Preface
This portfolio is a collection of my design work from 2011 to 2017 include the Bachelor of Interior and Spatial design study works in the Chelsea Colloge of art ( UAL) , Master of Archtecture design study works in Bartlett school of Archtecture in London and Several working projects in Leigh & Orange Ltd. in Beijing and Hongkong. These projects represent a continuous process of learing and exploration through my different study and work stage until now. From my study in university to workplace, the work shown here has helpd me to understand archtecture design in many ways. Different project and circumstance has taught me not only skills but also diversified way of thinking, designing and research through these years. Architecture design has always been attractive to me. Because I believe it is one of the effective and amazing way to achieve the imagnation and advanced concept to the real life in such large scale and truly make the world better place. Sense Of Gothic Workshop with Benjamin Dillenburger 参数化哥特建筑研究 Inspired by Gothic design philosophy of hierarchy, structure and high resolution, This project tried to incorporate these ideas in the generative design system by using flexible iterated bezier curve combinations to archive different final outputs which have different levels of hierarchy, high resolution and structurally stable. The object is created by programmed algorithm method base on simple polygon model.

Spacewire Project Filamentric RC4 - Bartlett GAD 算法设计与建筑 3d 打印可行性研究 The Space Wire project is aim to investigating a new design and fabrication strategy. As a design intent, Gothic architecture study was the primary direction for the project. In order to incorporate the gothic design philosophy such as hierarchy, high resolution and structurally stable,the project was created base on parametric and algorithm design methods. The project has established a logic for generative design system which was working base on the structure date where has been typology optimized, analyzed and collected by parametric tools. This image is a 15 meters chunk design proposal. It has generated by algorithm design method.

Robot Fabrication 1:1 Prototype In order to demonstrate the possibility of actually building, the physical part of the project was mainly focus on the 3D printing technical developing base in the common 3D printing methods (plastic extrusion) and techniques. The extruder which has been developed a series of prototypes along with the project. It was connected to Arduino for controlling printing speed and temperature. In order to achieve continuous linear result with high precision and various forms and details but less material wastage and cheap manufacturing. Therefore, the digital fabrication of the project was done by industrial robot, Basically, robot was cooperate with different Toolpath which would also generated by script, include various fabrication logic and it need to be designed to avoid the robotsingularity and printred parts, etc.

Meanwhile Garden Project As a community park reconstruction procject, the design object is to build a public facility could benefit the local residents and help the council to imporve the garden status. The project is a leisure center located on the Meawhile canal bank near by Westbourne Park Station. It is an indoor public space for the community and park, that have basic trainning facilities, training rooms and coffee shop for local people and others. On the otherhand it will provide jobs and income for the council.
