TOCKET 是一款針對登山者設計的軌跡紀錄 GPS。紀錄走過的路線,當開始登山時使用便能確認登山路線是

否正確,也能判斷登山的路途還有多少,TOCKET APP 內可下載山友走過的軌跡,下載後可當作登山時的參 考,並結合時下 AR 科技,將山況實體化,讓登山的風險性降低,並結合穿戴裝備,使產品與登山結合。

TOCKET is a track record GPS designed for mountaineers to record the route taken, so that when you start climbing, you can confirm whether the route is correct and determine how much trail is left to climb.

山難 60% 起因為不熟路況 Moutain Disater 60% Get Lost

近年來山難頻傳,其中引起山難的原因有 60% 以上是不

熟悉路況而迷路。但登山時使用 GPS 做導引未形成風氣, 通常都以嚮導作為登山時的指引人,並隨著氣候進行路線 的矯正。但有時因大自然的因素,迷路的機率依然存在。

Mountain disasters have been reported frequently in recent years. More than 60% of the causes of mountain disasters are unfamiliar with road conditions and getting lost. However, the use of GPS as a guide when climbing has not formed a trend. Usually, guides are used as guides when climbing. Correct the route, but sometimes due to natural factors, the chance of getting lost still exists.

針對登山者的使用習慣進行了調研,可觀察到登山者在裝

備上多採取好收納以及盡量將物品放置在登山包或是以吊 掛方式收納。氣候也是登山者決定此次登山是否成行的關 鍵,因此列出以下幾點 :

The research was conducted on the usage habits of climbers, and it was obser ved that climbers tend to take good storage on their equipment and try to put their items in their climbing bags or store them in a hanging way. The weather is also the key for climbers to decide whether the climb will be successful or not, so the following points are listed: ˙Accuracy of positioning speed ˙Offline trail map ˙Climate information˙AR map navigation ˙Heart rhythm detection ˙Convenient carrying and easy operation

沒有過多功能,唯有符合使用者的需求

There is no over-function, but only to meet the needs of users

繪製外觀草圖時,針對使用者會攜帶的裝備以及使用的情境來做發想。將過多的功能刪除, 圍繞在使用者需求來設計。

When sketching the appearance, we will think about the equipment that the user will carry and the context of use.And remove too many functions and design around the user's needs.

將安全放入口袋,輕鬆悠遊在大自然中 Put safety in your pocket and relax in the nature

前期調查從登山者裝備會盡量能吊掛著或是便利攜帶。因此草圖發想時也想到如果將導航設備與帽 子座結合能否讓使用者的使用過程便利。但最後發現到與帽子結合的方式與使用者其行為不符合, 因此最後還是選定將產品用吊掛在登山包上和便利放入口到為形體上的設計發想。

In the preliminary survey, the equipment from the mountaineers will be able to hang or carry as much as possible. Therefore, when sketching the idea, we also thought if the combination of the navigation device and the hat holder could make the user's use process convenient. But in the end, it was found that the way of combining with the hat was

not in line with the user's behavior, so in the end, the product was chosen to be hung on the mountaineering bag and put into the mouth for convenience as a physical design idea.

產品細節上將擴增實境鏡頭設計在蓋子上方,讓使用者操作時可以明確的知道山徑以及對照山形與識別。記憶卡槽 是一個擴充地圖處存區,內含各國圖資道路導航,也防止因內建處存空間耗盡,導致無法下載離線資料。充電採取 Type-C 充電插槽 ,不需要擔心忘記帶充電線的問題,因為它與你的手機充電線是一樣的。讓使用者方便攜帶,所 以設計扣環讓產品可以與登山包做結合,使的攜帶與拿取更加便利。

The augmented reality camera is designed on the top of the lid, so that users can clearly know the mountain trails and the shape of the mountains and identify them when operating. The memory card slot is an expansion of the map storage area, containing the road navigation of various countries map information, but also to prevent the built-in storage space is exhausted, resulting in the inability to download offline data. Charging takes Type-C charging slot, no need to worry about forgetting to bring the charging cable, because it is the same as the charging cable of your phone. So that users can easily carry, so the design of the buckle allows the product to do with the mountain bag combined, so that the carrying and pick up more convenient.

介面設計上,瞄準使用者其真實需求。將介面圍繞使用者所需 的六點 : 定位速度的精準 、離線山徑地圖 、氣候資訊、AR 地 圖導航 、心律偵測 以及簡易操作。目的是讓使用者在與大自然 親近時能多一份保障,確保自己的路線和當日氣候是安全的。 使用時不會覺得操作困難,唯有操作的淺顯易懂才能讓使用者 可以更加專注更加安全的與自然接觸。

The interface is designed to meet the real needs of users. The interface is built around the six points that users need: accurate positioning speed, offline trail maps, climate information, AR map navigation, heart rate detection, and easy operation. The goal is to give users an extra layer of protection when they are close to nature, ensuring that their routes and the weather are safe. It is not difficult to use, but easy to understand so that the user can concentrate more and safer with nature.

