The whole building is divided into three parts horizontally with different goals and the publicity is expressed in the middle part to the greatest extent as it provides multiple possibilities for interaction between the programs. There is also flexible circulation in the middle part to connect office and study center on both sides. In terms of functional allocation in the vertical direction, some cultural activities are located on the lower floors to provide this area with diverse cultural life, while more entertainment activities are embedded in the higher volumes.
