The role-players included CPF Sector 3, CPF Sector 4, ADT Security, K2 Security, Ultimate Security, Eye Spy Security, Eagle Eye Security and Black Tiger Security.

The purpose of the operation was to create visible policing during the high risk periods of loadshedding and to ensure safety of communities, in particular in areas regarded as crime hotspots. The operation focused on areas such as Stanger Manor, Highridge, Oceanview, Warrenton and Windy Heights. The operation was a huge success as no crime was reported in the affected areas during the patrols.
