Practice every day at our Yoga Studio Bali, we are offering special yoga training classes: Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Classic Indian yoga, Restorative, and Pranayama.
Vinyasa Yoga Vinyasa Yoga is newer than Hatha, it is a more dynamic and physical practice, we focus on connecting the breath to the body’s movements. This practice will work your balance, open the body, and open our heart! It is very fun and uplifting.
Yoga Dunia
Hatha Yoga is a branch of Yoga that focuses on physical and mental wellbeing, a little more developed than the Classic Yoga we find here in the Hatha practice more optional and creative variations to the poses, and, the use of Breathing techniques.
Hatha Yoga
Yin Yoga Yin yoga is a soft yoga, focused on the connectives tissues. This passive, soft and slow yoga allows to really release the mental pressure and physical tensions.
The main purpose of Pranayama is to be aware of our breath, the balance of energy within the body and it’s also a preparatory practice for the deeper stages of meditation. Pranayama begins the process of balancing the flow of energy through the Nadis.
