Getting to Know | Teacher Plus
STEP 1 • Open your Web Browser (Google Chrome, highly recommended) • Access your gradebook. • You'll be taken to ANS TeacherPlus Grade book log in.

The Gradebook STEP 2 • Enter your username (username@ans.edu. ni) • Enter your password. • Click Login or Enter • A list of your students per section will appear.
Tip: Use an easy-to-remember username & password
Adding Demographic Columns STEP 3 • To add a demographic column for all your students (ex.: guardian email). • Go to the column heading "Student Name". • Right click on it. • A menu with different options will appear, select: Demographic Column.

Choosing Demographic Info.
STEP 4 • A dialogue box will appear, listing all the categories for demographic information entered for students. • Select the demographic information you wish by checking the categories.
Tip: If you can't see the buttons, just drag the dialogue box upwards.
Demographic Information
STEP 5 • The selected demographic information is reflected in your gradebook. • Now you can export this information to a MS Excel file.

Creating a Report STEP 6 • Click on the "Reports" tab. • Click on "Save as Excel".
Exporting Report to Excel STEP 7 • A dialogue box with a Security Warning will pop-up, click the "yes" button. • Select the folder where you want to save the report. • Click "Save"

Excel Report
STEP 8 • Open the Excel Report you've just saved. • Click "Yes" on the dialogue box to allow the file to open. • Now you're able to print all information in your gradebook.
Emailing Parents
STEP 9 • Select the list of guardian emails in the excel file. • Copy (Ctrl+C) • Go to your Email, click "Compose". On the To, Bcc, Paste (Ctrl+V) addresses. • Write you desired email, and click "Send".
Tips: If a guardian email is updated, report it to register@ans.edu.ni
