POUND Fitness By Chelsea Blair
Have you ever wondered what its like to be a rockstar? Try out the boutique fitness trend where Pilates meets Coachella, and channel your inner rockstar with POUND - The Rockout Workout.
Pound was created by two female drummers, who wanted to combine their passion for music and fitness to create Pound; a full body cardio workout that uses lightly weighted "drumsticks" called Ripstix. Each class fuses Pilates, isometric movements, and plyometrics with constant simulated drumming to sculpt muscle and torch up to 900 calories in 45 minutes. If you're not exactly musically inclined, don't worry - the routines are simple to follow and set to calibrated songs so you can get the rhythm down easily. You don't have to be an actual drummer, or even musically inclined, to get the hang of it. You just need to show up ready to rock. Anyone who thrives off the group fitness environment or needs loud music to stay motivated needs to try this class ASAP. With Pound, instead of listening to the music, you become the music. Instead of counting reps or keeping track of the clock, POUND strategically distracts you from the high-intensity and duration of your workout, and shifts your focus to rhythm and volume. This strategic distraction is responsible for the "addictiveness" of POUND - the reason you can't stay away! From start to finish, lively, heart-pumping movements and upbeat tunes keep the workout feeling fresh. There's no holding an uncomfortable pose for an extended period of time; the class is always moving, always changing, and always pushing the body to its limits. Plus, the time flies by! It moves from warmup to cool down in just 45 minutes.
Now POUND classes can be found all over the US, UK, Mexico, Canada and Australia. Classes are soundtracked to everything from Rage Against the Machine to Skrillex to old-school hip-hop.

5 Holistic Remedies To Keep Your Groove While Traveling
By Deanna Deacon
We’ve all been there before – waking up in a hotel room, that groggy feeling of not being sure what time of day it is… or what time zone you’re in. Travel can be very taxing on your body and your overall health. Feeling optimal while you travel and ensuring you get the most out of each day on holiday is the goal. Here are 5 easy Holistic Remedies that will keep you feeling like yourself while you explore the world…
Essential Oil Roll-on
Essential oils are nature’s way of external healing. Utilizing your heightened sense of smell, along with the applying the oils to your skin, each oil will offer a healing technique that will heal your body and feel like a treat.
Lavender oil, and most blends with Lavender as the primary ingredient, will allow your body to relax, release stress and restore calm.
Peppermint oil will do for your body what peppermint tea will do for your tummy – release cramping and tension. Use your peppermint oil on the back of your neck to prevent headaches, migraines and kinked nerves due to hours on the plane.
Natural Ginger Tablets
Ginger is one of nature’s most powerful healers. It is antibacterial, antimicrobial and is an excellent nausea suppressor. Having some natural ginger tablets (or chewables) with you will come in handy for those moments of motion sickness when flying through a turbulance. They will also support your system when eating and drinking in a new country. Protect yourself from “Resort Belly” and make sure you enjoy ALL your days on the holiday
Vitamin B Complex
While you are out soaking up your natural Vitamin D, it’s important to be supporting your optimal brain function. Even those late night margaritas won’t hurt as bad the next morning when you satisfy your brains’ need for Vitamin B. This supplement allows your brain to function optimally, despite your lack of sleep, increased stress and desire to do nothing all day. Take your Vitamin B Complex before you go to sleep and see how you feel the next morning, even before your coffee... or Mimosa.
Purified Water
Water. Water. Water! Purified drinking water will combat almost every ailment you may come across along your trip. The dry air on the plane, the change in humidity levels of your destination and your diet changes will definitely result in dehydration. Don’t be fooled into thinking your hungry or bored, 9 times out of 10 what you really are, is thirsty. Stock up on purified bottled water at your destination, or carry an empty canteen in your travel bag to fill up regularly at complimentary water stations. Hydrating your body during a period of external and internal stress will allow you to cope with all your trip throws your way.
Digestive Enzyme
Supplementing your diet with a digestive enzyme prior to your travels will give your stomach the support that it needs to prepare for new foods and new locations. Continuing with this enzyme while you are away ensures continuity in your digestive track, even when your food intake has completely changed. And this isn’t just for those foreign trips either. We all know that our dietary intake changes drastically on a Holiday with family, so support your digestive and elimination system before, during and after your trip.