行動電源在日常中已經與我們形影不離,因有諸多的科技產品我們隨身攜帶著,如必備的手機、工作 用的平板和電腦等科技產品。也因此我們常常需要帶著各式各樣的充電線。除此之外,在工作時隨身 碟往往都是讓資料能快速處存的利器,但卻因其體積小使的要用時才驚覺隨身碟已經消失。KOOLY CHARGER 結合日常的需要 : 行動電源、充電線和隨身碟於一身,讓便利日常與你畫上等號。 Charger has become a part of our daily lives, as we carry many technology products with us, such as our cellphones, work ipads and computers. Therefore, we often need to carry all kinds of charging cables with us. KOOLY CHARGER is

a combination of charger, charging cable and USB flash drive, which makes the convenience of daily life equal to your needs.

隨身碟 ? 與行動電源有甚麼關聯呢 ? USB flash drive? What is the relationship with charger?

原先在進行產品發想時,將使用者定義為工作者,因其使用科技產品的比例為 88% 甚至出差人士已經習慣 出差不再帶筆電而是以平板或是手中的手機來與客戶進行開會交流。經過思考後,發現 " 工作者 " 這詞其實 很廣泛,包含大學生甚至到已經在就業的人士。進一步的發想,聯想到這些使用者對於資料的便利處存十分 需要,因此才會有將隨身碟與行動電源結合在一起的方向。 In the original product development, we defined users as workers because 88% of them use technology products and even business travelers are used to travel without laptops and use ipads or cellphones to communicate with customers in meetings. After thinking about it, we found that the term "worker" is actually very broad, including university students and even people who are already working. After thinking about it further, we realized that these users are in need of convenient storage of data, which is why the direction of combining USB flash drive and charger was born.

總是在背包深處尋找它好麻煩,我的充電線呢 ? It's always a hassle to find it deep in my backpack, where is my charging cable?

設計外觀造型時考慮了幾個因素 : 產品應該要容易找到、結合充電線、除了放入背包外是否能掛著。總是有 幾次找尋行動電源時,會發現永遠在書包最底層翻出。找到後又發現,充電線在哪呢 ? 因此在外觀上除了造 型設計的讓使用者容易操作外,也將需求功能加入其中,使的產品符合使用者需求。

Several factors were taken into consideration when designing the appearance: the product should be easy to find, combined with the charging cable, and whether it can be hung up in addition to being placed in a backpack. There were always times when I was looking for the charger, I would always find it at the bottom of my school bag. After finding it, where is the charging cable?

Therefore, in addition to the appearance of the design so that users can easily operate, but also to add the function of demand, so that the product meets the needs of users.

How many parts does a charger consist of?

進行產品量產時,須先了解產品其顏色、材質以及要如何製作,因此透過此專案來練習 CMF(Color、Materail、 Finishing)。了解產品的製程能知道一件產品並非進行市調將產品畫出草圖後進行 3D 建模便是結束,其實後面還 有許多工程需要進行的。 In mass production, it is important to understand the color, material, and how to make the product, so we practiced CMF (Color, Materail, Finishing) through this project. By understanding the product manufacturing process, we can understand that a product does not end with sketching and 3D modeling after conducting market research.

KOOLY CHARGER 總共有四款,每一款分別都有兩種顏色做色彩搭配。四款中兩款色彩較為活潑繽紛另兩款較為 成熟穩重。不同的搭配可以讓使用者選購上有較多選擇也能挑選自己喜愛的顏色。

There are four KOOLY CHARGER models in total, each with two colors to match. Two of the four models are more colorful and the other two are more mature and stable. The different color combinations allow users to have more choices and pick their favorite colors. 活潑繽紛

KOOLY CHARGER 零件大大小小總共有十件。分別為外殼、電池模組、電量燈充電孔開關鍵、扣帶、充電線模組、記 憶體電路板、隨身碟蓋子、隨身碟外殼、電池罩子和外殼罩子。每個零件材質有所不同,因此需知道零部件的材質才能 了解如何製造的。

There are ten KOOLY CHARGER parts in total, big and small. They are the outer shell, battery module, battery light charging hole opening key, buckle, charging cable module, memory circuit board, USB flash drive cover, USB flash drive outer shell, battery cover and outer shell cover. KOOLY CHARGER 編碼 原則

KOOLY CHARGER coding principle

了解產品其內部零組件的數量後,除了知道該項部件它的製程,還要知道說每一項零組件都有它的編碼。透過編 碼可以知道產品它是由甚麼零組件組裝而成。當零組件的儲貨量快沒時,便可以透過編碼輕鬆了解該零組件是由 何者代工廠製作而進行叫料。

After knowing the quantity of internal components of a product, besides knowing the manufacturing process of the component, we also need to know that each component has its own code. Through the code, we can know what components the product is assembled from. When the stock of a component is running out, you can easily know the component is made by the OEM and order the material through the code.

