The Herrencia is situated amoung lush geeneries which helps with cooling and air quality. The traffic noise from Mohamed Sultan Rd dampens as the sound waves hit the surrounding buildings. The site has an ideal annual wind speed of 3 mph to keep heat at bay. The calm wind coming from the north provides natural cooling into the west facade of the building.
