Two Rivers is an acoustic duo with Justin (Ravi) Freeman, who plays the West African kora and open-tuned steel string guitar, together with Adrian Freedman who plays the shakuhachi (Japanese bamboo flute) and oktav-guitar. Both musicians also sing and play a variety of percussion instruments from around the world. Ravi and Adrian have spent years immersed in the practice and performance of sacred music on instruments from far off continents. They share a musical vision of exquisitely crafted sound, giving space for the subtle characteristics of silence within the music. www.adrianfreedman.com/projects/two-rivers
Nikki Slade is a leading pioneer in the field of chanting, core voice and sound work in the UK. Nikki has recorded four highly popular chanting CD’s: Nectarine, Monsoon, Soundscape and her latest double album Epiphany and she is the resident Kirtan (Chanting) leader at Triyoga in London. www.nikkislade.com
Tom started singing kirtan at the Shivananda yoga centre in Putney and with a Hare Krishna band in 1993. In 1996 had the great blessing of meeting Gopal Hari and Ambika from the Babaji band Goma. For many years he toured with them across UK and Europe, and learned that Bhakti practice is about the heart and that music is merely the tool to express devotion to the Highest Self and Guru. Tom’s Guru is Sri Haidakhand Baba who emphasised the practice of mantra and karma yoga (selfless service) as the simple and best way to a meaningful life. www.tablatom.com

Victoria is a British Wheel of Yoga certified teacher based in Sheffield. She has been practising yoga since her early twenties and teaching for the last 9 years. Her personal practice is Ashtanga Yoga but she has studied many different styles of yoga and has a slightly esoteric and creative approach. At Ganapati Groove, Victoria will be offering a dynamic session incorporating elements of Ashtanga Yoga and traditional Hatha practice as well as experimenting with some different ways of breathing. A practice focussed on clearing our own personal space, and letting go, to the soundtrack of MC Yogi's 'Elephant Power'. www.yogadiva.co.uk
Experience the stillness within the movement and explore some flowing Dru Yoga. Kelly teaches a subtle yet potent style of yoga named Dru Yoga. All movements are made with awareness and are gentle and flowing, following the breath. We will begin with a lively activation to prepare the body, moving into an Energy Block Release sequence to help release latent energy trapped in the body. We will explore classical yoga postures and Dru flowing sequences, mudras and relaxation. The style of teaching Kelly offers is fun and informal with an emphasis on connecting with the elements, letting go and feeling free. www.facebook.com/BeginnersDruYogaatHagglersCorner/

DJ Darshana will be leading a Mantra Groove conscious dance at the event. During a Mantra Groove session yoga meets urban dance moves. We begin with structured sequences to activate and warm up the body, merging together flowing yoga sequences with dance moves borrowed from modern urban dance forms. Then DJ Darshana will open up the dancefloor for some free and ecstatic dance, where you can expect a cosmic alchemical fusion of dynamic beats, divine disco, heavenly house, world tribal grooves and devotional chants that will take you on a journey to the very core of your being. We then end with a lovely cool down and relaxation. www.mantragroove.co.uk
