Bentuk site yang memanjang diapit lingkungan dan akses utama trasnportasi menaikan nilai ekonomi. Namun adanya cultutral heritage di depan dapat menutupi fasad. Untuk itu diperlukan beberapa strategi menggabungkan CG dalam site yang justru makin meningkatkan nilai.
