Continued from page 1 donor milk bank pilot project. This will also be designated as a donor milk bank to the entire iLembe District Municipality (IDM). The approach followed by the Stanger Provincial Hospital (SPH) Dietetics Department is based on a community-based model whereby abandoned and / or orphaned babies that are less than six months receive donated breast milk. Donors are found in the community through local media and then taught how to express and store the milk which is then collected for pasteurising and freezing. Surveys conducted suggest that the greatest fear among mothers in KZN is that their baby will get a disease from a donor breast feeder. However the community can be assured of world class safety as this concept is supported by the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) as well as the World Health Organisation (WHO). The state of the art devices will effect pasteurization of the donor breast milk and prepare it for cold storage and stored for up to six months. For being a human breast milk donor or for FIRST IN KZN: From (L-R) Ms Thameluthando Ngcobo (Hospital Manager) and Councillor Thulani Khuluse more information contact the Dietetics Department on 032 437 6129 / 6021 / 6312 or the (Hospital Board Chairperson) officially opening the KZN's Breast-Milk Bank at the neonatal unit on Nursery on 032 437 6176 / 6177 and / or email: first Donor Human Thursday, 29 August 2013 Dietician.StangerHospital@kznhealth.gov.za

Mayor welcomes Man saves mother and father release of protesters from burning flat SET ABLAZE: Mdoniville Flat destroyed by raging fire

INSET: Southree (left) and Sadhaseelan (right) safe and sound

By Xpress Reporter

A flat was set ablaze in Mdoniville at 5:50 am on Tuesday morning by a suspected drug addict. The fire was caused by a suspected drug addict who lives in the flat next door. Roshan Lodiaparshad who lives in the flat below came home from work to find the flat above his on fire. Anand Moodley who lives in a flat next door to the suspected mid 30's male drug addict arsonist then helped his disabled mother Southree (74) crawl past the blazing

fire to safety before helping his father Sadhaseelan (69) who is a heart patient to safety. “All I could think of was saving my mum and dad when I was notified by Roshan that the flat next door was on fire. My mum then had to crawl past flat that was on fire while my dad was still trapped inside. I then ensured my mother was safe before helping father who was trapped in flat as the flames had become too big for him to crawl through,” said Moodley.

All the neighbouring flats were damaged by the fire either by the heat which caused the walls to crack and become discoloured or by the water which leaked through to the flat below which damaged furniture and electric appliances. While the flat that caught alight was in ruins as the asbestos roof was burnt while the flat was littered with cloths and garbage, it had no furniture or any belongings even though the suspected drug addict arsonist lived in that flat.

KwaDukuza Municipality (KDM) Mayor, Councillor Ricardo Mthembu has welcomed the release of 27 rioters from Dube Village, Groutville. He has warned the accused of possible sentences that they may face if they continue to transgress the bounds of the law. “We call for a no nonsense approach to illegal protests. I would like to welcome the release of these youngsters. It is saddening that this group failed to bring their concerns to our attention. I hold a view that these are youngsters who deserve a chance to make positive change in society,” he said. Mthembu added that people must not take the law into their own hands but act within the parameters of the law if they need government's attention. “We have always held the floors open for discussions. We as leaders are willing to deliver to the thousands of people whom we serve. Illegal unrests are unlawful and unacceptable,” said

Mthembu. The 27 men and women were arrested on Tuesday at the R102, Groutville following an illegal protest that is believed to be linked to a copy-cat housing remonstration with law enforcement officers. The protesters were acquitted after spending one night at the KwaDukuza police cells. They appeared at the KwaDukuza Magistrate's Court on Wednesday. The youngsters were released following a stern warning by the Senior Public Prosecutor, vowing to act decisively against repeat offenders. If they dare do so, harsh sentences will be meted out against them. Mthembu has commended the swift arrests by the police. “I commend the work of the Police for restoring peace at Groutville; such behaviour is unacceptable as it amounts to senseless instability in our communities, it must be clear that we as government are not here to oppress our people,” he said.

