No rewrite for Matric students The Department of Basic Education (DBE) on Saturday announced that there will be no rewrite of the leaked Maths Paper 2 and Physical Science Paper 2 matric exams. The rewrites were scheduled for 15 and 17 December respectively. DBE spokesperson Elijah Mhlanga said the rewrite of Maths Paper 2 and Physics Paper 2, which were scheduled for 15 and 17 December respectively, is not going ahead as initially announced by the Department of Basic Education, “The Council of Education Ministers has noted the judgement of the Gauteng North High Court, which was handed down on Friday afternoon. CEM Has noted that a number of aspects in the judgment need to be challenged and that in the near future it will be approaching the courts to correct some of those identified aspects of the ruling.”
The court also found the decision by the Basic Education department to rewrite leaked papers unlawful and irregular. Afriforum, Sadtu, and others took the Basic Education Department to court to challenge the rewrite. The CEM directed the department of Education to continue with a sense of urgency with its investigation into the leaks of two examination papers, alongside the probe being conducted by HAWKS. “The class of 2020, their teachers and their parents should take solace in CEM's decision that the Mathematics Paper 2 and the Physical Science paper 2 will not be rewritten on 15 and 17 December 2020. Enjoy your Christmas and New Year's break, rest and recharge for 2021 but you must observe all Covid 19 health, safety and social distancing protocol at all times,” said Minister Motshekga

Gift of the Givers EC Covid-19 intervention
The cry of desperation, the anguish of uncertainty, the reality of incapacity and the feeling of abandonment permeates the fabric of Eastern Cape society as CEO's of hospitals, senior nursing managers, doctors and health care professional's breakdown. According to founder of Gift of the Givers Imtiaz Sooliman they urgently need PPE's and sanitisers, “We are in deep trouble, the virus is everywhere, the hospital is full, not only the Covid-19 beds, the whole hospital, we are not allowed to give the numbers. The casualty can't cope, the queues are lengthening outside, we have to increase capacity, we have them sitting on chairs, we find many dead there. Funeral parlours, big and small have never been this busy. We urgently need PPE's, sanitiser, pulse oximeters, non-contact thermometers and scrubs. Where are the extra staff we were promised, we need them desperately right now, we are exhausted, we can't cope, staff are on leave or in quarantine, with no replacements, many have tested positive, some for a second time now with more symptoms then before, is it possible to test positive twice within a few months? We are filled with sadness and fear as many of our colleagues and their family members have succumbed to Covid. We were not expecting a
second wave and are not prepared for it. We need more bed space, our hospitals are full, we are using B&B's but there's no oxygen there, it's a risk. We need oxygen, High Flow Nasal Oxygen machines, flow meters, oxygen gauges, splitters and oxygen masks. We need blankets to cover our patients, it's a question of their dignity, linen for our beds, and infrastructure
upgrade. The response from authority is standard, 'there are no funds, it has to be considered in the next financial year,” said Sooliman. Gift of the Givers logistics division has been hard at work transporting supplies from Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg

to our Eastern Cape teams hard at work urgently delivering KN95 and 3ply surgical masks, gloves, coveralls, sanitiser, thermometers, pulse oximeters, scrubs, stationery, backpacks, coffee, drinks, snacks and energy bars to 40 hospitals in the province. These staff have witnessed CEO's and top
management breakdown in tears, sobbing uncontrollably on receipt of the supplies. These are HCW's but they are human after all, living with the fear of infecting parents, spouses and children, with death a very distinct possibility. “Gift of the Givers has supplied Bhisho Hospital with 120 beds, accompanying mattresses, 240 pillows and High Flow Nasal Oxygen machines. An infrastructure upgrade to provide accommodation for medical personnel is under consideration. Settler's Hospital in Makhanda, is undergoing an R750k infrastructure upgrade to increase bed capacity. Gift of the Givers teams arrived on 5 December, the facility will officially open on 15 December. An MOU between the Eastern Cape Department of Health and Gift of the Givers is at an advanced stage as we prepare to fund 26 paramedics to support current staff at Livingstone Hospital and the Nelson Mandela Bay Metro. The better quality N95 mask has been purchased and is on the way to the province to protect frontline HCW's. High Flow Nasal Oxygen machines and consumables will be delivered soon,” added Sooliman.

