Entry Hong Kong Mandatory new coronavirus testing: - All arriving passengers must undergo a new coronavirus test after completing the relevant health, immigration, customs and quarantine procedures. - The test will be carried out at the temporary sample collection center located in the midfield passenger terminal in the restricted area of the airport. Passengers will submit deep throat saliva samples during the test, which will be collected by medical staff dispatched by the Department of Health at the center. Passengers will be guided and assisted when they leave the baggage claim area. In addition, passengers must wait for the test results. Entry restrictions: Only Hong Kong residents with the following documents can enter Hong Kong - Hong Kong permanent resident identity card or Hong Kong identity card that has: “*” symbol, “A” or “R” mark “C” mark (must be accompanied by a valid work visa or study visa) “U” mark (Note: holders of this type of Hong Kong ID card must obtain approval from the Hong Kong Immigration Department before checking in) - Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Passport or British National (Overseas) Passport (with the right of abode in Hong Kong) - Document of Identity for Visa - Non-Hong Kong residents will be denied entry * For the latest mandatory quarantine regulations for all passengers, please visit the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government’s : https://www.coronavirus.gov.hk/sim/inbound-travel.html 4

We may have to contact Hong Kong Immigration to ensure that you are allowed into Hong Kong. Arrive 2-3 hours ahead of your flight. Some terminals and counters may be consolidated at certain airports.
You won’t be able to access your baggage until leaving the airport. Make sure your carry-on baggage contains what you’ll need.

3. Bring a folder or bag You will be given multiple forms and documents as you arrive, and these will be regularly checked. Make sure you have them easily available

COVID-19 prevention measures of China Southern Airlines
In order to prevent and control the transmission of infections and ensure the health of passengers and employees, China Southern Airlines has formulated and strictly implemented epidemic prevention and control measures. Please read the following advice carefully: Crews and frontline staff All frontline staff of China Southern Airlines must complete the health control form and body temperature will be checked before duty. Staff and crew need to wear face masks, disposable gloves and other protective equipment during duty. Service on board The service on board will be adjusted based on the level of flight risks. Till now all long-haul flights are considered as high-risk flights. Hygiene on board In the air conditioning system of China Southern Airlines’ aircrafts, the recirculation system is installed with HEPA (High efficiency particulate air Filter). Travel requirements for the passengers Inbound passengers (to China) are required to provide a 14-days health code before boarding. Passengers are required to wear medical surgical or advanced masks during the whole journey. When traveling, China Southern Airlines warmly reminds you: 1. Plan travel time sufficiently 2. 1. 抵達香港國際機場 抵港後，乘坐電動列車（或步行）前往中場客運大樓，並進行檢測。香港衞生署 人員會進行下列程序： * 檢查你有否填寫健康及檢疫申報表。請先連結左邊QR code到表單填寫及 提交表格。 * 協助你安裝「居安抗疫」流動應用程式，並為你戴上連接至該應用程式的手
環。請必須以有效的電話號碼啟動程式。 * 如你曾到訪或過境孟加拉、埃塞俄比亞、印度、印尼、哈薩克斯坦、尼泊爾、巴 基斯坦、菲律賓、南非或美國，衞生署人員將檢查你的醫療證明文件。 * 確認你已預訂酒店或能提供住址證明，以接受檢疫。如你曾到訪指定的高風 險地區，你必須在酒店完成檢疫。

3. 如你於中午或之前抵港* 你必須在中場客運大樓的衞生署臨時樣本採集中心等候檢測結果，過程一 般需要8至12小時。 * 等候期間，你無法取回寄艙行李。 * 署方會為你準備桌椅，以便你在等候期間休息。 * 署方會向你派發三文治（含素食選項） 。 * 你可在入口附近領取免費樽裝食水，但場內不設熱水供應。 * 如檢測結果呈陰性，接駁專車會接載你前往一號客運大樓辦理入境手續並 領取行李，然後到檢疫地點接受隔離。 * 如檢測結果呈陽性，衞生署人員將會向你發出下一步指示。（ *截止時間或會有變） 4. 如你於下午或晚上抵港* 你將會被送到荃灣的帝盛酒店等候檢測結果。 * 你需填妥相關表格，然後你將獲派房間號碼。 * 接駁專車會接載你前往一號客運大樓辦理入境手續並領取行李，然後再乘 專車前往酒店。 * 你會獲提供當日的晚餐及翌日的早餐。 * 入住翌日的上午11時至下午3時期間，署方會致電告知檢測結果。如檢測 結果呈陰性，你將獲准離開酒店並立即到檢疫地點接受隔離。 * 如檢測結果呈陽性，衞生署人員將會向你發出下一步指示。 * 署方會因應抵港航班的旅客人數靈活處理，即使在下午較早時間抵港的人 士，亦可能會獲安排留在中場客運大樓臨時樣本採集中心等候結果，而非前 往酒店等候。 * 如檢測結果呈陰性，接駁專車會接載你前往一號客運大樓辦理入境手續並 領取行李，然後到檢疫地點接受隔離。 如檢測結果呈陽性，衞生署人員將會向你發出下一步指示。 *截止時間或會有變。 14天強制檢疫 到達檢疫地點後，你必須遵守以下事項： *啟動你的「居安抗疫」流動應用程式，以通知署方你已抵埗。 *跟從應用程式的指示在處所內四周慢走。 *每天量度並紀錄你的體溫兩次。 *在強制檢疫的第10天再次採集你的唾液樣本，透過朋友或速遞員將樣本送 交署方。 0333 666 8888