為了能更加得清楚該產品其零組件的儲存量以及它的製造過程和製造該零件的廠商,因此需要 bom 表。bom 表 詳細的將產品有多少零組件組裝而成以及現在倉庫庫存還有多少和這些零件的製造商詳細的列在該表中。在檢視 這項產品的製程時可以透過 bom 表來了解,也讓資料統整更加完善。

In order to have a clearer picture of the product's component inventor y, its manufacturing process and the manufacturer of the component, a bom table is needed. bom table details how many components are assembled into the product, how many are still in the warehouse inventory and the manufacturer of these components. The bom sheet is used to understand the manufacturing process of the product and to improve the data integration.

二技實習時,因緣際會下在物外設計實習了兩個月,也在這個時候對鋼筆有些許的了解。對鋼 筆的結構以及其中各家品牌的故事深深的著迷。此專案為經過兩個月實習的成果,將自己對鋼 筆的喜愛呈現在設計之中。

During my second technical internship, I had a two-month internship at YS Studio, and at this time I got to know a little bit about fountain pens. I was fascinated by the structure of fountain pens and the stories of various brands in them. This project is the result of the two-month internship, and presents my love for fountain pens in the design.

對大多數人來說,鋼筆十分高貴,象徵著凸顯個人價值的物件。也有人將鋼筆視為一件收藏品,每天看著他

眼神中滿滿的對他的愛。我呢 ? 鋼筆對我來說像是什麼,我會說他就像是在詮釋我的日常,他不會安靜地待 在玻璃櫃中,而是隨時隨地都想看見他使用他,像似點綴我的每一天。 For most people, a fountain pen is a noble object that symbolizes the value of a person. Others see the pen as a collector's item and look at it every day with love in their eyes. What about me? I would say that it is like an interpretation of my daily life. It does not stay quietly in the glass case, but I want to see it and use it whenever and wherever I want, as if to decorate my day.

繪製鋼筆外觀時,不斷地在思考想著要如何融入日常,何謂融入日常 ? 是圓潤的造型還是帶有點綴華麗又或 者是俐落的外觀 ? 日常,也不是無時無刻赤裸裸的,他也有點神祕。因此將造型設計上以神秘中帶點獨特; 圓滑之中又有俐落的線條感為設計發想。 When drawing the exterior of the fountain pen, I kept thinking about how to integrate it into the everyday, and what does that mean? Is it a rounded shape, or is it ornate with embellishments, or is it a sleek look? The everyday is not naked all the time, it is also a bit mysterious. Therefore, the design is based on the idea of mystery with a little bit of uniqueness; smooth and sleek lines.

鋼筆在日常中,是種裝飾,也是工作中的工具,也是展現自我格調的方式。設計的初衷,便是希 望這支鋼筆帶點神秘感,隱約中帶點獨特但又不失格調,圓滑中帶點玩味性。使用和擺放在身旁 時,像是生活的點綴。將鋼筆成為你的日常,而不是件放置在玻璃櫃中靜靜擺放的裝飾品。 Fountain pen is a kind of decoration in daily life, a tool in work and a way to show one's style. The original intention of the design is to bring a sense of mystery to this pen, a little unique yet stylish in a discreet way, and a little playful in a smooth way. When used and placed next to you, the pen is like an accessory to your life. Make the pen your daily life, not a piece of decoration that sits in a glass case.

抓出時間之賊,是誰偷走了你我的時間 ? 當一天一晃而過,有時我們忽然驚覺 : 我今天到底 做了什麼 ? 感覺好像很忙,但卻又覺得缺乏成就感, 到底那些時間「不知不覺的」跑去哪裡 ? 對空檔缺乏「更優質的時間利用」,沒有分配更 多 時間完成更有價值行動。 提高自己對時間的敏感度,能主動注意到空檔;增 加更多的優質時間利用,空檔主動選擇專注有價值 的事。 CATCH THE THIEF OF TIME, WHO STOLE YOUR TIME? When the time is not enough, but keep looking at the time...

