MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY:
- To introduce young board members, staff workers to the main concepts regarding human rights, vulnerability and diversity;
- To increase knowledge on how to implement strategic planning, fundraising and project management in an NGO;
- To empower participants to take an active role in reaching out to vulnerable groups in their communities, creating mini social projects.
