We would establish this by developing a value engineering process in line with the following principles: SEC, with the client’s team, select key suppliers and sub‐contractors who are critical to the works.

Developing and agreeing a design means the specification and clients requirements utilize SEC’s many years of design engineering experience combined with practical installation expertise and project management.