Managing alcohol consumption during holidays Eat, drink and be merry this is the festive season's slogan and while that's all well and good for those of us who can be moderate in our intake of food and alcohol, for many people who have a history of alcohol use or abuse, or are recovering from alcoholism, the Christmas holidays can be the most difficult time of the year. The South African Depression and Anxiety Group announced that the holiday season is usually synonymous with family gatherings, office parties, social events, and many opportunities for drinking, and often more than usual, “However, these situations can be triggering and very stressful to someone who is trying to avoid drinking over the festive season or trying to prevent from relapsing which could have serious consequences to their recovery but also physical health. Many people use alcohol as a way to cope with stress or escape their problems, and 2020 has provided many reasons for so many people to turn to alcohol as a way to selfmedicate. 2020 has been an incredibly difficult year for so many people, with increased u n c e r t a i n t y , a n x i e t y,
depression, stress, family problems, financial stress, unemployment, loss, grief and trauma drinking seems like a “quick fix” or an easy way out,” said SADAG Tips to avoid drinking over the holidays 1. Support - Know you're not alone. Everyone goes through lonely periods in life, and it can take time to build a new life and relationships away from alcohol chances are things will be better after a while but accept support from your friends and loved one's. 2. Say No - Be assertive with your decision to not drink and come prepared to talk about why you have chosen not to. Some people are genuinely interested, and who knows, it may even inspire them to think about their own relationship with alcohol. You could even point them to our free Daybreak app and supportive community if they express any interest in quitting, cutting back, or maintaining the amount of alcohol they drink. 3. Aware of triggers - Avoid temptation and make sure you are aware of your triggers and ensure that you don't have a supply of alcohol, in case you feel like giving in. 4. Make Realistic plans -
Take up a new hobby or go back to something you enjoyed in the past. Ensure that when you make plans that you are comfortable and have a plan to leave when you feel triggered or uncomfortable. 5. Stick to a routine One of the best ways to begin to balance your daily responsibilities, the
maintenance of your sobriety, and self-care activities is to create a daily routine. When you have a daily routine established, you do not have to stress over what your next activity should be. Make sure to get enough sleep and wake up every morning at the same time and set a routine of waking up, getting ready and
eating breakfast to start the day. Set a list of things to do each day 6. Keep busy - plan what you will do at different times or look for an opportunity to volunteer with a charity over Christmas - Feeling needed and useful can boost your self-esteem and give you a new focus.
Mandeni Municipality commemorates Ultimatum Tree site MANDENI: On 11 December 2020 Mandeni Municipality together with stakeholders embarked on a tour to commemorate 11 December 1878 at the Ultimatum tree site.
7. Reach out for help If you are feeling, lonely, overwhelmed, triggered or unable to manage in any tough situation call 0800 12 13 14 or sms 31393 and a counsellor will call you back. You are not alone There is always help and there is always hope.
In keeping history alive, Mandeni Local Municipality councillors, Amakhosi AseNdlunkulu, officials and stakeholders embarked on a tour to commemorate 11 December 1878 at the Ultimatum tree site. On the 11 December 1878 the British Government in South Africa presented an ultimatum to King Cetshwayo's izinduna (senior representatives) on the Natal bank of the Tugela River, just below the British camp, Fort Pearson. An awning was set up under a large Natal fig tree. The conditions of the Ultimatum included the disbandment of the Zulu Army and Cetshwayo having to swear allegiance to Queen Victoria. After King Cetshwayo refused to disband his Zulu army or to cooperate with the plan for imperial federation, a British force commanded by Lord Chelmsford was sent to invade Zululand one month later.

President Ramaphosa closes beaches PRESIDENT: of South Africa Cyril Ramaphosa announced tighter restrictions on Monday the 14 December 2020
On Monday 14 December 2020, President of South Africa Cyril Ramaphosa announced tighter restrictions as the country heads in to the festive season. There will be no going to the beach this December for the people of the Eastern Cape and in the Western Cape's Garden Route and beach days will be banned on specific days in KwaZulu-Natal. On Monday, President Cyril Ramaphosa introduced new coronavirus restrictions for the festive season as South Africa deals with a second wave of infections. The Sarah Baartman district, and the Garden Route district have now also been declared as hot spots, along with the Nelson Mandela Bay municipality. All beaches will be closed in all of the Eastern Cape
and the Garden Route district, from 16 December to 3 January. In KwaZulu-Natal, beaches will be closed on 16, 25, 26 and 31 December as well as 1, 2 and 3 January. Beaches and public parks in the Western Cape and Northern Cape will remain open. Ramaphosa said if tighter restrictions are not applied this could be the last of many Christmas season, “We should all remember that the hours of curfew also apply to Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. This means that we will all need to make changes to the way in which we celebrate these occasions. The sad truth about this pandemic is that festivals, concerts and parties are proving to be sources of infection and illness, and even sources of death.
