EVERETT YMCA SUMMER DISCOVERY CAMP | ENTERING GRADES 1–6 Age 5 is allowed if entering first grade in the fall.
Weekly themes and field trips offer opportunities for children to learn about themselves and discover the world around them. Under the supervision of our experienced staff, children engage in a variety of hands–on activities to develop, create, and explore. Discovery camps are licensed by the State of Washington and accept government subsidy for child care. Camp Locations & Dates: Whittier Elementary (6/24-7/26) and Jackson Elementary (7/29-8/28) Unless otherwise stated, campers must be dropped off/picked up at the site they will be attending. HORSE CAMP | ENTERING GRADES 1–9 The YMCA of Snohomish County has a Horse Camp experience to meet the needs of all the horse lovers in your family. Camp takes place under the supervision of talented staff at Lang’s Horse & Pony Farm. Little Buckaroos Pony Camp | Grades: 1–4 This week–long camp provides younger campers with the chance to groom, go on trail rides, participate in games with their ponies, and enjoy traditional camp activities including arts & crafts and group games. Cost: $410 FM / $435 PM Wranglers Horse Camp (basic to advanced skills) | Grades: 4-9 Ready for a more independent riding experience? Campers spend more time riding trails and learning horse and grooming basics at Horse School. Arts & crafts and group games make for a full-day of camp fun.
Location: Everett YMCA Program Hours: 8:30 am–4 pm Complimentary extended care available 8-8:45 am and 4–5 pm Please have your camper to the drop–off location no later than 15 minutes prior to bus departure time. We’ve teamed up with exciting organizations to offer a wide range of hands–on opportunities. This is your summer to learn new skills and discover hidden talents! Specialty camp half the day and camp activities the other half. Overtime Athletics’ proven curriculum for boys and girls of all skill levels puts as much emphasis on positive attitudes and sportsmanship as it does on any contemporary athletic technique. Their dedicated instructors spend just as much time being players’ biggest fans as they do providing quality instruction.

XTREME ADVENTURES | ENTERING GRADES 3–10 Xtreme Adventure is exactly what you’ll encounter at these overnight camps. Campers travel to exhilarating locations, participate in exciting activities, learn outdoor living skills, gain leadership experience, and meet new friends. This isn’t kid stuff – Get ready for serious fun and adventure! Space is limited; register early as these camps fill up quickly. Location: Pick–up and drop–off at the Everett YMCA Xtreme Adventure Payment Policy Balance of the fee is due 14 days prior to the start of camp session. Trips will be cancelled 13 days prior to start of camp if minimum attendance numbers are not met. Deposits will be refunded if trip is cancelled.

The ideal camp for rookies who have little or no experience being away at an overnight camp. Campers experience sleeping in cabins, outdoor swimming, arts and crafts, and making new friends. Learn beginner level horse riding skills on the trail for three days.
Join us as we visit our neighbors to north, and experience the adventure of a lifetime. Spend the week flying down the Ziptrek, rock climbing, and the checking out wildlife at the Vancouver Aquarium. Climb high above the tree tops through a series of suspension bridges and observation platforms to experience the outdoors in a whole new way.

Oregon Coasters July 22–26 (4 nights) Grades: 5–10 Cost: $550 FM / $575 PM Do you love feeling the sand between your toes? Start the week surfing and soaking up the sun in Newport, Oregon, then cruise down the coast to Florence where you’ll dune buggy over serious sand dunes. Surfing experience is not required – just a love of the ocean and adventure!
Cascade Loop Aug. 5-9 (4 nights) Grades: 5–10 Cost: $475 FM / $500 PM This adventure is a camp favorite because of the nonstop fun. Start in the Bavarian village of Leavenworth, then jump over to Slide Waters in Lake Chelan for some awesome water fun. Get your adrenaline pumping with white water rafting. This is a week you’ll never forget.
Silverwood Aug. 12–16 (4 nights) Grades: 5–10 Cost: $475 FM / $500 PM This is a camping adventure for the ages! Have a wonderful experience as you embark on a challenging ropes course, then travel over the mountains and through the woods to Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho; the home to Northwest’s largest theme park. Campers will enjoy two unforgettable days riding roller coasters, water slides, and a screaming ride on the Aftershock! Campers will also have a chance to build friendships and enjoy the outdoors while bathing in the sun. You will absolutely love this trip.
FLYING HORSESHOE RANCH This summer, we get to take over the ranch to ourselves for a week. So grab your boots and saddle up with us on the Flying Horseshoe Ranch adventure you’ll be sure to remember. Sign up for Little Ranchers, Junior Wranglers, or Cowgirl U depending on horse riding skill level and age. Little Ranchers Aug. 19-23 (4 nights) Grades: 3–5 Cost: $575 FM / $600 PM This trip is for the young camper who wants an awesome horseback adventure. Be one with nature at the Flying Horseshoe Ranch in Cle Elum complete with cabins, cookhouse, and outdoor pool. Mount–up in the outdoor arena, learn new skills, enjoy four days of trail rides, and make new friends.
Junior Wranglers Aug. 19-23 (4 nights) Grades: 5–7 Cost: $575 FM / $600 PM This is the camp to sharpen your horsemanship skills! Learn basic level horseback riding skills for trails. Riding instruction is progressive and intended to build upon the previous day’s adventures, filling the rest of the day with swimming, crafts, and games.
Cowgirl U Aug. 19-23 (4 nights) Grades: 7–10 (girls only) Cost: $575 FM / $600 PM This trip is intended for those who take riding a little more seriously, and are ready to do more practice. This intermediate–level camp at Flying Horseshoe Ranch includes trail rides and some additional group lessons in the arena. Campers get be more involved with our equine friends and feed them every evening.