Why have a Guru? By Surya Krishna
“The purpose of the guru is not to weaken your will. It is to teach you secrets of developing your inner power, until you can stand unshaken amidst the crash of breaking worlds.” —Paramhansa Yogananda
G
uru, translated from Sanskrit, means weaver of light through dark. A true Guru is a spiritual guide and a teacher to our souls. They are a repository of unconditional love and Divine energy. Just being around them can make you feel better, uplifted, hopeful and sometimes even blissful. With their assistance, we cultivate the strength and wisdom of the soul, to lead a life of greater peace, joy, love and freedom. In 2008 when I first met my Guru, I had no clue what a Guru was. I was quite skeptical of energy work and healers and anything else that wasn’t tangible to me, including the Divine. However, my life was a bit of a mess. One example of this was that my relationships never lasted very long as I just couldn’t seem to stop the cycles of self- sabotage held in place by low self-esteem.
When I met my Guru, I didn't have that initial knowing or "OMG I've been looking for you" feeling. But I did like her. There was an energy, something about her that drew me to her. She was so self-assured, yet caring, supportive and generous, offering to share her knowledge and wisdom and life experience in such a humble and humorous way. Her teachings were so grounded and easy to grasp and implement. And just being around her, I felt uplifted. I decided to stick around. And as I did, my life began to change. Through implementing her teachings and receiving healings (which are not unlike counselling sessions only with more of a spiritual focus), and participating in the meditations and satsangs, my self-esteem improved and I grew in more self-respect and genuine self-love. My self-sabotage diminished to become almost non-existent. My relationships improved. My life became more ease and grace. Meeting my Guru changed my life: I am happier and more confident; inner peace is no longer a distant ideal, but a wonderful part of my life. Surya Krishna has been studying with Shakti Durga in Shanti Mission for over 6 years and has been empowered to bring Shanti Mission and the teachings of Shakti Durga to Canada.

Birth Trauma Support Why we need
By Corinne Mackenzie
During my last trimester, I was scared spit-less. The only way for my growing baby -to exit my body, was going to be vaginally or surgically. Either way, it was going to hurt. I read up on Lamaze birthing, breast feeding, was cautious of what I ate or products used. I did yoga up until the birth.
I started to face my own mortality issues, many women and babies died in childbirth in previous centuries. My own mother was drugged, then woke to a swaddled baby beside her. She was completely disconnected from her process and miracle of life. I wanted more.
Finally, in birthing: I could feel the baby- curled up like a chicken; push against my bones from deep inside of me. Ripping, pain, screaming, primordial sounds and turning inside out. Opening: my ligaments, my flesh, my breath into the pulse of life. She was born.
It takes 6 weeks to heal stitches. Yet, I had the need to talk about my birthing, because I had gone deep into my resources, past my fears, into the sacred body-mind within me. The joy and marvel of holding my healthy baby soothed my body and soul and aided my recovery.
What about the women who didn’t come back from their fear? In severe trauma, we fragment, and leave behind the scared, damaged, frightened pieces of ourselves. In coping with our survival, and our efforts to move on- we may avoid the needed talking that allows integration and deeper levels of honouring our experiences.
In the listening and holding emotional and spiritual space for another, we make more room for our own If you or someone you know can benefit from a therapeutic counselling group about traumatic birth experiences, call us 250-852-1580 Corinne Mackenzie Counselling Therapist: Crystal Clear Energy Medicine www.TherapyRightNow.com 250-852-1580

Five Quick and Easy Wa y s
to Rel a x
By Kris Rae
Not everyone has the time or inclination to be an expert in yoga or meditation but everyone needs relief from the stresses of daily life! Here is a quick and easy list of relaxation tools that can help anyone, anytime: 1. Get a little nature. Either by going for a short walk or
imagining doing so. The brain is so powerful that imagining, in as much detail as possible, is very much like the real thing. Touch a tree, breathe in the fresh air, dangle your feet in water, or smell a flower. Using the senses heightens the effect.
2. Use the spectrum. When you focus, either with the eyes
or with your imagination, on each colour in turn, the distraction and neutrality of the colours calms and relaxes. Start with red, then orange and continue up to purple and down again. You can look for colours around or think of items that are those colours.
3. Be a flower or a tree. Imagine sending roots deep into the earth and leaves, petals and branches high to the sky. You can see yourself collecting nourishment from the light and from the earth. Feeling nourished is a great form of self-care! 4. Anchor to the ground. Seeing a spiral of energy or light wrapping around yourself helps to anchor or ground you. Feeling more grounded aids in calming the mind and body.
5. Choose foods that are nutrient rich. Some protein,
raw and unprocessed fruits and veggies and healthy unrefined oils help you cope better and provide better brain functioning. The less processed, the higher the nutrient value. Quality protein bars and greens powders can be helpful when time is tight! Better coping skills and a calmer, more focused brain helps the day go smoother.