一天的開始,發現有很多事情纏繞在身上等著自己去處理時,對於處理的事情每有想法時,便總是會 想要看一下時間,像似看著時間時間便會倒流,而時間就這樣慢慢流失,事情卻堆積如山,作為時間 的管理員,要的不是一直看著時間,而是要一個能告誡你善用時間的監督人出現。

At the beginning of the day, when I find that there are many things entangled in my body waiting to be dealt with by myself, every time I have an idea about the things to be dealt with, I always want to look at the time, as if looking at the time, the time will go backwards, and the time will This slowly drains away, but things pile up like a mountain. 透過視覺行為的轉變,將既定印象改變,警惕人們的行為模式思考。 ˙ 視覺行為的改變 : 時間不夠 > 浪費 > 流逝 > 倒數 > 沙漏 ˙ 既定印象改變 : 不斷的看時間 > 認為看時間,就能比較會利用時間 > 看一秒,少一秒 > 浪費時間 ˙ 警惕 : 有什麼用 > 要的不是時鐘,不是計時器,而是一個能警惕自己善用時間的告誡

反轉時間,由生活帶入;隨時警惕自己時間規畫之重要性。流失象徵警惕作用,代表不善用時間, 時間便會悄悄地流失。因此分為三階段 : 相關資料蒐集和原理應用、操作測試、結構設定和製作。

Reversing time is brought in by life; always be alert to the importance of planning your time. The loss of time symbolizes vigilance, which means that time will be lost quietly if you do not make good use of it. Therefore, it is divided into three stages: relevant data collection and principle application, operation test, structure setting and production.

第一步 資料蒐集和原理應用

Step 1 Data collection and principle application

資料蒐集階段主要為透過何種方式或是原理可以由生活帶入,使人對於時間有警惕作用。 因此找到了三種方式並且進行實驗及測試, 分別為 : 永動機 - 虹吸原理、水利循環 - 抽水馬達、步進馬達 -Arduino 面板。 會考慮這三種方法的原因,在發想時腦海中浮現一個畫面,水像是時間,不斷的循環流動就像時間不停 歇的跑著。告知你別浪費光陰。

The main purpose of the data collection phase was to find out how to bring in the principle of time vigilance from life. Therefore, we found three ways and conducted experiments and tests. They are: permanent motion - siphon principle, hydraulic cycle - pumping motor, and stepping motor - Arduino panel. The reason for considering these three methods is that when thinking about it, a picture comes to mind, water is like time, and the constant circulation is like time running non-stop. Tell you not to waste time.

除了蒐集相關原理可應用在設計上之外,產品造型也找尋一些與自己所想像的外觀造型契合的設計。透 過這些搜索讓自己心目中的外觀藍圖的形更加明確,也能刺激更多對於該項設計的想像。

In addition to collecting the relevant principles that can be applied to the design, the product shape is also searched for some designs that fit with the shape of the appearance that you imagine. 第二步 操作測試

Step 2 Operational testing

經過操作測試後發現到永動機虹吸原理是不可行的,在運轉過程中能量不可能完全沒有損耗,因此在沒有其 他能量注入要不斷的永動是不可能的。水利循環抽水馬達雖然可行但讓水進行循環所需的馬達體積較大無法 符合設計上所需的條件,因此放棄。步進馬達搭配 Arduino 面板,其呈現方式與前面兩種原理不同,但最 後呈現方式與體積大小都與設計中的結構吻合因此最後選擇該方案。

After operational tests, it was found that the siphoning principle of the perpetual motion machine is not feasible, as it is impossible to have no loss of energy during the operation process. Although the hydraulic circulating pumping motor is feasible, the size of the motor required to circulate the water is too large to meet the design requirements, so it is abandoned. The stepper motor with Arduino panel has a different presentation from the previous two principles, but the final presentation and size of the motor match the structure of the design, so this solution was chosen.

確定所需要的原理後,外觀造型由搜索例圖進入草圖繪製階段。在草圖繪製前腦海中便浮現一個想像,外型 像是個沙漏,水由上方注入,慢慢滴著,像似時間分秒間流逝。而真正帶有刻度的時間,則由馬達與面板控 制下悄悄的運行著,透過不斷的繪製,才將腦海中的畫面繪製出來。利用建模和 3D 打印使造型能更加清晰 也能曉得修改的方向。

This means that the demand for health and medical care products and intelligent assistance products is gradually increasing, and the demand for quality of life in Taiwan is rising. Therefore, we hope that the design can achieve the purpose of healthy life and safe diet in line with the higher quality of life .

The circular design divides the interior of the exhibition area into: the space capsule simulation lift-off area, the time corridor, the gravity-free experience area,and the moon landing area.