These festive season restrictions will be reviewed in early January based on the state of the pandemic across the country, said Ramaphosa A much stricter application on lockdown rules, not complying wearing mask in the public could land you six months in prison or you could face fines. More than 860,000 Covid cases have now been reported in South Africa, and Ramaphosa said the number could soon reach 1 million the average daily number of Covid deaths has increased by 50% over the past week, compared to the previous week. In the Eastern Cape, on average more than 70 people are dying every day, with more than 40 in the Western Cape

Day of Reconciliation
Stolen vehicle recovered
South Africans celebrate the Day of Reconciliation annually on 16 December. This holiday came into effect in 1994 after the end of apartheid, with the intention of fostering reconciliation and national unity. 16 December is a day of great significance in South Africa because of two historical events that took place on this date. In apartheid South Africa, 16 December was known as Day of the Vow, as the Voortrekkers in preparation for the Battle of Blood River on 16 December 1838 against the Zulus took a Vow before God that they would build a church and that they and their descendants would observe the day as a day of thanksgiving should they be granted victory. The second historical event
RECOVERED: On 13 December 2020 sniper cameras were triggered in the Ballito area, Units was dispatched and a coordinated search of a wanted vehicle started, the vehicle was located and after a pursuit the vehicle was stopped, after searching the vehicle three firearms were recovered and three suspects were arrested.
that took place on 16 December was in 1961, when Umkhonto we Sizwe (MK), the military wing of the African National Congress (ANC), was formed. With the advent of democracy in South Africa, 16 December retained its status as a public holiday. South Africa's first non-racial and democratic government was tasked with promoting reconciliation and national unity. One way in which it aimed to do t h i s symbolically w a s t o acknowledge t h e significance o f 1 6 December in
both the Afrikaner and liberation struggle traditions and to rename this day as the Day of Reconciliation. On 16 December 1995, the Day of Reconciliation was celebrated as a public holiday in South Africa for the first time. The month has a special significance for the nation as it promotes reconciliation, peace and social cohesion on which the country's new democratic dispensation was founded. TM

IDM hosts Mayoral Imbizo with ward committees
IMBIZO: On Friday, 11 December 2020, ILembe District Municipality held Mayoral Imbizo with ward committees.
F r i d a y , t h e 11 t h o f December 2020 marked the end of the 2020/2021 Integrated Development Plan and Budget Mayoral Imbizo' s with the last meeting taking place at Sibusisiwe Hall in Mandeni. Ordinarily the IDP and The 2020/2021 IDP and Budget adoption is preceded by consultation meetings where
the communities are given an opportunity to give inputs on both documents, however due to the lockdown regulations it prohibited public meetings, so it was not possible to do so. The municipality had to therefore rely on electronic, print, and social media platforms to solicit the inputs of the public. The Ministers
of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs and Finance issued regulations and guidance for municipalities to follow when adopting the IDP and Budget under the lockdown conditions. They were adopted in a virtual council meeting in June when the country was still on Lockdown level 3. The District Mayoral Imbizo' s to present the adopted IDP and Budget began in November 2020 with Amakhosi followed by presentations in all local municipalities to ward councillors and ward committees due to lockdown restrictions. Municipal water tariff increase, service interruptions and access to water in un-serviced areas are just some of the issues raised in these community meetings.
KZN Health confirms rise of Covid19 cases in Health facilities MEC: Ms Nomagugu Simelane has confirmed a significant rise in COVID-19 infections among health workers in KwaZulu Natal.
Maphumulo Municipality bolsters service delivery
HANDOVER: On 15 December 2020 Maphumulo Local Municipality officially handed over new public toilets for Maphumulo.