Listening to Stress in Your Dog By Tamryn Fudge
Can you recognize when your dog is feeling overwhelmed or overstimulated? Do you know what to do when it happens?
Stress signals are indicators dogs use when they are experiencing extremes of emotion and energy. They include: barking, jumping, whining, drooling, panting, pacing, rolling over, and escaping. Generally, they are the things that annoy or embarrass you about your dog.
If you find yourself remarking “I don’t know why he is doing that” or “I am so sorry! He has never done that before”, you are likely seeing stress signals.
Stress can be from excessive positive or negative energy. For instance, if your dog barks with extreme happiness when a friend arrives at the door, or if your dog barks with anxiety when you leave him alone - both are potential symptoms of stress.
Remember: In this discussion, stress is simply an excess of energy or emotion and can arise from both good and bad experiences; arriving at the dog park, having their nails trimmed, seeing their favourite person, hearing thunder during a storm.
Stress signals are involuntary actions that are very difficult for your dog to control. If his behaviour is over-the-top and you cannot stop him from doing it, even by teaching obedience, you are likely observing stress signals in your dog.
A helpful approach is to teach calming exercises – targeting the core issue. When offered a peaceful solution and the necessary support, many dogs let go of their stress signals as they learn to handle more situations with calm and ease.
Learning to listen to your dogs’ stress signals can help you understand how and when to help your dog become a more peaceful member of your family. By teaching calming exercises, you provide the support your dog needs to diminish their stress signals. Together you can build a more peaceful and enjoyable relationship.

Dream Stealers By Maggy Davidson
Where are you with your dreams? Not sleep time dreams, but lifetime dreams, short and long term. Do you want to travel, see the world history first-hand, attend college or university, go gold prospecting? Have you given up on some of your dreams because they were too big to achieve? Because they simply slipped off your radar? Because friends or family commented that they are too grandiose? Because you have children and its not possible at this time? Sometimes it is only the timing that gets in the way.
Everything and anything is possible when you have a passion for it. In psychology when someone is in overwhelm because of a huge daunting task in front of them, and if it is something that IS possible, the clinician may ask an attention-getting question - "So, how do you eat an elephant?" and the answer is "You eat an elephant one bite at a time.” Sometimes life goals or dreams must be approached the same way we would eat an elephant. One small bite or piece of the goal at a time.
We need passion in our life, it keeps life exciting and keeps us moving toward our goals. Sometimes we encounter dream-stealers. You know the ones. The folk who will say, “What a silly idea!” or “Why would you do that”, or “Others have done that already” or “It's too late.” In some way they put us down consistently and often unconsciously until we relinquish our dreams. It may be not what was intended, but it is what can happen. We give up, and we let go of our heart’s desire. Never let go of your dreams. Dreams are what keep us going. They are the raison d’etre: the reason for our very being. Without dreams we have no hope, no passion and no goals. No one can really steal your dreams - however, they can diminish them to a place of dismissal by the dreamer. In that moment we have given away our power to another. And, no one can take your power away. When you forget to remember who you are or why you are here, you give your power away.
We can create our manifestations by placing our order with The Cosmic Kitchen. There is a wide menu. All that’s needed is for you to dream your dreams and place your order. So think about your dreams. What would make your heart sing? Then write your list, set your goals, prioritize it, and put the list up where you can see it often. Create your manifestation board. Keep your manifestation board in view so you can remember who you are and what you are creating in your sacred dream. Every time we accomplish a goal or part of a dream, we feel better about ourselves. Our self esteem improves. And when one dream is accomplished, put another dream on your manifestation board. Try it. Life is a grand adventure!