SADTU sends out ‘work to rule’ message

By Xpress Reporter

The South African Democratic Teachers Union (SADTU) sent out their message of their 'work to rule' program which they refer to as a 'part of rolling mass action.' According to Mthokozisi Mpunzana (SADTU Regional Secretary of Ethekwini North) his union has had long standing grievances with the office of the head of Department. “In light of this SADTU rolling mass action we decided to mobilize all our members because our demands were presented long ago,” said Mpunzana. He added that the Department of Education (DoE) KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) is “not taking us seriously.” According to Mpunzana, in the SADTU media statement (27 August 2013) the DoE KZN needs to address the following: • The filling of more than 800 vacant office based posts; • The disclosure of more than R175 million money that was earmarked for teacher development; • The filling of the remaining 90 security posts and the extension of such schools that still have no security; • The dissolution of the Appeals Committee which is racially prejudicial along with more than 20 other grievances. Mpunzana also rubbished speculation on SADTU's involvement with the disruption of the Annual National Assessment (ANA) and trial examinations that are underway. “Its absolute lies and a fallacy that we closed the exams,” he said. He added that the Directorate for provincial exams issued an instruction to stop both the Grade 12 trial and ANA examinations respectively.

Whom to trust When an aunt of a 7-year-old noticed her niece unable to control her urine, she became concerned. After several days of this pattern she confronted the child's parents who took her for a medical examination. It was established that she had been sexually abused. She refused to reveal any information about the incident and some two weeks later opened up and explained to her aunt and mother how she was molested by her 16-year-old cousin who lives three doors away from them. A 16year-old Nonhlevu Secondary School youth is due back at court on 25 October 2013 in connection with the incident. Let's talk Mankind's inability to discuss their differences but to resort to violence is cause for concern. Last week, Ronnie Sithole alleges he was walking with a friend, Lucas Masinga in the Nonoti area. They were approached by two youths armed with an assegai and a knobkerrie. They allegedly attacked Masinga and when Sithole intervened, they ignored his pleas for a solution to their differences. Masinga fled into a nearby cornfield and the pair allegedly hit him several times on his head. He died before the paramedics arrived. Police arrested Sabelo Sandile Zulu (23). He is expected to seek bail this week. Like a canary Members of the KwaDukuza Crime Prevention unit were surprised by the co-operation they

received from two hijackers. Acting on a tip off, the officers arrested two youths and found cellphones in their possession. On checking the pictures and numbers on the phone, the pair decided to cooperate with the officers. They led officers to Gingindlovu area where a Jetta which was hijacked at the hospital was found. Nthokozo Mathonsi (22) and Jabulani Nhlenyama (31) will appear in court this week to see whether they qualify for bail. Suspicious minds Law enforcement agents have a way of sniffing out suspicious persons. Last week, Crime Prevention officers spotted a youth acting suspiciously in the Ntshawini area whilst on patrol. On searching the culprit they found a Panasonic amp and a pair of All Star takkies. The young man was at pains to explain to the officers how he came to be in possession of the items and sensing that he may have stolen property in his possession, he was charged. Khanyisani Ngcobo (24) is expected to seek bail in court this week. Remembering Women's Month Ntombifuthi Sihobo of Glenhills will not forget Women's Month in a hurry. She alleges she was returning home at about 5pm when she was confronted by Buhle Khati (28). Khati questioned her about gossiping about her to their mutual friends. An argument ensued and Khati allegedly struck her several times on the head with a bottle which required stitches. Khati was

released on bail and is due back in court on 13 November. Running a racket with rocket Hard working Rocket Mthetwa has become a victim of another man from his area. Mthetwa alleges he had parked his 1400 Nissan Bakkie near his house with the key in the ignition and was loading scrap. He later heard a commotion and on investigating was informed that his bakkie had been stolen and had capsized nearby. On his arrival he noticed a person jump out of the vehicle and flee. Aided by the community they gave chase and arrested the culprit. Xolile Songo (20) of Glenhills was transported by taxi to the police station. He will be back at court on 23 October.

ambassador, was delivering his sixth multi-million rand project where he told locals to take advantage of the opportunities that government is creating as part of alleviating poverty. The municipality will be spending at least R4.5 million towards the construction of the 1.5km Nonoti bus route.

