「GLocal Action Practice Program 全球在地行動實踐計畫」 簡稱 “GLAP” 是淡江大學蘭陽校區英美語言文化學系的大四生的畢業專 題。本校區以「全英語授課」、「全大三出國」以及「全住宿學院」為 三大特色。大三出國時，我們發現對自己的文化歷史與背景沒有足夠的
了解，因此本系成立 “GLAP” 結合了 Global (全球) 和 Local (在地)， 將我們在國外所學的知識結合宜蘭在地文化，透過與宜蘭地區的機構合 作，希望在學習本土化的同時能夠拼湊出一個互相連結的社群。
“GLocal Action Practice Program” (GLAP) is the senior project of Tamkang University Lanyang Campus Department of English Language and Culture. The features of our campus are “English-Taught”, “Junior Abroad” and “Residential College Program”. After one year abroad, we realized our lack of knowledge and curiosity towards our own culture, which is why our department has started this program, “GLAP”. We utilize and implement the knowledge that we have learned from abroad to help the non-profit organizations in Yilan, and through this cooperation, we can create a mutual-connected society, which combines “global” and “local”.
01 簡介 Introduction
大三出國後回來的我們，發現台灣的民眾閱讀習慣普遍低迷，學 習新知識似乎被侷限於死板的教育框架裡，並沒有真正體驗到閱讀的樂 趣。為此，我們與市立圖書館合辦「步入蘭原，與你相揪讀冊」，透過 參與本計畫，我們將所學的專業知識及語文能力運用在手繪手冊以及雙 語音導覽裡，讓閱讀這件事不再是那麼艱難，而是自然而然地融入在平 常生活中，同時也能促進宜蘭在地觀光發展。
After our junior year abroad, we found that Taiwanese don’t have the habit of reading, learning new knowledge seems to be limited by the frame of our rigid educational system and did not really experience the pleasure of reading.
Therefore, we cooperate with the Yilan Municipal Library to hold an activity called "Yilan。Travel。Read." By participating in this project, we used the professional knowledge and language skills we learned to create a hand-drawn brochure and to develop a bilingual audio guide for Yilan. We tried to integrate reality into daily life, and at the same time hoping to promote Yilan local tourist industry.

宜蘭酒廠為全台最老的酒廠，廠內中 最有名的是紅露酒，紅露酒不僅是最有營養 價值的酒類，還獲得過世界評鑑銀牌獎。酒 廠內展示各種緣自福建安溪的酒器以及牆上 掛有製酒流程的介紹。現今的宜蘭酒廠已經 轉型為觀光酒廠，園區內有小吃街、展示區、 販賣部。 Yilan Distillery is the oldest distillery in Taiwan. The most famous wine in the factory is red dew. Known as the most nutritious wine, the red

主祀媽祖的昭應宮，是宜蘭市民的信仰中心，更是民眾聚會聊天 的場所。宮前的牆壁上還不時地貼著宜蘭地區歌仔戲表演的資訊。儘 管昭應宮經過整修，宮廟內的木雕依舊保持著當年建造時的樣貌，富 有相當的歷史價值。 Mazu is the goddess that protects the sea and fishermen,
and Mazu is the main goddess of Zhaoying Temple. Zhaoying Temple is not only a place where people gather but also a historic monument that has been through several renovations; however, it remains a primitive outlook that represents the culture. If you are interested in visiting historic monuments, you definitely have to go to Zhaoying Temple.

碧霞宮又稱岳武穆王廟，是台灣少數以岳飛為主神的廟。與一般廟宇不同的是， 前來碧霞宮的信徒都是為了學習岳飛忠孝節義的情操，奉獻社會的精神。也因 為碧霞宮的特殊歷史背景以及獨特性，被縣政府列為縣定古蹟。 Bisia Temple is also known as Yue Fei Temple, which is one of a few temples that worship Yue Fei, a military general in Southern Song, as the main god. The biggest difference of Bisia Temple is that the purpose of people who come here isn’t praying for good luck, but
learning loyalty, integrity of Yue Fei. Besides, because of the unique historical background, the Yilan County Government has specified Bisia Temple as the historic monument of the county.

城隍廟所供奉的城隍爺是位陰間判官 同時也是一個城鎮的守護神。宜蘭市的城 隍廟已有200多年的歷史，廟中存有許多自 清朝時期所留下來的古物。儘管建築物低 矮的設計給了人一種嚴肅的氛圍，不過附 近有許多當地人喜愛吃的美食，像是城隍 早餐店、廟口麵店、冷白粉圓等，讓許多 人紛紛來訪。
Chenghuang Ye is the judge of the Inferno, who is also the god that guards and protects the town. The main function of Chenghuang Temple is to protect the local residents and in charge of the judgement of people entering Inferno. The architecture of the temple is quite different from others. Chenghuang Temple is a lowrise building which causes a sense of oppression for visitors. In addition, Chenghuang Temple has already been built for more than 200 years, and there are lots of special antiquities that have been preserved since the Qing Dynasty.

∣ 擁有82年的歷史的紅磚屋，原本是一間舊的米穀 檢查所，之後委託給了作家黃春明將其分為三個區塊， 分別為咖啡吧、黃昏電影院和故事劇場。咖啡廳的書 架成列了黃春民的經典小說、繪本、撕畫和有聲書。 平日下午，黃昏電影院會播放文藝電影給大家欣賞。 周末時，則是安排了許多講座活動。 The Red Brick House had been established for 82 years. It used to be a rice inspection bureau. Later, the building was entrusted to a literature author Huang Chun-Ming. He divided Baiguo Tree Brick House into three categories: coffeeshop, cinema, and lounge area. The coffeeshop is an exhibition of Huang ChunMing’s classic novels, picture books, collage artworks and audiobooks. During the weekdays, there will be art and literature movies played in the cinema. 丟丟噹森林位於宜蘭火車站正對面，放眼 望去，你會看到一台星空列車高掛在鐵樹森林中 而鐵樹森林代表的是高達14公尺的九芎樹。根據 歷史記載，當漢人開墾宜蘭時，宜蘭城被九芎樹 環繞著，原來九芎城是古代宜蘭城的舊名，所以 這件藝術作品可是非常具有歷史意義呢！

宜蘭演藝廳是縣內重要的藝文表演場所，經常會有大大小小不同 類型的表演在這裡舉行，而光是從設計、規劃、建設演藝廳就耗費了將 近八年的時間。在設計方面運用了許多小巧思，除了建材使用綠鋼屋頂、
洗宜蘭石還有閩南式紅磚，戶外也設計了人工湖以及湖畔戲台。 Yilan Performing Arts Center is one of the most important art and culture center that holds various genres of art performances occasionally in Yilan. It took almost 8 years to build the art center, from design, planning and constructing. A lot of small details were applied in this art center, such as the green steel rooftop, local Yilan pebbles and Southern Fujien
style red bricks. Moreover, an outdoor artificial lake and lakeside stage were also designed as part of the art center. These characteristics make Yilan Performing Arts Center a great place to experience traditional Yilan’s residence.