MARYSVILLE YMCA MINI CAMPS | AGES 4–6 Mini camps provide social interaction, hands–on activities, exploration, and fun! Campers must be able to use the bathroom independently. Your Silverwood Adventure will take you over the mountains and through the woods to Eastern Washington and into Idaho. Our journey will start with a visit to the Dry Falls Dam and the Wild Horses Monument. We will camp next to the magnificent Grand Coulee Dam, take a tour, and watch the spectacular laser light show. Then, it’s off to Silverwood for two days of roller coasters and water slides. On our way home we will visit the Bavarian village of Leavenworth. Cost: $475 FM / $500 PM

This camp will help motivate and excite your child for the school year. HORSE CAMP | ENTERING GRADES 1–9 The YMCA of Snohomish County has a Horse Camp experience to meet the needs of all the horse lovers in your family. Camp takes place under the supervision of talented staff at Lang’s Horse & Pony Farm. Little Buckaroos Pony Camp Grades: 1–4 This week–long camp provides younger campers with the chance to groom, go on trail rides, participate in games with their ponies, and enjoy traditional camp activities including arts & crafts and group games. Cost: $410 FM / $435 PM Wranglers Horse Camp (basic to advanced skills) Grades: 4-9 Ready for a more independent riding experience? Campers spend more time riding trails and learning horse and grooming basics at Horse School. Arts & crafts and group games make for a full-day of camp fun.

LEADERS IN TRAINING (LIT) | ENTERING GRADES 9–11 Improve your leadership skills and learn the essentials of being a Camp Counselor. During the first week learn valuable skills in group facilitation, behavior management, and camp specific elements while also participating in team building activities. During the second week, shadow a Camp Counselor, lead a group of campers, and participate in a one night overnight. At the end of the program participants receive a personal evaluation from Camp Directors and information on volunteering the rest of the summer. Successful completion of the LIT program will give you a good foundation for future volunteer and leadership opportunities at the YMCA, and is great experience for graduates who may apply for positions within the Y. MILL CREEK YMCA SKY–Y OUTDOOR DAY CAMP | ENTERING GRADES 1-6 Sky–Y is a true outdoor day camp that engages campers with caring, enthusiastic staff and endless opportunities to explore. Campers will meet new friends, build confidence, and cultivate life–long connections with the natural world. All campers will enjoy activities designed for their ability level including archery, wilderness projects, crafts, songs, skits, games, team competitions, environmental education lessons, theme days, and field trips designed to encourage curiosity and exploration of “Kids the great outdoors. MUKILTEO YMCA SKATEBOARD & SCOOTER CAMP | AGE 4–ENTERING GRADE 6 The Mukilteo YMCA Skate Park is the place to rip, roll, and drop–in this summer. Trained, caring staff lead campers in skateboarding/scootering instruction and traditional summer day camp activities. Lil’ Shredders | Ages 4–Grade 2 Cost: $75 FM / $100 PM
Location: Mukilteo YMCA Skate Park
For the little one who is itching to get on a board! Learn safety and the basics of skateboarding, and play age–appropriate games and other fun activities. Parents are encouraged to attend and participate with their child. All skaters under the age of 6 must have a parent present during camp. Gear is available for participating parents at no additional fee!

Skate & Scoot | Grades 2–6 Cost: $235 FM / $260 PM For campers who would like to learn to skate or scoot, or those that can already shred. Our experienced skate park staff and volunteers will focus on coaching beginners how to skateboard or how to ride a scooter and help develop skills and tricks for those more advanced riders. We will spend two days a week traveling to the best skate parks greater Seattle has to offer. Skate and scooter activities will be complimented by fun camp activities like swimming and games. SESSION

MUKILTEO YMCA HORSE CAMP | ENTERING GRADES 1–9 The YMCA of Snohomish County has a Horse Camp experience to meet the needs of all the horse lovers in your family. Camp takes place under the supervision of talented staff at Lang’s Horse & Pony Farm. Location: Mukilteo YMCA Program Hours: 8 am–4 pm Complimentary extended care available 6:30-8 am and 4:45-6:30 pm Please have your camper to the drop–off location no later than 15 minutes prior to bus departure time. Deposits: A non–refundable camp deposit of $50 per session/ per camper is due at the time of registration to guarantee your camper’s reservation. Little Buckaroos Pony Camp Grades: 1–4 This week–long camp provides younger campers with the chance to groom, go on trail rides, participate in games with their ponies, and enjoy traditional camp activities including arts & crafts and group games.
