Past Simple - Regular Verbs

We use past simple when we want to talk about something at a definite time in the past (For example yesterday, last night, in 1972, etc). Most verbs are regular and show this regularity by having “-ed” on the end. Affirmative Sentence: Subject + Verb-ed + complement Negative Sentence: Subject + did not (didn’t) - infinitive verb + complement Questions: Did + subject + infinitive verb + complement ?