“These projects will make a difference in the lives of hundreds of people who will receive employment, however, this assertion does not mean that the people must rely in government projects for employment. There are many other opportunities in the waiting out of government, especially in the

By Xpress Reporter Helen Zille attended the DA fundraising dinner in Ballito. Helen was upbeat with the upcoming elections. She said the DA will win Western Cape with an increased majority. “We will also win Gauteng Province according to our research and increase our support base in all other provinces,” she said. Helen added that their target is 30% of the national votes, and it requires a lot of hard work to meet the target. “We have a comprehensive plan election after election. A Zimbabwean national, 31-yearold male, was caught with 806 unclassified DVDs at his Addison Road (Dawnside) residence on Friday. A third male was found to be in possession of 42 unclassified DVD's. The operation continued on Thursday, when suspects were found in possession of 45 straws containing a

Western Cape, City of Cape Town and many municipalities we govern,” said Zille. She added that according to political analyst the ANC could lose up to 10 % of support which could bring them down to around 50% support in the general elections. Helen called upon the youth to register and vote, the future is in your hands. “The elections outcomes depends on you, the born frees will be voting for the first time that make up a sizeable number. We must build a new majority and be ready to govern,” said Helen. “The target of 30% is achievable looking at new political development, by-election results and the political trend across the country.”

LET US SALUTE OUR WOMEN Advice from a divorced man after 16 years of marriage A note from James Russell Lingerfelt: Mr. Gerald Rogers' article stirred a wide variety of feelings among people across the globe. As of August 26, 2013 (eleven days after posted) the article had received over 2 million views. One common idea reverberated among many of the healthy responses: If we make the conscious decision to daily place our spouse's desires and needs above our own, and that's reciprocated, the marriage will succeed. My advice after a divorce following 16 years of marriage, by Gerald Rogers. Obviously, I'm not a relationship expert. But there's something about my divorce being finalized this week that gives me perspective of things I wish I would have done different… After losing a woman that I loved, and a marriage of almost 16 years, here's the advice I wish I would have had 1. Never stop courting. Never stop dating. NEVER EVER take that woman for granted. When you asked her to marry you, you promised to be that man that would OWN HER HEART and to fiercely protect it. This is the most important and sacred treasure you will ever be entrusted with. SHE CHOSE YOU. Never forget that, and NEVER GET LAZY in your love. 2. Protect your own heart. Just as you committed to being the protector of her heart, you must guard your own with the same vigilance. Love yourself fully, love the world openly, but there is a special place in your heart where no one must enter except for your wife. Keep that space always ready to receive her and invite her in, and refuse to let anyone or anything else enter there. 3. Fall in love over and over again. You will constantly change. You're not the same people you were when you got married, and in five years you will not be the same person you are today. Change will come, and in that you have to re-choose each other every day. SHE DOESN'T HAVE TO STAY WITH YOU, and if you don't take care of her heart, she may give that heart to someone else or seal you out completely, and you may never be able to get it back. Always fight to win her love just as you did when you were courting her. 4. Always see the best in her. Focus only on what you love. What you focus on will expand. If you focus on what bugs you, all you will see is reasons to be bugged. If you focus on what you love, you can't help but be consumed by love. Focus to the point where you can no longer see anything but love, and you know without a doubt that you are the luckiest man on earth to be have this woman as your wife. 5. It's not your job to change or fix her… your job is to love her as she is with no expectation of her ever changing. And if she changes, love what she becomes, whether it's what you wanted or not. 6. Take full accountability for your own emotions: It's not your wife's job to make you happy, and she CAN'T make you sad. You are responsible for finding your own happiness, and through that your joy will spill over into your relationship and your love. 7. Never blame your wife if you get frustrated or angry at her, it is only because it is triggering something inside of YOU. They are YOUR emotions, and your responsibility. When you feel those feelings take time to get present and to look within and understand what it is inside of YOU that is asking to be healed. You were attracted to this woman because she was the person best suited to trigger all of your childhood wounds in the most painful way so that you could heal them… when you heal yourself, you will no longer be triggered by her, and you will wonder why you ever were. 8. Allow your woman to just be. When she's sad or upset, it's not your job to fix it, it's your job to HOLD HER and let her know it's ok. Let her know that you hear her, and that she's important and that you are that pillar on which she can always lean. The feminine spirit is about change and emotion and like a storm her emotions will roll in and out, and as you remain strong and unjudging she will trust you and open her soul to you… DON'T RUN-AWAY WHEN SHE'S UPSET. Stand present and strong and let her know you aren't going anywhere. Listen to what she is really saying behind the words and emotion. 9. Be silly… don't take yourself so damn seriously. Laugh. And make her laugh. Laughter makes everything else easier. 10. Fill her soul everyday… learn her love languages and the specific ways that she feels important and validated and CHERISHED. Ask her to create a list of 10

