ABOUT OUR PROGRAMS AND ANNUAL CAMPAIGN We strive to keep values-based youth programs affordable to all by subsidizing some of the real costs. We know that some individuals and families struggle to pay the rent, put food on the table and buy clothes for their kids. We are happy to offer need - based financial assistance to enable all families to participate in Y programs. Through the annual campaign, we ensure our programs like My Achievers, Chill & Spill and Summer Meals & Fun are free of charge and open to all. Your support helps youth and families live healthier and happier lives. For more information or to contribute to the Annual Campaign, contact our office at 360 629 9622.

HEALTHY LIVING STUDIO CLASSES CORE POWER (30 MINUTE CLASS) Looking to work those abs? This class is designed to help you increase core strength by working the muscles in your abdomen, back, and torso. This workout will help improve posture, coordination, stability, and overall strength. HIIT (30 MINUTE CLASS) HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more calories in less time. ZUMBAÂŽ A fusion of Latin and International dance themes creates a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system. ZumbaÂŽ uses the principles of interval and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. STEP Choreographed step aerobics help you to burn calories while having a good time with upbeat music. BASIC STRENGTH A class specifically targeted for those wishing to improve strength with a total body workout using barbells, dumbbells, exercise tubing and body weight as options to maximize the benefit of strength conditioning. STRENGTH TRAIN TOGETHER Blast your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Using adjustable barbell weight plates and body weight, this workout combines squats, lunges, presses and curls, with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat and push you to your personal best.
