NATURESIO CLUBHOUSE // A place for students to close with nature and students are provided spaces such as lobby with greenery which is very attractive, gallery to display their outcome, cafe come with discussion area, assembly area to held activities and administrative for lecturers or academic manager. The concept of the close to nature focuses on the club house design and the connection among human with environment. It is designed in a philosophy that it will help to shape a place which is opened and well-linked with the nature. MEMORIAL ,CULTURAL CENTRE, ADAPTIVE REUSE // The existing building is mediterranean style, by adaptive reuse back part of the original builsing, we able to create a contemparary vernacular architecture as Mandailing Heritage Cultural Centre and memorial for Sutan Puasa. The centre is unique as it show culture about Mandailing which go against the Mandailng tradition as they are not allowed to take photo. Social sustainable development is a concept of providing healthy and liveable communities which is equitable on human right. One of the basic ideas of this concet is the is to provide chances to create communication among public. Hence, multipurpose hall, cafe, rooftop areas and others is provided to promote socialization among people not only families but also of a society as a whole. RE - ADAPTATION // An architecture fro audience and players to enjoy the competition in front of the lake. It provides toilet for all, changing room for players, store room, office for the management and also meeting room for the trainers. Other than that, OKU watching platform is specialised for them to get a better view with a disable friendly circulation as well. The concept of the grandstand is to recall or readapt the Malay Tradisional Architecture (MTA) in UTM. The design is maintained or remain the significant roof design for MTA by adding some elements and principles. Structures are using steel to have a better support with a simple structure designed.