What Do GERD and Osteoporosis have in Common? By Cathy Lidster
Alice was the receptionist at the senior centre where I volunteered weekly. She had an engaging sense of humour and a young fresh attitude toward life, though her 70 year old body was stooped with a pretty prominent dowager hump. Her head was positioned forward and downward so it was difficult for her to look up. In the afternoons her grandchildren would show up at the centre so she could watch them after school while she worked. Her duties at the centre also included mopping the floor which was painful on her neck.
Alice was not a complainer by any means but since she had been put on Fosomax for osteoporosis “prevention” she had begun suffering from stomach pains which was wearing down her energy and causing too many sick days. She became worried about her job and her future security and that’s when she showed up in my office. Maybe there was something she could do about her diet. It seemed like she was becoming intolerant to more and more foods and losing her appetite.
Alice had a long history of indigestion, gas and reflux which she had handled over the years with antacids. Taking antacids for many years for GERD or indigestion is a fast track to osteoporosis. The reduced stomach acid will prevent your body from digesting and utilizing the very nutrition your skeleton needs to stay strong.
Can we reverse this downward spiral of health?
In Alice’s case we completely changed her diet to very simple, uncombined, high quality meals with gently steamed vegetables, fats, simple proteins, no breads or processed foods. We used enzymes and healing supplements such as Okra Pepsin which coats the lining of the digestive tract while providing some enzyme support. She needed a special source of minerals from bone marrow, a calcium supplement derived from vegetables, (not crushed rock) Vitamin C (not ascorbic acid) cod liver oil (super source of Vitamin D and other fat soluble vitamins). And she began a very gentle exercise program (Bones for Life) designed to realign the posture and create the correct impact to stimulate bone building. She gained 2 inches in height! Cathy Lidster, Health Educator, Nutrition/Allergy Practitioner teaches free monthly seminars (see ad). She can be reached at cathylidster@gmail.com or please visit www.cathylidster.com.
Most people with GERD and heartburn are actually suffering from insufficient stomach acid. Instead of taking acid soppers and stoppers, they need supplemental digestive acid and enzymes. When treating the symptom and not the cause of the GERD, it’s a case of painting the ceiling to fix the leak.
The real cause of the problem actually begins with eating inferior processed and artificial foods too quickly and in large quantities such that the digestive system is overwhelmed and cannot produce enough stomach acid and enzymes to handle the burden. The undigested “food” begins to irritate the lining of the gastro intestinal tract. So the body does not get the nutrients it needs to repair the damaged tissue as well as nourishing all the organs and joints of the body.
This person often develops arthritis and osteoporosis. They then begin long term treatment with bisphosphonate drugs such as Fosomax, Boniva, and Actonel, which in turn carry a litany of further side effects, including erosion of the esophagus, long term weakening of the skeleton and potential for spontaneous hip fractures. Now it’s time for narcotics and pain killers and behold the depressing picture of invalidism, pain and decline as evidenced in our nursing homes of today.

Strong...at 55!
A Fit Person is a Happy Person
By Mira Singh
Before opening the first CrossFit gym here in Kamloops,I had what I thought was a healthy body but I definitely was not strong. Seven years later I cannot believe the transformation in my body and how strong I have become in all aspects of the 10 basic physical skills. With my dedicated and supportive coach, Sean White programming what I do week to week, I am proud to say that I am the fittest I have ever been in my life... at 55!
Strength plays a very important role in the health of our bodies. Without good muscle mass to move our bones, and weight lifting to keep those bones strong, deterioration happens quickly. And even more quickly as we age.
Functional movements are a perfect exercise recipe to keep us oiled, sharpened and ready for the decades of quality life ahead of us.
No matter what your age, exercises in your fitness regime needs to tackle all of the body’s ten basic physical skills: Balance Accuracy Flexibility Strength Cardiovascular Endurance Speed Agility Coordination Stamina Power
You can be supple into your golden years but you have to work at it and make it part of your daily/weekly routine. You will benefit both physically and mentally when you stay active throughout your entire life. It seems that many people take better care of their cars then they do themselves!
I have enjoyed being physically active since I was a child and even continued to teach aerobics while raising my 2 kids. I learned early in life about clean, sensible, nutrient rich eating and how important it is to “feed your machine”. The Zone Diet which was created by Dr. Barry Sears suggests balancing protein, carbs and fats at each meal, even snacks. This method helps to balance the hormone and insulin levels of the body. This is crucial for anyone , and especially for the ladies going through menopause or the younger generation who struggle with complicated menstrual cycles.
12 www.InteriorWellness.com | Spring 2016
I had never lifted an Olympic weight lifting bar before but now I cannot imagine my life without this feeling of empowerment and satisfaction. You might not realize how important it is to be able to lift heavy things in your regular day to day life. I love how CrossFit is a versatile, scalable and modifiable fitness regime which any one can do. The variety of movements keeps me wanting to be “better than yesterday!”
Whatever direction you take or movements you choose, it is important that you get strong and enjoy a happy long life, medication free!

