THE LEGEND’s BIRYANI


Logo and Tagline: The idea behind this creative identity is to present the Moreish biryani, as the truly authentic Biryani brand, that serves the exclusive range of biryani. The Nawab - Mughal Prince, a warrior is chosen as our brand symbol as he represents the Nawabi and Persian culture. This logo is crafted to portray his legendary image and the fork/spoon is shown in his hand denotes that he’s always ready to relish the famous layered biryanis. So, when promoting a brand, we always have two ways of branding. The first one is ego-focused branding, which boosts the customer’s pride and satisfaction and the other is product-focused branding, where we talk about the product features. Here, our tagline is a part of ego focused branding, where the food connoisseur is shown as the legend. This way both the logo and tagline helps Moreish Biryani positions itself as a powerful brand by boosting customers pride while relishing Biryani.

LOGO INTRODUCTION Our Logo is the key building block of our identity, the primary visual element that identifies us. The signature is a combination

of the the symbol itself and our company name – they have a fixed relationship that should never be changed.

OUR SYMBOL AND LOGO TYPE Weblink Infoways corporate logo comprises two elements, the logo symbol and logo type. The Logo Symbol is a powerful monogram- a combination of our brand initial ‘W’ and a butterfly which is a strong symbol of freedom and transformation. The beautifully structured spectrum shows the transformation with its structural moving parts and the rainbow colour elements denotes the freedom to explore new possibilities. The Logo Type has been carefully chosen for its modern and yet refined, highly legible style, which has been further enhanced

by the use of Title case letters. The typeface is Product Sans (designed by Google Team) has also been chosen to compliment and balance perfectly with the logo symbol. The corporate logo is presented through the use of colour as well as shape and form. The two corporate colours are Blue and White. This fresh and appealing blend of colours is chosen to complement the logo spectrum. These colours are also a strong combination - modern - classic - timeless. These colours are chosen with printing standards and are easily implemented.

LOGO CONSTRUCTION, CLEARSPACE AND COMPUTATION It is important to keep corporate marks clear of any other graphic elements. To regulate this, an exclusion zone has been established around the corporate mark. This exclusion zone indicates the closest any other graphic element or message can

be positioned in relation to the mark of the the symbol itself and our company name. This exclsion zone is a clear space around the composition of our brandmark.

THE FONT The old posters and signs in the traditional neighborhood of Buenos Aires called Montserrat inspired me to design a typeface that rescues the beauty of urban typography from the first half of the twentieth century. The goal is to rescue what is in Montserrat and set it free, under a free, libre and open source license, the SIL Open Font License.
