time prep: 5 min. servings: 1 What You Need: 1 container (6 oz.) strawberry low-fat yogurt 1 (0.27 oz.) KOOL-AID Singles Cherry Drink Mix 6 strawberries 1 cup ice cubes Make It: BLEND all ingredients except ice in blender until well blended. ADD ice; blend on high speed until thickened. ENJOY!
Kiwi Mango Layered Smoothie
Prep time: 7-10 minutes 4 Servings •2 1/2 cups frozen mango •3/4 cup vanilla fat-free yogurt •1/4 cup honey •2 tablespoons water •1/2 teaspoon grated lime rind •3 ripe kiwifruit, peeled •2 cups ice cubes 1. Place mango, 1/2 cup yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons water, and lime rind in a blender; process until smooth, stirring occasionally. Divide mango mixture into each of 4 serving glasses; place glasses in freezer. 2. Place 1/4 cup yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey, kiwi, and rest of the ingredients in blender; process until smooth. spoon green kiwi mixture onto mango mixture in the glasses, working carefully around inside of each glass to create a clean Servings: 2 horizontal line. Prep time: 5-7 minutes -2 cups water -2 cups cashews, soaked 4-8 hours, discard soaking water -1 cup raspberries (frozen) -1 cup peaches (frozen) -2 tablespoon agave nectar -1 tablespoon vanilla extract 2 servings -4 ice cubes (if you want it prep time: 7 minutes colder) -1/2 cup blueberries Preparation: -1/2 cup strawberries 1. Place cashews and water in a blender -1/2 cup blackberries and process on high speed until creamy, -1 medium carrot (about 1 minute) -1 cup low-fat milk 2. Add raspberries, peaches, agave and -1 cup pomegranate (cranberry is an vanilla and blend until smooth okay substitute) 3. Blend in ice cubes if desired -2 cups ice 4. Serve in tall glasses Blend all ingredients together in blender, pour and enjoy!
