I cannot phone to enrol during the day as I work

Extended our enrolment service into the evening

I cannot get through on the phone to book a course

Extended our team who deal with enrolment by purchasing additional PDQ machines

Your booking system is diffi cult to navigate

We have improved some of the processes and redesigned the booking process within the constraints of the system

I leave a message but no one gets back to me

We have improved our recording and follow up procedures, including assigning a single member of staff to follow through a customer enquiry to completion

Some of your venues are not fi t for purpose

Stopped using some venues and introduced new ones with more suitable accommodation.

I cannot afford the time for a long course

We have systematically introduced shorter courses and one day workshops

I do not want to commit to a long 10 weeks course nor can I afford to pay for a 10 week course

We have split many of our courses into shorter 5 week courses and introduced fl exible payment arrangements