Ku n d a lin i Yo ga A BC s : To o ls f o r Tu mu ltu o u s Times Spring: a time for renewal, new beginnings. But what if we can't muster enthusiasm for anything? We hear "just do what you can" but that's easier said than done when the world is facing so many challenges. Many people suffer from depression, anxiety even hopelessness.
Practicing Kundailini Yoga can help us get through the tumultuous times we find ourselves in. Using easy skills - some which you've done since birth, like breathing and physical postures and add to these, meditation, chanting, body locks and other energy directing techniques. We can feel the difference immediately. And, see it's effect in our lives; the physical exercises help our mental and spiritual aspects and vice versa.
In fact, meditating for just 3 minutes affects your aura and blood circulation. After 11 minutes, the nerves and glands, 22 minutes our Three Minds (Negative, Positive and Neutral), 31 minutes the cells and rhythms of our bodies. And after 62 minutes, you change the grey matter of your brain!
But wait it gets better! It takes 40 days to change a habit, 90 days to confirm it, and at 120 days you are that new habit. At 1000 days you're a Master. Of yourself. A slave to no one.
Kundalini can be quite foreign to the uninitiated. In order to take some of the overwhelm away, I invite you to start very simply with something you'll find more familiar: Here are some ABCs - Tips for Tumultuous Times.
Before your eyes open in the morning. Mentally repeat:
A All is well (even if your don't believe it). All is well (even if you know it's not "true"). All is well (fake it till you make it). All is well. (Keep saying it - 3 more times, now). All is well. All is well. All is well.
B Breathe! Deeply! Feel your lungs expand. Feel the breath down to your toes. As you inhale, feel your belly, mid-section, then back body, then chest expand. Reverse and
By Nomi Davis
release on the way out. Do this several times. Just feel the body that is not YOU but that YOU inhabit.
C Count your blessings. Do this randomly or go thru the alphabet. Apples, beaches, computers and so on. BUT you MUST really feel the gratitude of these things in your life. This is not just list making.
Finally, SMILE! "Though your heart is aching. Smile, even though it's breaking, when there are clouds in the sky, you'll get by"..... Charlie Chaplin wrote that song almost 100 years ago. And today, science proves that even fake smiles change the chemical composition of our blood as "happy" neurotransmitters are released and flood all our body systems.
So tomorrow as you wake up, begin anew simply. Just remember your ABCs. Nomi Davis is a Natural Health Consultant, Yoga Teacher and Director of Paradise Found Retreats on Salt Spring Island, BC. nomi@paradisefoundyoga.com

Shifting Through 2016
By Tania Niedbala
2016 is a significant year representing completion and letting go. What are you hanging on to that no longer serves you? It could be fear, anger or outdated belief systems. What do you believe in and why do you believe it? Unconscious beliefs become adopted through previous lineages, our family, society and mass media. Many of these old beliefs are based on fear, lack and survival. These insidious beliefs are like gambling in Vegas, you can never win. It is like a set up, because working within this paradigm of old beliefs keeps us stuck.
At this time even the planets and stars are aligned to assist the collective in abandoning these disempowering adopted beliefs. We logically and energetically know they are not a reflection of our truth. Some of these beliefs we have carried since childhood and they become silent agreements we continue to fulfill and maintain. Until we create our own dream. An authentic personal reflection of our beliefs and stories would be an empowering act of self love to navigate these times of change. As we begin to know ourselves in a deeper way and develop our own understanding of what we value, our beliefs change and our perception becomes clearer.
The truth is as a soul on this earth we inherently are loved unconditionally by spirit. Spirit doesn’t care about superficial human judgements. We are completely worthy, loveable and valuable as we all offer a unique energetic contribution to the earth whether we are aware of it or not.
As we embody this empowering sense of self love and freedom we are able perceive that the old paradigm of beliefs was simply a huge collective suggestion. To emerge to a place where life is experienced spontaneously, free from the collective conditioning is what this year of letting go is all about.

