Vuelta a nado isla de Lanzarote

El reto solidario “Vuelta a Monique Meine, ha seguido además a nado isla de Lanzarote”, los nadadores desde tierra realizando que inició su andadura una ruta de senderismo en cada etapa, el pasado 30 de mayo otra forma también de apoyar y dar -Día de Canarias y Día visibilidad a esta enfermedad. Posteriormente decidieron darle ese cariz solidario para que «sirviera para algo o alguien», apuntaba Víctor, y eligieron AlanEM, la Asociación lanzaroteña para la asistencia en la Esclerosis Múltiple, por su compañera y amiga Araceli Tabares, siendo la recaudación íntegra para esta causa. El próximo 18 de septiembre está previsto que se celebre el acto de entrega del dinero recaudado -que obtienen a través de donaciones y venta de camisetas, gorros y mascarillasa representantes de AlanEM en la plaza del Fondeadero de Puerto del Carmen.

Albi Cedrés alcanza su meta solidaria recorriendo Yaiza

El atleta de Uga Albi Cedrés organizó una ‘Salida Grupal Solidaria’ el pasado 1 de agosto por todo el municipio de Yaiza, con el objetivo de recoger alimentos para las familias sureñas más vulnerables, a la que se unieron una decena de compañeros de carreras.

Un entrenamiento muy especial que partió a las 6:00 horas desde Femés con un recorrido de unos 50 kilómetros, que les llevaría por Las Casitas, Playa Quemada, Puerto Calero, La Geria, Uga, Yaiza, Las Breñas, El Golfo y La Hoya para finalizar en Papagayo, en Playa Blanca.

y entidades sureñas respaldaron con donaciones de alimentos y productos de aseo al grupo de atletas, que recorrieron el municipio acompañados por voluntarios de Protección Civil Yaiza encargados del acopio de los alimentos donados por otros atletas y vecinos al paso de la expedición.

Como gesto de apoyo a la propuesta solidaria de Cedrés, el alcalde de Yaiza, Óscar Noda, y concejales del gobierno municipal hicieron entrega de varios lotes de alimentos al organizador y promotor del recorrido en la jornada previa a la salida.
