The vision: It focuses on creating a safe, healthy and attractive environment in the northwestern region that takes into consideration the social, economic and environmental situation.
We are trying to reach in this region to provide sustainable neighborhoods, designed on the basis of the human-scale that supports the social aspect and enhances relations between the population, and provides shops, or light craftsmanship to provide work for the middle-class population with a flexible street network, linked internally in the area and externally. It supports various elements of movement such as walking, cycling and others, and providing services in particular for the area.

Medium density residential area In this area we have placed buildings with a height of 3 floors, and bounced up to 8 m from the street so that the residents can make a front garden, and we have also made pedestrian walkways and strengthened them with trees to encourage people to walk
High density residential area in this region we have made buildings in the form of an "L" in a way that allows every four buildings to form a "Courtyard", which creates an interaction between the residents and increases the proportion of greens in the region. These buildings come at two heights, the first is the highest which is 4 floors and The second one is at a height of 3 floors, so that the "Roof garden" is placed on it to increase green
Commercial area We have placed a commercial area in our region with the aim of promoting commercial activity and it contains buildings with two heights, the first is the highest 4 floors and the second is 3 floors and some of the buildings took the form of the letter "L" and the others were a rectangle so that all 3 buildings are approximately a complex , where the is a distance in front of the buildings allowing customers to park their car when buying.
Plaza We designed a square in our region that serves the residents of the region and increases the interaction between the residents to do different activities and allow children to entertain themselves and meet each other.