Nurturing your Body, Soothing your Mind
with Indian Head Massage
By Margaret Huff
Indian Head Massage has been gaining popularity and recognition in the west since the 1980's. The techniques evolved over thousands of years on the Indian sub-continent, arising from both a traditional practice known as Champissage, and the rich tradition of family grooming.
The massage is a flowing sequence of non-invasive, nurturing, dynamic and rhythmic movements which focuses on areas of the body most vulnerable to everyday stress and tension: upper back and shoulders, upper arms, neck and head, and face and ears.
Several studies have shown significant positive results for people dealing with stress, alcohol withdrawal, HIV and chronic pain. A period of regular short sessions of Indian Head massage increases immune function, lowers pulse rates, improves respiratory function, increases positive emotions and provides deep stress relief.
Indian Head Massage is given over clothing while the receiver is seated in a comfortable chair. It’s very effective at encouraging a deep relaxation, thus giving the body respite ~ to heal, re-balance and rejuvenate itself naturally. Visit www.seedsoftranquility.com to learn more about this beautiful healing modality!

COLLAGEN Does it hold the secret to looking younger?
By Helen Whittle
The new buzzword appears to be collagen. What is collagen and why is it so important as we age? Collagen is the " glue" that holds the body together. It comes from the Greek word "kola" which means glue.
There are three types of collagen found in the body:
1. Type 1 Comprises 90% of the skin, hair, organs and ligaments. 2. Type 2 Applies to cartilage. 3. Type 3 Applies to fibrous protein in bones, cartilage, dentin, tendons, and other connective tissues.
Let's focus on ageing and loss of collagen, especially for the skin. Loss of collagen structure begins long before there is any outward signs of ageing. From 25 years on a person may lose 1% of collagen per year with the insides ageing more rapidly than the skin. Many factors contribute to this loss such as, smoking, poor diet, free radicals and of course getting older.
The signs of aging seem to appear visible around the eyes first including:
1. Fine lines and wrinkles 2. Under eye bags 3. Dark circles and discolouration 4. Dull uneven skin texture 5. Dryness 6. Crows feet due to loose tissue around eyes
There are currently products on the market that have been used by people around the world to increase collagen. Collagen can be found in natural health products and food. Researching the highest quality of collagen in products is important whether it is a food or skincare product. Gelatine (the breakdown) of collagen was one of the first functional foods used as a medical treatment in ancient China.
Consuming collagen in food or drink and using a skin care product that combines antioxidants, micronutrients, and peptides that have been clinically proven to stimulate collagen growth will certainly address the major signs of aging and maybe the secret to looking younger.

The Good Life:
Learn to Nurture and Grow Your
Relationships By Janice Otremba
Ask your friends what happiness means. And ask them what it meant 10, 20 or 30 years ago.
My bet is your friends’ ideas of happiness have changed as they’ve grown older. When we’re young, we want fame and fortune. As we mature - and fame and fortune gets out of reach for most of us commoners - we want less stress, more family time and less work. Even people who achieve fame and fortune are often unhappy, always searching for something else.
I’m going to let you in on a little secret. If you want to be happy, you must have healthy relationships with the people in your life. Stronger relationships = living longer.
A Harvard University research team conducted one of the longest, most complete studies of adult growth in psychiatric history. Psychiatrist Robert Waldinger gave the study’s great reveal in a TedTalk last fall: Good relationships have the power to keep us happier and healthier. The study subjects who reported being closer to their family, friends or community tended to be happier and healthier than their cohorts. They also lived longer. Challenging relationships can cause: • Heightened stress levels • High blood pressure • Sleep problems • Dependence on alcohol and/or drugs • Anxiety Conversely, healthy relationships help build healthy people. Communication builds stronger relationships.
Healthy relationships don’t just happen, we have to work at them. Happiness comes when we have a better understanding of the people we’re in relationships with. Waldinger recognizes in his TedTalk that the healthiest men worked at keeping their relationships strong. “Over and over, over these 75 years, our study has shown that the people who fared the best were the people who leaned in to relationships, with family, with friends, with community,” he says.
