Positions of Responsibility and Achievement • 1999 - 2005 Whole School Athletic Director Developed and managed a comprehensive and successful athletics programme to Senior Varsity level, covering a wide variety of sports throughout the whole school. Administered and budgeted funds for athletics. Managed the school’s involvement in SCIS (Sports Council of International Schools) and was one of the founding members involved in the formation of a new sports conference covering International schools in Germany (German International School Sports Tournaments- GISST). Set up and managed a Sports Booster Club with parents to support school teams by raising funds, providing housing for opposition players and providing refreshments at sports fixtures. Created and managed school intranet site for athletics, displaying sports results, fixtures, match reports, athlete profiles, photographs and videos. Developed a handbook for athletes, parents and coaches, outlining the school’s philosophy to sports and introduced a contract system for all athletes.

• 2001 – 2003 Head Of Department Whole School Physical Education. Successfully managed a department of 3 Physical Education teachers from K-12. Held weekly meetings to discuss and develop policy and curriculum. Administered and budgeted funds for whole school physical education faculty.

• 1999 –to date Head Coach to Boys and Girls Senior Varsity and Middle School teams in soccer.

• 1999-2005 Primary and Secondary Sports Days Coordinator. Responsible for the organization and running of annual sports days.

• 2001 – 2003 Whole School Curriculum Council Member. Reviewed, evaluated and developed PYP/MYP/GCSE PE curriculum.

• 2001 – 2002 Whole School Extra Curricular Activities Coordinator. Developed and coordinated a varied programme of enrichment activities designed to give opportunities for all students to participate outside of the classroom.

• 2000 – 2002 Chair of ECIS/NEASC Accreditation Committee for Health Services and Safety, Chair of ECIS/NEASC Accreditation Committee for Physical Education and Member of Whole School ECIS/NEASC Accreditation Steering Committee.