The pandemic has forced Maphumulo Local Municipality to take a hard look on the lack of public toilets in Maphumulo Town. On Tuesday 15 December 2020, Maphumulo Local Municipality Speaker, Cllr Simphiwe Shange alongside Ward Councillor Monica Khoza opened the new public toilet facility near Spar hall. According to Maphumulo Local Municipality, Spar side area has been an area of concern due to the lack of public toilets which forced the community as well as informal traders to walk long
distances to the taxi rank to access toilet facilities. Maphumulo Local Municipality led by Mayor Zibuyisile KhuzwayoDlamini has now provided modern, clean and up-to-date toilet facility in the centre of the town which can be maintained more effectively and at a lower cost. During the opening, Maphumulo Speaker Simphiwe Shange said finding public toilets has become a challenge in some areas in Maphumulo, “Finding an open public toilet has become a challenge in some areas in Maphumulo
town and while the nation faces the Covid-19 pandemic it has encouraged that the public to keep up to hygienic measures. These toilet facilities will give easy access to the public as well as informal traders nearby Spar to easily access these facilities. We urge the public to take good care of these facilities as they are there to assist the public”, said Speaker Cllr Shange. These toilet facilities come in both Male and Female section which are fully fitted with sinks and toilet seats as well as running water.
UK's first Electric Forecourt KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Health Ms Nomagugu Simelane Zulu has confirmed a significant rise in COVID-19 infections among health workers, which has become noticeable in recent weeks. MEC also appealed for calm; and stricter adherence to COVID prevention and management protocols, “Those who have borne the brunt of COVID19 include our frontline staff, such as nurses, doctors, as well as allied health workers, administrative clerks, and general orderlies. At Addington Hospital, 38 staff members have tested positive for COVID-19 since the start of December 2020. This includes 5 doctors, 11 nursing staff, 1 allied worker, and 21 support staff members. However, Addington Hospital continues to function, and is accepting all walk-in patients. Only those who are picked up by ambulance are being diverted to Prince Mshiyeni Memorial and
King Edward VIII hospitals. RK Khan Hospital, the total number of staff who have tested positive is 23, which is made up of 7 Nurses, 10 doctors, 2 radiologists, 3 clerks and 1 general orderly. Contrary to unfounded reports, RK Khan Hospital is also open and rendering healthcare services, while following strict COVID-19 infection prevention and control protocols,” On 9 December 2020, Health Minister, Dr Zweli Mkhize, announced that the country is experiencing a resurgence of COVID-19, with KwaZulu-Natal among the four provinces that are driving the spread of the virus, alongside Western Cape, Eastern Cape, and Gauteng. “Generally, Covid-19 is only flaring up now, because when the COVID-19 statistics started to go down, too many people became complacent and started assuming that the virus was no longer a threat. This was
despite our constant warning about the possibility of a COVID-19 resurgence, and the need to adhere to the precautions. We are now learning the hard way how wrong those assumptions were. With the second wave now here, if the precautions are strictly followed, there actually lies an opportunity for health workers and the general South African public to buck the trend and avoid being part of the statistics from this global phenomenon. The resurgence of COVID19 should be a turning point that galvanises society to work together to arrest, once and for all, the acquiring and further spread of the virus,” added Ms Nomagugu Simelane. In conclusion Ms Nomagugu Simelane uttered that the department of health is confident that it will be able to cope, thanks to the staff that was recruited and extra bed capacity that has been prepared throughout the province.
MOTORING: The first electric forecourt has opened near, Braintree
The first electric forecourt has opened near, Braintree, Essex, marking a major step forward for the UKs electric vehicle charging network. This will be the first of more than 100 sites that is set to be developed by Gridserve as part of a nationwide 1billion programme that aims to make EV more convenient and stress free. “Today's announcement represents a major milestone in achieving Gridserve's
purpose to deliver sustainable energy and move the needle on climate change,” said Founder and CEO of Gridserve, Toddington Harper. “It's our collective responsibility to prevent greenhouse gas emissions rising further, and electric vehicles powered by clean energy represent a large part of the solution,” added Harper Electricity for the
Gridserve forecourt is generated from both solar power canopies. Making the power completely renewable when the demand increases a 6 MWh battery is onsite to supplement. Motorists will only need to pay, 24 pence per kWh. Cheapest ultrahigh power charging rate in the UK a typical charge from 10 percent to 80 percent .it will cost less than £10, Later on Tiered pricing will be introduced.

