History

CCS International has been in operation in the Eastern Cape since 2002. The various professional services which are offered are an accumulation of over 60 years’ experience in accounting, ownership and being a service provider in different industries in the Marketplace.

Vision Our Vision is to be the service provider partner of choice in our areas of expertise ensuring the success of the objectives set out by our broad base of clients.

The Team

Louis and Magriet Jooste are co-founders of CCS International and have experience in accounting, building, construction, consulting and Life Coaching.

The main functions in these industries have been in Construction, Project Management, Life Coaching and mentoring people in the Marketplace.

1. Consulting Services – Construction and Development CCS International manages and facilitates the following duties and responsibilities on behalf of our valued Customers and Clients: A. Clients Representative – Project Agent           

Assist with General Building specifications and designs Technical requirements for the various Construction phases Manage the Contractual matters and Building Contract requirements Liaise between the Client, Architect, Consultants and Contractors Liaise between Client, Architect and the various specialist Sub-contractors Liaison between the Consultants and the Contractors Manage Progress Inspections and the bi-weekly Site meetings with Project Progress reporting Contract Quality control and material verification on site Resolve building inspections, contract Snag lists and Completion Certificates Ensure the issuing of the Electrical Compliance Certificates Facilitate the successful completion of the Building Contract.

B. Financial expenditure on the Building Project  Assist with Contract budgets and cost controls on the Project  Acquisition of Quotations and recommendation of the approved Contractors for all the relevant trades and services  Control the construction quantities and site instructions  Manage the Monthly Progress payments to Contractors and Suppliers  Control the Contract Provisional Sums, PC amounts and Escalation payments  Compile the Contract Final Accounts and valuation of all Variation Orders  Ensure the Client’s peace of mind and contract celebration. C. Bank representative - Monitoring of Project expenditure     

Clear deliverables as defined by the Financier Assist with the certification of Project Progress funds Approval of payments to Consultants and service providers JBCC Practical Completion and Final Completion Certificates Provide a Project closure report

D. Project Agent - Monthly Consulting Fee per Project  Contract Services rendered in the Transkei – Negotiated per month per Project (No VAT applicable)  Contract Services rendered in East London – Negotiated per month per Project (No VAT applicable)

RÉSUMÉ LOUIS JOOSTE Louis was born on the 1st July 1961 in East London and matriculated at Port Rex Technical High School in 1978.

He completed his two-year national military service in the Air Force in 1980 and decided to follow a career in the Construction Industry. He achieved a National Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying from Pretoria Technicon in 1984, and worked for LTA Construction in Pretoria as a Contract Surveyor until 1986. The Jooste family relocated to East London in 1987 where Louis joined Roberts Bros. Construction (Pty) Ltd. as a Contract Surveyor and was promoted to Contract Manager in 1988. During 1989 he became a Shareholder of the Company and was elected to the Board of Directors in 1990. He assumed the role of Contracts Director and managed all building projects within the Group until August 2002.

Louis played a vital role in the formation of Mpumalanga Construction (Pty) Ltd. being the first ABE Construction Company (Affirmative Business Enterprise) in East London and served on the Board of Directors since the inception during 1996 until 2002. A life changing experience occurred on the 1st August 2001 when Louis accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour and discovered the awesome power of prayer, as recorded in the Word of God.

He rendered his resignation as Director and Shareholder from both Companies during April 2002 and left office on 31stAugust 2002 to pursue the Vision in Christ Mission International. Louis was appointed to the Board of Directors of C - Mission International, which is a Section 21 Non-Profit Organization, on the 1st of August 2002. He was full time involved with the establishment of CMission from the 1st September2002 until 30thApril 2003, when the Lord miraculously opened a “door” for Louis to return to the business world as a Consultant and Mentor.

He was employed on a part-time basis with Goliath Construction Pty Ltd. From May 2004 till December 2005, he assisted with the management of the building projects and the Mentorship of various staff members. (Goliath Construction is hundred percent PDI owned company, situated in King Williams Town, East Cape Province)

CCS Consulting became operational during 2002 and provides Consulting services to various Companies and Individuals. From September 2007 till April 2010 Louis was contracted as a Consultant at Khula Nathi Construction as a Project Manager on various Projects. Louis has been in fulltime Marketplace ministry since the 1st May 2010 and also provides Company Care and Counselling support to various businesses in South Africa.

Louis is happily married to Magriet and is the proud father of Louis and Anri. He is a “Relaxed” cyclist, hiker and enjoys reading good Christian literature. He is an active Member of the Buffalo Flats Assembly. Personal goals include: 

To remain faithful and fully surrendered to the Lord in all spheres of life and live in obedience to the Word of God – Joshua 1:8

To fulfill the ministry that the Lord Jesus has bestowed upon him, living a joyful life as a Messenger of the Messiah and being a faithful steward of the Lord’s resources in the business world and elsewhere.

To make a meaningful contribution to the Business world at large and provide a Service of Excellence in whatever task is at hand.