THINGS that make her feel loved and memorize those things and make it a priority everyday to make her feel like a queen. 11. Be present. Give her not only your time, but your focus, your attention and your soul. Do whatever it takes to clear your head so that when you are with her you are fully WITH HER. Treat her as you would your most valuable client. She is. 12. Be willing to take her sexually, to carry her away in the power of your masculine presence, to consume her and devour her with your strength, and to penetrate her to the deepest levels of her soul. Let her melt into her feminine softness as she knows she can trust you fully. 13. Don't be an idiot…. And don't be afraid of being one either. You will make mistakes and so will she. Try not to make too big of mistakes, and learn from the ones you do make. You're not supposed to be perfect, just try to not be too stupid. 14. Give her space… The woman is so good at giving and giving, and sometimes she will need to be reminded to take time to nurture herself. Sometimes she will need to fly from your branches to go and find what feeds her soul, and if you give her that space she will come back with new songs to sing…. (okay, getting a little too poetic here, but you get the point. Tell her to take time for herself, ESPECIALLY after you have kids. She needs that space to renew and get re-centered, and to find herself after she gets lost in serving you, the kids and the world.) 15. Be vulnerable… you don't have to have it all together. Be willing to share your fears and feelings, and quick to acknowledge your mistakes. 16. Be fully transparent. If you want to have trust you must be willing to share EVERYTHING… Especially those things you don't want to share. It takes courage to fully love, to fully open your heart and let her in when you don't know i she will like what she finds… Part of that courage is allowing her to love you completely, your darkness as well as your light. DROP THE MASK… If you feel like you need to wear a mask around her, and show up perfect all the time, you will never experience the full dimension of what love can be. 17. Never stop growing together… The stagnant pond breeds malaria, the flowing stream is always fresh and cool. Atrophy is the natural process when you stop working a muscle, just as it is if you stop working on your relationship. Find common goals, dreams and visions to work towards. 18. Don't worry about money. Money is a game, find ways to work together as a team to win it. It never helps when teammates fight. Figure out ways to leverage both persons strength to win. 19. Forgive immediately and focus on the future rather than carrying weight from the past. Don't let your history hold you hostage. Holding onto past mistakes that either you or she makes, is like a heavy anchor to your marriage and will hold you back. FORGIVENESS IS FREEDOM. Cut the anchor loose and always choose love. 20. Always choose love. ALWAYS CHOOSE LOVE. In the end, this is the only advice you need. If this is the guiding principle through which all your choices is governed, there is nothing that will threaten the happiness of your marriage. Love will always endure. In the end marriage isn't about happily ever after. It's about work. And a commitment to grow together and a willingness to continually invest in creating something that can endure eternity. Through that work, the happiness will come. Marriage is life, and it will bring ups and downs. Embracing all of the cycles and learning to learn from and love each experience will bring the strength and perspective to keep building, one brick at a time. These are lessons I learned the hard way. These are lessons I learned too late. But these are lessons I am learning and committed in carrying forward. Truth is, I loved being married, and in time, I will get married again, and when I do, I will build it with a foundation that will endure any storm and any amount of time. If you are reading this and find wisdom in my pain, share it those those young husbands whose hearts are still full of hope, and with those couples you may know who may have forgotten how to love. One of those men may be like I was, and in these hard earned lessons perhaps something will awaken in him and he will learn to be the man his lady has been waiting for. MEN- THIS IS YOUR CHARGE: Commit to being an EPIC LOVER. There is no greater challenge, and no greater prize. Your woman deserves that from. Be the type of husband your wife can’t help but brag about This article was emailed to the Xpress Times by Shireen Desai of First National Bank (FNB)