Travel at own risk MINISTER: International relations and cooperation minister Naledi Pandor
KwaDukuza Municipality notice Residents and Stakeholders are advised that the KwaDukuza Municipality Civic Building is closed with immediate effect for decontamination as a staff member has tested positive for Covid-19. The Civic Building will be re-opened on 17 December 2020.
Don't become a Victim of Hijacking this festive season. If you planning to travel aboard you could be stranded, South Africans planning to travel this festive season should take extra caution when doing so. International Relations and Cooperation Minister Naledi Pandor warned travellers that countries in the northern hemisphere are encountering a second wave of the pandemic, “travellers should consider postponing nonessential travel to countries that are high at risk. South Africans should be cautions in travelling to these
countries as you might become distressed or even destitute aboard pending the levels of lockdown in the respective countries and with the likelihood of international flights that might be cancelled at short notice,” said Pandor “Please ensure that you are familiar with the immigration and health entry requirements of the country you will visit and South Africa's entry health requirement during the pandemic. If you have any uncertainty regarding the
entry health requirements of the country you will be visiting, then please contact their embassy in SA for assistance.” Pandor stated it was important that worldwide travellers familiarised themselves with the Covid-19 protocols of the international locations they deliberate to go to. “Know the Covid-19 protocols of the country you intend visiting and should you not comply, you might be refused entry. Although not yet common, many airlines will likely require proof of Covid-19 vaccinations before commencing travel. Currently, a Covid19 test is compulsory.”
Becoming a hijack victim while on holiday will not only spoil your holiday, but will also prove to be a nuisance when it comes to having to report the incident to the local police station, especially if you have lost valuable items and documents. Plan your route so that you avoid lonely and predictably unsavory or dangerous areas, If you are unsure of your destination and route, spend time planning it from a road map before you depart, Inform someone where you are going, of your anticipated time of arrival, time of return and contact procedures, Do not stop to help anyone on the road, especially if you are alone. Instead, go to the nearest safe telephone and call
the police for assistance, Be aware that SOS telephones on lonely stretches of road are not usually safe telephones because criminals could lay in wait for desperate users, Do not stop if another motorist indicates to you that your vehicle has a fault. Instead, go to the nearest service station or police station to investigate. An alternative would be to stop next to a traffic officer or police vehicle and ask them for assistance, Do not stop for another car even if it has its hazard lights flashing. Travel to the nearest police station or illuminated service station, stop there and notify the relevant authorities that the motorist may be in need of assistance.

Orlando Pirates celebrate their MTN8 Cup after a six-year drought
Orlando Pirates coach Josef Zinnbauer admits winning the MTN8 final against Bloemfontein Celtic was a tough encounter as the Soweto giants ended a six-year trophy drought. Siphelele Luthuli fired Celtic in front at the Moses Mabhida Stadium inside the opening five minutes, only for Deon Hotto to level matters just after the half-hour mark with his firstever goal for the Soweto giants. Substitute Thembinkosi Lorch converted from the penalty spot after the break as Celtic were reduced to ten men, and that proved to be the decider as Pirates comfortably saw out the remainder of the match to claim the MTN8 bragging rights with a 2-1 win. Zinnbauer hailed the resilience of his team after falling behind inside three minutes in Durban. “I think it was a difficult game. It's not easy when you concede in the second minute or first minute, but we came back quickly,” Zinnbauer said. “We had a little luck in the last minute,
Ofori made a good save. It was a good game. We have the title. We had a lot of different games and today we deserve to win this game,” he added. Zinnbauer also went on to praise the experience of midfielder Thabang Monare and Lorch, which saw the Buccaneers lift their first piece of silverware since 2014 when they won the Nedbank Cup. “Monare is an experienced player and we wanted his experience. Lorch came in and brought more offence into the game. I hope Monare doesn't have such a serious problem with his knee,” said Zinnbauer. “I've learnt a lot since being here. It's a good experience for both me and the team. We are happy. We have a title. It's important for us and the supporters. They are so hungry for a title and I think nine years ago we last won the MTN8 and now we have done it again. This is for my son, Fabio. I thank God for this game, but I hope you give me my son back,” said Zinnbauer.

