In launching our 2013 Collection, we believe we have once again raised the bar to a whole new level. LPD Furniture has earned a worthy and deserved reputation as a supplier that constantly strives to bring to the market innovative, affordable, competitively priced products, to suit both traditional and modern interior design schemes, that satisfy the exacting requirements of prudent, style conscious consumers. Ever mindful that you, our customer, continue to operate your businesses in a challenging, but slowly improving trading climate, our experienced and commercially focussed team have invested considerable time working closely with capable and trusted manufacturers, to deliver more high quality, more competitively priced products than ever before.

DELIVERIES

AFTER SALES SERVICE

Customers must have good access and the ability to park a 40’ articulated lorry within close proximity to the delivery point is a pre-requisite.

Should you have a query on your delivery, please notify us in writing within 3 working days of the delivery date and when contacting us have your delivery note/invoice number to hand.

Please advise if your premises are subject to any parking restrictions in order that alternative delivery instructions can be pre-arranged as necessary.

If you wish to exchange a product, please endeavour to return it to us in the original packaging and the same condition in which it was received.

Drivers operate unaccompanied so may require help off-loading.

Any replacement/collection of goods will normally be actioned on your next delivery.

Company policy forbids drivers from leaving their vehicles unattended and accordingly they are not permitted to assist with moving items to storage areas away from the stipulated delivery point. All our vehicles operate on a multi-drop basis, therefore we are unable to give exact delivery times, however we can normally confirm a specific delivery day. A charge of £50.00 per pallet will be levied in the event of an aborted delivery resulting from non-compliance by the customer with any of the above conditions.

We will only accept returns where it is due to manufacturers’ fault or damage caused by LPD. Any returns due to damage resulting from customer misuse will be returned directly to the customer and credit denied. Given the scale of our telesales operation and the volume of calls handled, to enable us to provide the best possible customer service, it is vital when speaking to our Sales team regarding your query that you record the name of the relevant sales person in order that your query can subsequently be efficiently tracked by any team member.

Customers must have good access and the ability to park a 40’ articulated lorry within close proximity to the delivery point is a pre-requisite.

Should you have a query on your delivery, please notify us in writing within 3 working days of the delivery date and when contacting us have your delivery note/invoice number to hand.

Please advise if your premises are subject to any parking restrictions in order that alternative delivery instructions can be pre-arranged as necessary.

If you wish to exchange a product, please endeavour to return it to us in the original packaging and the same condition in which it was received.

Drivers operate unaccompanied so may require help off-loading.

Any replacement/collection of goods will normally be actioned on your next delivery.