“Reed dance” maidens die tragically President Jacob Zuma sent his condolences to the families of 10 people killed in a bus crash in the province. Nine young girls were among the victims, while 60 others were injured in the crash. The bus was returning from the annual reed dance ceremony on Sunday night at King Goodwill Zwelethini's eNyokeni palace in Nongoma. Netcare 911's Chris Botha says the cause of the accident is unknown, but paramedics understand the bus overturned before crashing into barriers which “pierced right through the front of the bus.”

I had intended to address the issues of child spanking, behaviour of our traffic officers, drivel written by councilors, labour strikes, SADTU's unacceptable conduct,… but the usual nastiness has reared its ugly head again. THE retail price of petrol in South Africa will fall 5c per litre today but diesel will rise by almost 14c per litre, according to the Central Energy Fund's (CEF's). Analysts say the petrol decrease is small solace, as higher increases could be on the cards for October, while tension in Syria continues to pressure the currency and oil prices. Here are 10 Fuel-Saving Tips: • Change gears efficiently: Move up to the highest gear as soon as appropriate. When you drive slowly in a higher gear, you'll burn less fuel; • Drive smoothly: Don't drive aggressively and avoid hard acceleration. You'll burn up to a third less fuel if you drive smoothly; • Avoid sudden braking: Keep a good distance from the car in front of you and avoid braking too hard as this will use more fuel; • Make sure your tyres are properly inflated: Check your tyres regularly and ensure that they are correctly inflated; • Avoid over revving your car: Don't over-rev when you're pulling away or accelerating. Never 'redline' the rev counter; • Avoid carrying excess weight: Empty your boot out now and again

and clear your car of unnecessary items; • Switch off your engine when it's not in use: Avoid excess idling, it burns fuel unnecessarily. Turn the engine off until you need it again; • Use air-conditioning sparingly: Air-conditioning puts extra strain on your engine and can increase your fuel consumption by 8%. Rather use your car's internal ventilation system where possible; • Keep your engine well tuned and serviced: Service your car regularly - a p o o r l y

maintained engine with dirty dark plugs can increase your fuel consumption by up to 50%; • Avoid high speeds: High speeds = more wind resistance = greater fuel consumption. Keep it slow. - Shell

It’s a giant surprise

New Almera is big on the basics either. We've still to test it filled with five golfers and their caddies, however. Nissan quotes average fuel consumption of 6.3l/100km (7.2 for the four-speed auto). The Almera is a simple car to drive with light controls suitable to the long daily distances it will inevitably endure as a rep-mobile or

Someone forget to tell the person in charge of rear seat and boot space that the new Almera is supposed to be a Bsegment sedan. His memo instead must have read: make it huge. It might be hard to believe by looking at it, but the newgeneration Alemra, launched in South Africa this week, is built on a similar platform to the Micra hatch. Hard to believe , because the ALmera is massive in comparison. Rear legroom is enough to make million rand luxo-limos jealous, and boot space, even with a full size spare under its floor is an immense 490 litres. That's enough for four full-size golf bags says Nissan, but I think it meant four full-grown caddies.

