Dykes Redevelopment Weehawken, NJ - 2017 This is a redevelopment proposal for the owner of Dykes Lumber and Weehawken Township to turn this commercial site into a residential development and a gateway to Hoboken. The project will include two residential towers with a parking facility at its base and large amenity deck on top orf the deck. There are two residential towers with 500 residential units and parking for 400 cars.

These are two 16 story towers placed on top of a 5 story parking plinth. The two inward facing courts are open to amenity decks and views of Manhattan.
