THE GROWTH HISTORY OF VILLAGE LEADER
He was always eager to give back to the villagers, and in 1979 he became the village leader.
He was born in 1946 in Jiuxiangling Village Shenzhen, where his parents died in war and starvation, and villagers raised him.
New life was added to his family, and his son had two sons.But because the city is growing so fast, his home is too crowded to provide these functions.
He has been in the village since he grew up, often helping the villagers farm and carry. He later started a family and had children of his own.
Because of his kindness and helpfulness,villagers often come to his home to askfor his help and chat.
The location of the village was a firing range for the Kuomintang.

The building is divided into private Spaces according to the floors. The building uses an external staircase between the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors.
Because the residential buildings in the urban village are crowded with light and lack privacy, the building is designed with skylights through the first to fourth floors, allowing north light to be introduced into the building.
Analysis 1 The orange line is the flow line of the villagers, and the vblue line is the flow line of the village chief.
Analysis 2 Couples access the kitchen dining room on the first floor, the bedroom cloakroom on the third floor and the children's room on the fourth floor.
Analysis 3 The children's route requires access from the third floor to the fourth floor using the building's internal stairs.
Each floor of the section is functional, and the ground floor is an open space. The living room on the first floor is separated from the dining and kitchen space by a sunken design technique. The second floor is the elderly bedroom and study room. The third floor is a space for couples. The fourth floor is a children's space. The patio runs from the first floor to the fourth floor to make up for the lack of lighting on the north side.

By studying the township, I hope to know the building density and height near the site, so as to unify the design of the site and the surrounding buildings. Due to the use of human beings, this river has changed gradually. The construction of the national highway promoted the development of the township, the population increased year by year, and education became a thorny issue.
This base is located in Group 5, Xianglin Village, Hexi Township, Hanyuan County, Ya 'an City, Sichuan Province, China. Due to the rugged terrain and inconvenient transportation, the economy here is underdeveloped. The villagers earn their living by farming, so there are many terraces here. The river is separated by the national highway where the population is concentrated and the industrial plants are dense.
Hollow Building
The architecture layout is featuring a style that one square encircled by another bigger one.
The upper part is a flat ridge tile roof.
There are protruding watchtowers at the four corners of the square plan, and the house faces south and north. The earth building is laid out according to the traditional central axis symmetry, with a patio in the middle and five upper and lower rooms each. There is a foyer in the lower room, facing the main room.

The large roof cornice of the building is tilted upward to help vent rainwater.
Courtyard
The courtyard is generally composed of the north main room (body) and the east and west wing room (dragon protection).
Because the house is located in three directions, so the name of the courtyard.
The enclosed house form is a very close combination of cohesion and defense. To strengthen the interior with a solid wall to achieve the purpose of resisting external enemy intrusion.
Due to the lack of sunshine and limited space, the site selection and construction of residential houses in eastern Sichuan do not have a fixed position and direction, and often adopt the method of adapting to local conditions and flexible changes.

The building is built on a mountainous terrain, and the north side is low-lying. As the main entrance of the building, children enter the building through the north side. The central activity venue of the kindergarten is raised to a unified height to facilitate children's activities.
When the villagers go out to work, the children are sent to the kindergarten. The various spaces in the building provide them with various possibilities for activities.
ⅠIndoor Activity Room
Curved bookshelves and seats are set up, and carpets are laid on the floor to facilitate children's play and reading.
The classroom is divided into a study area and a nap area. The nap area is equipped with single beds and cabinets.
The indoor activity room has a floor height of 5.1 meters, and the ceiling of the room is equipped with top lighting, forming a space for internal and external communication. Children read and play here, and teachers sit on the sofa and observe the children.

Mortise and tenon (Sun Mao) is the main structure of ancient Chinese architecture, furniture and other instruments. It is a kind of connection method that combines concave and convex parts on two components. The protruding part is called a tenon (or mortise); The concave part is called the mortise.
Its feature is not to use nails on the objects, it use mortise and tenon to reinforce the object, and the structure of the object is firm and strong. The Mortise and Tenon reflects the ancient Chinese culture and wisdom.
In modern times, advances in technology have made mortise and tenon structures almost a thing of the past. Mortise and tenon, an invention that embodies the ancient culture and wisdom of China, are no longer a common thing in daily life. They are usually displayed in museums and art galleries. think the value of mortise and tenon is much greater than the value of "one piece of work". However, there are not many exhibitions about mortise and tenon joints in China, and the way of exhibition is ordinary. Could we explore this problem from the perspective of space?
Yantai Haichang Fisherman's Wharf is surrounded by the Yellow Sea in the east, the second bathing beach in the north, the former fishing wharf in the south, and the sea on three sides.
The project integrates tourism, catering, leisure, entertainment, shopping, vacation and other elements, including Yantai Haichang Whale shark Museum, Yantai Haichang Yudai Mountain hot spring, gourmet style street, coastal characteristic commercial street, high-end residential area and so on.
Yantai Haichang Fisherman's Wharf, a national AAAA scenic spot in China, is a good place for people to go out for sightseeing or vacation.

Luban puzzle ball is a traditional Chinese intelligence toy. This ingenious mechanism is said to have been invented by Lu Ban, so it was named Lu Ban puzzle ball. Luban puzzle ball is also a mortise and tenon structure. Forth Floor Plan
The two blocks are combined to form a wall, creating a visually striking composition by using the contrast between texture and color of materials.

This space is mainly used for some largescale activities, such as lectures, forums, seminars on mortise and tenon joints, etc. The "wall" in the middle of the space serves as a space partition, and at the same time, the "wall" itself can also serve as an independent space. The space inside the "wall" is a long and narrow corridor. This spatial form gives a strong sense of ritual, which adds interest to the spatial mood.
Large open Spaces, including reception, storage, etc. It can also serve as a space for small conferences. When there is no activity, it can be used as a place for tourists or nearby residents to walk or socialize.
The stalls in the bazaar can be assembled into different sizes as required. The booths can be rented to artisans or used as flea markets where exchange exchange goods.
The two shaped tables can be used individually or in combination. When used alone, it can be used as a bar for making coffee, and when used in combination, it can be used as a large table for parties. Path can be changed by combining and splitting each block. Each block has function of display, allowing people to enjoy the exhibits while playing in the maze. This space appeals to both adults and children.

There is a hanging garden between the two buildings in my grandparents house. People in the community often take a walk here, do sports and walk their dogs. However, with the neglect of the construction of the hanging garden in the community, many of the original good facilities for convenience have been abandoned.Many of the problems lie in what is supposed to be a well-used hanging garden. Due to the epidemic in recent years, people quarantined at home will sometimes be disturbed by their pets, and they cannot walk their dogs in the community. Therefore, many pet parents hope to build a space of their own for pets in the community. At the same time, through the analysis of the surrounding facilities, we can take this community as a central experimental point, radiate the transformation design to the surrounding community, and spread the design concept.