Nissan's Chennai plant in India, which explains some of it's affordability. But where other Indian-made models in the past have dropped the quality ball, the Almera seems remarkably well built. The radio is recognisable from more expensive Nissans like the Navara, the instrument binnacle is finished in classy chrome, and the dashboard and door panels, while plasticky, are solid and rattle free. At a media test drive this week I did notice that the fivespeed manual transmission is notchier than you would usually expect from a Japanese brand. Features are few and far between, and there's only one

Nissan says the relatively long wheelbase of 2 600mm and a firewall pushed as far forward as possible help to create all the extra space, but the side profile makes it clear that an awkwardly distended derriere helps too. Initial impressions are that the Almera is much bigger than cars it will compete against in its pricing bracket, and at R165 000 (R175 000 with automatic gearbox) it dwarfs cars such as the Polo Vivo, the Chevy Aveo and the Kia Rio. You get a lot of metal for the money in this Nissan, and if space and budget are priorities you'll be hard pressed to find a better deal. The Almera is assembled at

specification, called Acenta, but with it you do get the basic necessities. There's a trip computer, a CD player with an auxiliary jack, steering wheel audio controls, and the airconditioning system is piped to the rear seats, where its blown out through vents with independent fan controls. Safety is covered with ABS brakes with EBD, and two airbags at the front. The warranty is three years / 100 000km and a three year / 60 000km service plan is included. Power comes from a basic 1.5 litre petrol engine with 77Kw and 134Nm, and while I wouldn't call it anything near sporty, I wouldn't call it underpowered

rental car. Not that it isn't also perfect transport for a family of basketball players. The new Sentra is also being launched next month, and is bigger than the Almera. This Sentra will replace Nissan's Tiida and is expected to fill a price range between R200 000 and R250 000.

Advice to female drivers All motorists need to be careful on the roads, but female drivers, unfortunately, have to be even more vigilant in order to avoid falling prey to criminals acts such as high-jacking, intimidation, sexual assault or worse. Women who drive alone, no matter if it's at night or in the day, need to take a few extra precautions. For instance, should you notice a vehicle following you closely, turn into a different road than the one you would normally take, but take note of road signs and landmarks so that you remain aware of your surroundings. Here are more safety tips: 1 Don't drive after dark into areas you don't know, if you can avoid it. It is easy to get lost, and become a target as a potential victim. 2 Ensure your cell phone is fully charged - and invest in a car charger should you not already have one. 3 On taking a long-distance drive, try having someone else with you. Some women drivers take along a "friend", which is in fact a male blow-up doll! They dress the doll, cap and all, strap him into the passenger seat and recline it so it looks as if the "male" passenger is asleep. 4 Keep an emergency kit, snacks and water with you at all times. Should your vehicle break down, pull over and call for emergency assistance. If someone offers to help, stay in your car and roll down the

street kids. Should you want a leaflet, give money or are asked for directions, first look around to make sure you are not being distracted by the person only to be robbed by his con partner. 10 Parking areas of shopping malls and office parks are a haven for all types of criminals. Before leaving any building, ensure that you have your car keys in your hand. Do not use your cell phone as this will distract you. 11 Be particularly vigilant with regard to your wheels, as often criminals place sharp objects either behind or in front of your tyres in an attempt to

What if your car insurance is “fake”

