based on the motor energy.


FOOD CONTROL Regardless of the different consistencies of the dough, the control will automatically regulate the feed. Obtaining always the same load in the centrifuge, this system can be operated automatically or manually, according to how the operator wants it. It regulates the opening of the butterfly valve in stainless steel with EPDM seal (KTW standard), reliable and accurate system that in addition to the load control solves the problems of sugar mills in terms of quality and product recovery to avoid losses in the process.

All the input / output values and the equipment processes are structured. Timly detection of failures and automatic protections thanks to the control software, which automatically collects operation data to generate reports.


AUTOMATIC WASHING SYSTEM

The automatic screen washing system with water is installed, with the integration of backflow valves to avoid annoying water hammer blows. The automatic washing system of screen with steam is also installed, these washes can be programmed according to what is required by the mill and from the touch screen.

Keep your Centrifugal clean and in optimal operating conditions. The system of washing with water and automatic steam, helps to keep always clean the components of the centrifugal, turning the equipment into the ideal machine for the processing of sugar. From the control panel the times in which it is required to wash with water or vaporize the envelope are programmed. Once the wash cycle has been completed, the centrifugal automatically returns to its normal operating parameters. With this option a factor of protection is created more to the machine, taking care of its maintenance.

MAINTENANCE UNIT Efficient water separation with automatic purge, filters the air and lubricates to achieve a continuous benefit. Air filtering in two stages (40 and 5 microns) with lubrication and automatic purge stage. Closing valve 3/2 with manual activation and exhaust outlet to avoid counter-pressure.

FEEDING Our implementation seeks to avoid typical problems that compromise the product during feeding, including a butterfly valve: stainless steel with EPDM seat (KTW standard) that prevents mass runoff during spinning, drying and unloading of the product, eliminating contamination of the product, final product, maintaining the tightness of the machine and achieving the safety of the product. Through the positioning system of the valves that execute the desired opening level, also considering the quantity of the mass and working in relation to our improvement of analog load control. WASHING SYSTEM Treatment proposed for an exceptional production, decreases the amount of impurities and avoids color variations.

HOW DOES IT WORK? Consists of 25mm (1�) high pressure food grade hoses that withstand high temperatures, water filter, stainless steel inclined seat valve with backflow closure to prevent water hammer, water pressure switch for fault detection and washing flute with angular stainless steel system that form a precise water fan to achieve the correct washing of the sugar with high efficiency and durability.

IMPORTANCE The washing of sugar is a fundamental part in the centrifugation process because there is no other way to eliminate residual sugar honey in the sugar bean. Our washing system is executed at the right time and with the proper control of water, reducing humidity, favoring the melting of grain, decreasing the amount of impurities and avoiding variations in the color of sugar.

DISCHARGER Available for any model and brand of centrifugal.

TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR TEAM’S MAXIMUM POTENTIAL. Practical design located on the lid of the centrifugal, easy installation that saves time for maintenance, technology and its operation system make your spare parts easy to acquire. It consists of a stainless steel hollow bar, on this the blade is held in stainless steel, provided with nylamid pallets for food grade, which cleans the screen avoiding the maximum re circulation of the sugar back to the process; avoids damage or breaks to the screens and achieves greater speed in the discharge cycle; making it the ideal and optimal option to download the product.

INNOCUOUSNESS The food grade nylamid blade ensures the safety of the product while it is fully discharged by means of its precise scraping which prevents damage or breakage to the screens.

OPTIMIZE THE DOWNLOAD PROCESS Its system consists of three standardized pneumatic cylinders (horizontal, vertical and safety). This allows to calibrate the discharger for optimal operation, helps to ensure smooth entry, avoiding damage to the screens, the safety damper will prevent the pallet from entering at high speed, thus avoiding damage to the centrifugal and mainly to users.

REFURBISHMENT Due to its technology and its operation system it allows its spare parts to be easily acquired, since all its components are commercial and manufactured anywhere, it is very quick to replace them.

DISCHARGE VALVE SYSTEM Real and total download of the product.

Total adaptation of the components of your current system with the change of cylinders, invests in efficiency by improving the mechanism that guarantees the absence of filtration, avoid run-off and obtain a real and total discharge of the product. By means of a valve located in the lower part of the basket and driven by pneumatic cylinders from the top of the basket, this is achieved through a stainless steel sleeve fixed to the bell. It also includes a mass distributor that is fixed to the main axle of the machine at the height of the fall of the mass that achieves a fast load and uniform distribution to the height-width of the basket.


LUBRICATION SYSTEM Keep a completely hermetic box of ball bearings.

INCLUDING? Oil nebulizer system that regulates the oil outlet and the injected air pressure towards the ball bearing box, with oil recovery tanks and pressure regulator for the proper calibration of the air coming from the maintenance unit. Eliminates pumps, storage tanks and high oil consumption with great effectiveness to improve the service life of the bearings, prolong the life of the bearing box and reduce maintenance costs as much as possible.
