The evening will feature work by Ombetha Yehinga Organisation (OYO) from Namibia, presenting new work created in partnership with a group of young people and artists from Leeds. The Yorkshire Dance Youth have, inspired by Louise Wallinger’s Annoying the Neighbours, created a short film about dancing with their neighbours, first seen at Juncture 2014. Community arts organisation Space2 presents two short films in response to the experiences of connecting with particular community groups in Leeds, by artists Kevin Hickson (visual and digital artist) and Tony Stephenson (visual artist), working alongside Fallen Angels Dance Theatre.
