Our deli is bursting with fresh Lancashire produce. Indulge in over 40 delicious cheeses, chutneys and preserves, pies, cakes, biscuits and condiments, with plenty of sugar-free and gluten-free products too. We also have an extensive range of craft and artisan gins, tonics, beers, wines and nibbles. Located in our Food Hall.
The Crumbly Cheese Deli
Come and try a taste of real Lancashire in The Crumbly Cheese Deli. It’s bursting with fresh Lancashire produce including over 40 local, regional and international cheeses to tempt you. One of our best-sellers is, perhaps not surprisingly, Lancashire Crumbly.
The newest addition to our line-up is an extensive range of craft and artisan Gins and their perfect Tonics. From Sharish Blue Magic (which changes colour from blue to pink when you add tonic) to Zymurgorium (with innovative flavours such as Parma Violet, Marmalade and Turkish Delight), there’s something for everyone.
Our Deli also has a mouth-watering selection of sweet and savoury Pies, Cakes and Biscuits, Preserves, Chutneys and Condiments, including the very special and versatile Lancashire Sauce. We also stock Beers and Ales from local breweries such as Naylor’s and Bowland Brewery, Wines from around the world and locally-made award-winning tea and coffee. The Terrace Tea Room
Enjoy freshly made soups, sandwiches and salads, a range of hot meals and main dishes alongside a wonderful choice of cream teas, homemade scones, cakes and pastries, all complemented by an impressive selection of loose leaf teas and speciality coffees.
Early morning shoppers can savour some delicious breakfast options including eggs benedict, cheese and ham croissants, Welsh rarebit or scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on an English muffin.
Of course, no Tea Room would be complete without their signature Afternoon Tea and at the Terrace Tea Room you can enjoy their freshly made Afternoon Tea of smoked salmon, cucumber and egg finger sandwiches, accompanied by homemade scones, cream cakes and pastries with your choice of loose leaf tea.
Cafe Nova
The mezzanine level of the Weavers Court is home to Café Nova. The ideal place to meet friends, take a well-earned rest and re-fuel for the next stage of your retail therapy!

The Pavillion
The recently refurbished Pavillion Coffee Shop is often the first port of call for customers visiting the Mill, located at the front entrance.
With a stylish, contemporary feel, The Pavillion offers a haven where visitors can relax, secluded from the hustle and bustle of shopping.
The restaurant offers an extensive selection of homemade daily specials & firm favourites such as fish & chips and steak pudding as well as lighter snacks, sandwiches and jacket potatoes. Pies, cakes and pastries are freshly baked on-site every morning.
A wide variety of hot and cold beverages are also available, as well as a fully licensed and well-stocked bar.
