A unique location with incredible history
Established in 1840, William Blyth is one of the oldest roofing companies in the UK. Manufacturing a wide range of handmade clay roof tiles and fittings using our own reserves of alluvial clay situated on the Southern banks of the river Humber, combined with traditional firing techniques producing a unique array of natural colours and textures.
We - the Harrison family - have owned the site since 2005 and have always felt we had something special in the historic location of the last remaining traditional tile works in the country, set against the spectacular backdrop of the Humber Bridge and the river itself. Over the past 18 years, we have sympathetically developed the site into a place to relax and enjoy great food with friends, to get inspiration for home and garden, and to soak up the beautiful natural environment and breathtaking man-made structures that surround us.
Plant Area
Here at Humber Bridge Garden Centre we have all your garden favourites in our plant area, ranging from locally sourced bedding, perennials, roses, shrubs, and trees. We also have a great selection of topiary, large specimens, and ornamentals for your outdoor space. As well as stocking a range of houseplants for your indoor space!
