SWIM STROKES AGES 3-12 Students are introduced to the four competitive swimming strokes as well as rescue skills and healthy lifestyle habits. SWIM STROKES has three stages: Stroke Introduction, Stroke Development, and Stroke Mechanics. HEALTHY LIVING HEALTH, WELL-BEING & FITNESS HIT CAMP AGES 15+ “HIT” is short for HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING! This four week camp will challenge you in a way no other Camp will! The Camp Leader will challenge you using basic functional movements and primitive tools. You’ll learn how to push beyond previously unconquered thresholds. Workouts will be a combination of high intensity interval training, calisthenics, plyometric, and some good “ole fashioned” strength exercises that will assure you that you’ll be on your way to hitting your mark or wellness related goals in no time.