Many people assume they will be “covered” if they have an accident in their car, or if the car is stolen or hijacked, when in reality they are violating a key provision of their policy which will see any claim being rejected by their insurance company. Things like the car being unroadworthy, having failed to disclose a previous accident when taking out the policy, or not being the “regular driver” listed in the policy. But here's an even worse scenario what if the insurance company you're paying your

premiums to every month is just pretending to be an insurance company, treating clients' premiums as pure income, going through the motions of claim approval and then just not paying? A red flag number one when considering car insurance: a very low premium. Check out the company's credentials first, starting with FSB registration. Then go on to the Ombudman for Short-Term Insurance's website and look at claims statistics. The Ombud's office this year revealed how the 51 competing

insurers dealt with their claims in the preceding year. Their claims statistics were laid bare in the Ombud's 2012 annual report, including the number of repudiated claims which the office overturned in favour of the consumer, for each company. To see all the stats, go to www.osti.co.za and click on Annual Reports, 2012. IOL.co.za Before committing to a car insurance policy, read the small print, paying particular attention to the excess amount and the exclusions.

Car accidents happen all the time. Someone's car is totalled once every five seconds. Avoiding accidents, besides saving your life, can save you a lot of money. Here are a few tips to help you stay safe: · Watch for red light runners. Count to three before entering an intersection on a green light. Look both ways and be sure no one is trying to speed through a yellow light; · Exercise caution when passing trucks as these drivers have a large blind spot on their right-hand side, so be especially careful when driving next to an 18-wheeler. Nine determined adventurers from the Smurf Hiking Club set- off this past week to conquer the great mountains of Bushmans Nek in the southern Drakensberg. Braving icy cold night temperatures, steep terrain, deep gorges and sleet, the group eventually summated thomatu pass. The hikers then ventured deep into the majestic and awe- inspiring highlands of Lesotho. Great sights of wild horses roaming the high plaws, black eagles soaring the blue sky, snow capped peaks and fascinating rock formations greeted over senses on the summit of

Drakensburg. This adventure was done expeditions style with food, water, medical supplies, tents and gear all carried in 18 kg back packs, by every climber for 3 days! Having reached altitude in excess of 7500 feet above sea level, and having also overnighter in deep remote caves, the Smurfs Hiking Club once again triumphed over adversity and succeeded in pushing their personal boundaries to their personal boundaries to their maximum limit. TILL THE NEXT ADVENTURE… KEEP THE SPIRIT ALIVE!!!

LONG LIVE

MAMA MADINA After 7 years in pain I’m finally happy. Many years back before I met this powerful spiritual healer MAMA MADINA there was no happiness in my life. I had visited many healers but nobody could help. They only asked for money. Many years back I lost my husband. He left me with two kids. Fortunately we had built a house and had a small business I am currently running. But my in-laws turned against me and wanted to take my house away because I was not officially married to him. I became so worried about my children because the business wasn’t doing so well. The insurance also delayed to release the money that belonged to my husband. As I read of MAMA MADINA a healer in one of the local newspapers. She helped me so much. My in-laws changed and became so friendly again. They left me in the house. My business started doing well. The insurance also released the money that belonged to my husband. We are happy now with my children. I don’t know how much I can thank MAMA MADINA but only God knows. Long live MAMA MADINA. MAMA MADINA also helps in problems with giving luck, lost lovers, family problems, financial problems, tokoloshe in homes etc. So if you have suffered enough, rush to her for help. Guaranteed you will be happy again. NB. Don’t consider your problem too big because it’s very small compared to MAMA MADINA’s powers.

Darrel Shanmagum and Neeran Somnath were in scintillating form for Gledhow registering 5 out 6 victories with Waine Naidoo, Rajesh Parasaramen and Woody Naidoo notching up 3 victories each. apiece. In another thriller, 5-man Darnall Action Sporting I and Gledhow United ended their match drawn at 18-18. Darnall chose in form Vinesh Geanballey for the tie breaker whilst Gledhow opted for Terrence Subban. Geanballey proved too strong for Subban beating him and giving Darnall a narrow 1918 victory. Preston stun Cool Leaders

Preston Bounced to winning ways when they defeated Cool Leaders

Preston Volleyball Club from Mdoniville who have been blowing hot and cold this season, stunned the more illustrious Cool Leaders in the KDSA sponsored Stanger and District Volleyball Association Social League game played at the Association courts last Thursday.