Top Ten Car Care Tips PASSENGER
• Check and change the oil. No single step will help an engine last more than regular oil and filter changes will. Conversely, nothing will destroy an engine faster than neglecting oil-level checks or fresh-oil changes. • Flush the cooling system and change coolant once a year. A 50/50 mix of coolant and distilled water will keep the cooling system in good shape and prevent corrosion and deposits from building up inside the cooling system. • Change out transmission and differential oils. While not requiring frequent service, these fluids must be changed according to service intervals. Always use transmission fluid or gear oil of the recommended type and viscosity.
• Keep it clean. While washing the outside of the vehicle is obvious, most everything the vehicle ran over can also get stuck to the underside. Hosing off winter salt and road grime is a good idea. • Everything with moving parts needs grease to survive. This ball joint went into early retirement due to poor lubrication. • Nothing keeps paint looking good and protected like a coat of quality wax. Apply wax at least every six months. • Driveline components such as u-joints also require regular lubrication. The driveline may have to be removed to access the zerk grease fitting. • Protect the interior plastic by parking the vehicle in the shade, using a window deflector screen,
and applying a UV protectant to prevent the plastic and vinyl from drying out. • Inspect, clean, and repack wheel bearings with wheel bearing grease according to service intervals. Wheel bearings and grease are inexpensive compared to spindle and hub replacement, or liberated wheels rolling down the road ahead of you. • Brake fluid is hygroscopic. This means it is adept at attracting moisture. Moisture causes components to corrode and fail. Replace fluid and bleed system once a year. Brake fluid is cheap. Calipers, hoses, and sensors are expensive.

Prolonging motor vehicle battery Flat batteries are one of the most common reasons road patrols are called out to assist stranded motorists. They attend to more than 80 000 battery-related calls each year and in 40 percent of these cases it is necessary for the battery to be replaced. In chilly winter weather, motorists' tendency to accidentally leave their headlights on makes flat batteries a frequent problem. One of the best ways to avoid winter car trouble woes is to ensure your car battery is in good working order - here are some tips to help you prolong the life of your battery. Check the water (electrolyte) level make sure the level is not too low (it must cover the fluid plates) and, if necessary, top it up. Use distilled water only (boiled and allowed to cool). Avoid overfilling and mop up any spillage. It's wise to check the levels monthly in summer because a high temperature under the bonnet can
accessories (heater, rear-window demister, radio, seat-warmers, and windscreen wipers) are turned off before you start the car. In cold weather a fully-charged battery provides less than half of the power it does in warm weather, and switching on the lights and other accessories before you start the engine will drain the battery even quicker. Inspect the drive belts check the belts for any signs of fraying or cracking. Also, they should flex no more than 2 cm. A loose alternator belt is a common cause of battery failure and ensuring it's correctly tightened could save you the inconvenience of a flat battery later. Park in the shade an increase in temperature under the bonnet can shorten the battery's life and reduce its capacity, which in turn will make the car harder to start in cold weather. Service your car poor engine condition can overload the battery,
cause the water to vaporize or boil off. Keep the battery clean clean the terminals regularly and remove with warm (not hot) soapy water any acid or dirt which may have accumulated on the battery case. This can cause the battery to selfdischarge more rapidly. Also ensure that the terminals are well connected. Secure the battery make sure the battery is carefully secured and the hold-down clamps are tightened. Charge the battery regularly take a one-hour, daylight drive each week to help ensure the battery stays charged. This is especially important if you usually only drive short distances or take infrequent trips. Running the engine at idle or taking short (less than 30 minutes) stop-and-go trips are insufficient to recharge the battery and can shorten its life. Turn off before you turn on make sure the lights and other
so ensuring your car is serviced regularly (as recommended by the manufacturer) will prolong the life of your battery. Check the battery's charge rate undercharging and overcharging reduces battery life, so it's a good idea to ask your car dealership or repair workshop to check the charge rate when you have your car serviced. Service checks should include the charge rate at the alternator and the general condition of the battery. If your vehicle won't start remember not to crank the engine continuously as damage can be caused to the starter, battery, and other electronic components. A flat battery is annoying and inconvenient, but belonging to the AA will lessen the frustration and get you back on the road in doublequick time. They'll give you a battery boost to get you going again, or diagnose the problem. Automobile Association (AA) South Africa
