The foundation of XoroLMS is the configured engineered labor standards, which allow individual performance to be consistently measured. The Labor Management system accommodates standards for direct and indirect labor. Based on labor standards, the labor application calculates the standard time for work assignments which are created within the Warehouse Management system. Employees receive immediate feedback on their performance including the standard time for the assignment, the time they took to complete the assignment and their performance against the benchmark. Their performance includes daily and week-to-date totals. Additionally, the system accounts for all scheduled work assignment time. This allows management to review and analyze performance, including, unaccounted time and delay time by work type, individual employee and individual supervisor, shift, department and facility.

What is a Labor Standard? Standard performance is used by the LMS as a benchmark to measure individual performance. Standard performance is defined as the rate of output that qualified workers will naturally achieve without over-exertion during the working day or shift, provided that they adhere to the specified method and are motivated to apply themselves to their work. The system is able to measure individual performance, compare performances by different individuals and evaluate supervisors on the basis of group performance. All performance information is updated online so that you can obtain an up-to-the-minute picture of labor performance at any time. The online enquiry capabilities are supplemented by numerous printed reports that are generated on request or that may be scheduled to run daily or weekly.
