Strengths ● Students’ interest in the topic ● Tasks are well planned ● Students’ are fostered to find possible solutions to problems, sometimes thinking out of the box ● Abundant use of Apps and digital tools used consciously and responsibly (use of creative commons and attention to e-safety) ● Cross-curricular project with other subjects/teachers involved

Weaknesses ● Lack of time (just 3 hrs a week and sometimes I just teach 2 hrs since I have other duties). Difficult to keep the pace because the schedule is very “thick” ● Project not completely focused on the school curriculum. I must teach ESP for pastry chefs and complete a certain amount of subjects decided by the Language Department. ● Students are lazy and I struggle to make them work at home. ● Difficult to have students of different schools work together on the same task ● Lack of communication among students of different nationalities

Strengths  the high school offers a good preparation through an elite faculty;  varied offer of school and extracurricular programs that lead to personalization of the instructiveeducational process;  the material basis of the school is vast and diverse;  an attractive educational offer for all education levels.

Weaknesses  predominantly extrinsic motivation for professional development, self-satisfaction, tendency to exaggerate their own role in student success;  lack of real communication (coordination -cooperation) between teachers for harmonization of educational influences ("we all have the same student and at the same time a DIVERSITY of students ”);  lack of motivation to learn in students;  insufficient use of teaching materials, information technology and active methods in the didactic approach;  disinterest of teachers for problems and for school development;  an internal circulation of the deficient information;
