Pizza of peppers and chicken
Ingredients
200ml of water 50ml of oil 1 tablespoon of salt 400g of flour Bakery yeast Tomato sauce Pepper Mozzarella Roast chicken Cheese Oregano Procedure: 1. Heat the liquids with the salt and add them into a platter which contains the flour with the yeast. Put it into the fridge for a couple hours. 2. Strech the dough and put it on a mold. Then start adding all the ingredients: 1 spread the tomato sauce 2 Add the mozzarella (spreading it) 3 Chop the roast chicken and add it 4 Chop the pepper and add them 5 Add slices of cheese 6 Add the oregano. 3. Put it into the oven.

Tacos Ingredients
Onion Minced meat Fried tomato Chesse Mozzarella Salt Oregano Pepper Salad (cabbage,carrot and lettuce) Chilli sauce Corn cakes
Procedure: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.
Cut the onion and fry. Make it in olive oil and salt to your taste. Beat the onion and fry the minced meat. Add salt, pepper and cumin. Add onion and oregano, then add fried tomato. 6. Add eight slices of cheese next to the minced beef. 7. Put the cooked meat in a bowl, after make the enchilada (putting a meat base surrounded by mozzarella and put it in the oven for 15 minutes). 8. Heat the corn cakes in the skillet without oil and then add the meat , the salad or other supplements.

CANNELLONI Ingredients
12 canelon sheets 150g of tuna preserved natural 3 hard-boiled eggs Fried tomato or tomato sauce Oil and salt Shredded cheese for gratin To cook bechamel: 250ml milk A tablespoon of flour and one of butter Ground black pepper Nutmeg
Procedure: 1. Boil the water with a little salt and oil to cook the foils.Once cooked spread the sheets on a cloth so they don't stick.Fill the canelons with tuna ,tomato and boiled egg. 2. Preparing the bechamel: Melt the butter,then add the tablespoon of flour.and we stir well.finally incorporate the milk while still stirring.add pepper and nutmeg to taste. Finally spread the bechamel over the canelon,place in grated chesse above and gratin on top of the oven. Time: 1 hour

Paratha Ingredients
250g of wheat flour. 1 spoon of salt (optional). 2 cups of water. Sunflower oil.
Procedure: 1. To make the dough, first mix the wheat
flour and the water. You can add some salt if you want. Knead the dough until it is soft 2. Divide the dough into small portions and
roll them with the rolling pin. 3.. Preheat the griddle.
4. Take a small amount of sunflower oil
and smear it to the dough. 5. When the griddle is heated, put the
dough in it. When you see small bubbles appearing in the dough, turn it over. 6. When you see some brown spots in both
sides, remove it from the griddle. Your paratha is ready! Time: 45 min – 1hour

Lemon cake
Ingredients 1 lemon yogurt 1 measure of sunflower oil 2 measures of sugar 3 measures of flour Butter Eggs Yeast Procedure:
Pour the lemon yogurt into a bowl. Beat the eggs with the sugar, and add the yeast with the flour and oil. Use the electric mixer to beat all the ingredients. When we have the fine and homogeneous dough, pour it on a removable mold. Spread some butter and sprinkle it with flour to make it easier to unmold the cake. Bake it for 30-35 minutes at 180°C degrees and we will have finished our cake! Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients
Puff pastry 1 or 2 eggs Chocolate(sweet) or york and cheese(salty)
Procedure: 1. Extend the puff pastry with a roller pin, and cut it into triangles. If you cut a lot of triangles, the croissants will be smaller. 2. Then cover the puff pastry with york and cheese or with chocolate. Next, roll up the triangles and then cover it with yolk only on the top. 3. Bake them in the oven for 20 minutes.

Homemade Cookies Ingredients
3 eggs Butter Sugar (60g) Plain yoghurt Flour (180g) Yeast (8g) Vanilla essence Bowl
Procedure: 1. First of all, break the three eggs in the bowl, add the sugar and mix it. Then add the yoghurt to the mixture and stir for a minute. Next, add a tablespoon and a half of melt butter and once it is mixed, add the flour. Then add the yeast and the vanilla essence and stir until the mixture become homogeneus. Finally, let the mixture rest in the fridge for around two hours. 2. Now with the mixture finished, divide the dough of the cookies with a small spoon, put it on an oven tray and bake the dough for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Ingredients
125g flour 2 eggs 250ml milk 50g butter 5g sugar 1 pinch salt 1 teaspoon butter to spread the pan
Procedure: 1) Pour the milk, eggs, flour, sugar and salt in the blender. Mix all the ingredients very well. When we obtain a homogeneous mixture, pour it into a bowl after passing it through a colander to eliminate any type of lumps. 2) Cook them carefully not to stick to the pan. Spread it until it covers the surface of the pan. They take time to get to do. After a while, you will notice that it begins to curd so turn it around. Cook it on the other side. 3) Add any syrup or seasoning to taste.

RICE PUDDING INGREDIENTS ( For four people)
200 grams of rice. 2 litres of whole milk. 300 grams of white sugar. Lemon rind. A cinnamon stick. Ground cinnamon.
Procedure
-Pour the milk at room temperature in a saucepan, add a cinnamon stick and lemon rind (only the yellow part, without any white because it will get bitter. -Place the rice in a strainer and have it under the tap for a few seconds. -Drain and pour into milk. -Put the milk on the fire and stir so that the rice doen't stick. When it starts to boil, lower the heat, and keep boiling while stirring. -When the rice is ready and the milk has thickened, the sugar is added and removed from the heat. -Pour into a container or individual containers , let it cool and spread ground cinnamon over.

Brownie Ingredients 12 squares of black chocolate ½ teaspoon of yeast 4 tablespoon of butter 6 tablespoon of sugar 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence 2 eggs 6 tablespoon of wheat flour 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder 1 sprinkle of salt 4 tablespoon of milk 1 handful of walnuts
Procedure: 1. First, melt in a saucepan in a bain marie the squares of chocolate and the butter. Then, start adding the sugar, the vanilla essence, the eggs, the flour, the cocoa powder, the yeast, the salt, the milk and a handful of walnuts. Then, stir all the mixture. 2.To finish the recipe, bake it in the microwave for 7 minutes. Take it out of the microwave, and finally leave it to cool during 30 minutes

Grandma's Cake Ingredients
2 chocolate jars (the flavour you choose)
1 bowl with milk
3 packages of cookies (normal)
1 mold
1 spreading tongue
Procedure: 1. First, pour the milk in a bowl. Then dip the cookies and place them in a mold or container forming the base. 2. Next, pour a layer of chocolate on the base of the cookie. This layer should be well placed. 3. Then add another layer of cookies dipped in milk and on top of this, other layer of chocolate 4. Continue so until we reach the edge of our mold. Keep it cold and it would be delicious.

Cheese-Cake Ingredients Philadelphia cheese: 500 grams Sugar: 200 grams 4 Eggs Cream: 250 grams Flour: 1 tablespoon Strawberries jam
Procedure: 1. Place the cheese in the blender and beat it until a dough is made. Add the sugar, 4 eggs, the cream and a spoon of flour. 2. Pour that mixture of ingredients in a mold. 3. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees. 4. Once finished, put the cake in the fridge for about 2 hours. 5. Spread the jam on top of the cake to taste.
