incorporate geometric envelope that is coherent to the concept & context



the use of tensile structure and fabric to enhance privacy, invite users and protect from natural elements (wind, dust, sun)

strong geometries to highlight communal spaces and give the essence of oppenness

use of limestone bricks to give a bold and rough texture to building following the concept


vertically slim windows on all external wall to reduce heat gain without compromising natural sunlight

central courtyard elongated toward north south axis to reduce sun exposure

using culdisacs to allow ventilation and light into all units

bold and rectlinear walls for the residential areas to provide security
