Nicaraguan Tacos Ingredients         

1 ½ pound of meat to shred. 10 or 20 tortillas. ½ chopped cabbage. 1 tomato. 1 onion.

Salt. ½ tablespoon of English sauce. ½ tablespoon of mustard. 3 tablespoon of ketchup.

Procedure:

Cook the meat cut into pieces until it is soft, let it cool. Remove it from the broth and crumble it finely. Put a cooking pot on the fire with two tablespoons of oil, the onion and the tomato. Add the English sauce, mustard, ketchup, salt and pepper. Fry them with the meat until it is golden brown and completely dry. Turn off the heat and let cool.

MACARONI BOLOGNESE

INGREDIENTS ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ●

150 gr of macaroni A quarter of onion One garlic clove 120 gr of chicken Salt and peeper A tablespoon of extra virgen olive oil Grated emmental 150 gr of grated tomato

Procedure: Add the spoonful of oil to the pan and fry the onion and the chopped garlic. Grate the tomato and fry it. Then add the chicken, stir it and finish seasoning (salt and pepper). Fill a pot with water and wait for it to boil. Pour the pasta and cook. Once it is cooked, remove them from the water and drain. End up adding the macaroni to the tomato sauce and sprinkle the cheese.

Salmorejo cordobés

Ingredients       

1kg of tomatoes 2 garlic cloves 150 g. of bread Vinagre (optional) 100 ml of olive oil Salt Seasonings: ham and hard-boiled egg

Procedure: 1. Peel the tomatoes, split in half and put in the blender glass. 2. Add the garlic, the salt, and beat the ingredients a little bit. 3. Next, add the chopped white bread and vinegar. Again, add the oil, until we see that the mixture has caught a creamy texture. 4. Serve it in bowls and put hard-boiled egg and chopped ham on top.

Mini hamburgers

Ingredients      

3 mini hamburgers (minced meat) Lettuce. 1 tomato. Hamburger's bread. Ketchup. Salt, oil and pepper

Procedure: 1. First, fry the hamburgers in a pan with some oil. Then, turn the hamburguers 3 times and add the salt and the pepper. 2. Then, wash the lettuce and the tomato. Peel the tomato and cut them in half lengthwise. 3. Finally, place the mini hamburguers into the hamburguer's bread, add the lettuce, the tomato and the ketchup.

CHIPS & EGGS PATATAS AL PELOTON INGREDIENTS ● 1 kilo of potatoes ● 200 ml of olive oil ● 6 eggs ● Salt ● Ham (optional)

Procedure:

First of all, peel the potatoes and put them in a bowl. After some time in the water, take them off and drain. Later, cut the potatoes in slices and put them into the fryer to fry. Next, place the fried potatoes in the cooking pot. After, crash the eggs and add them also into the cooking pot. Stir the potatoes and the eggs for 20 minutes and add some salt. When the potatoes and eggs are completely cooked, put them in the plates. To finish, add ham over the potatoes and the eggs. This is the “patatas al peloton“.

Hot Dog Ingredients    

Bread. Oil. Sausages. Sauces: mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard...

Procedure:

1. Take the bread and cut it in half. 2. Put the sausages in the pan and make them for 3 minutes, grill it on both sides. 3. Take the sausages with a fork and put them into the bread. 4. We can add sauces to the taste diners, such as: mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard .... 5. ...and ready to eat!!!

Corn pancakes

Ingredients

    

1/4 cup of salt 3/4 cup of water 1 cup of corn flour A frying pan A roll of plastic wrap.

Procedure: 1.Mix the corn flour with the water, until we get a wet dought. It mustnt´t be dry. 2. Add salt and heat up the dought in the frying pan. Then, form balls with the dought but place a piece of plastic wrap to prevent them to stick. 3.Take off the plastic wrap and put the dought in the frying pan. Finally, turn over the dought. If you want , you can add cheese or spice

Chicken breast with potatoes Ingredients    

3 or 4 grilled breast fillets 200 grams the patato A pinch of salt Half a litre of olive oil

Procedure: - Peel the potatoes. Cut them into strips. Wash them. Pour them salt. And finally fry them. - In a pan with virgin olive oil, fry the chicken fillets on both sides. Remember to add a pinch of salt. - Bring the potatoes to a clean plate first, in a corner of the same plate add the fillet in the other half. Eat this great dish with bread and a great drink. .

Pancakes

INGREDIENTS ●

1 eggs

2 spoons of sugar

15ml of milk

a pinch of salt

130g of wheat flour

1 spoon of yeast

Procedure: 1. Mix the eggs, sugar, milk, salt, flour and yeast in a bowl. 2.Beat all the ingredients and let the mixture stands. 3. Heat a pan with some butter or oil not to stick the mixture. 4.Pour it in the pan and cook on both sides. Afterwards, take it out.

Dorayakis

Ingredients        

2 eggs 50 gr of sugar 15 ml of honey 85 g pastry flour a pinch of salt 2 ml of chemical yeast 40 ml of water Chocolate

Procedure: 1. Place the eggs in a bowl with the sugar and honey. 2. Beat it with a rod mixer until double or almost triple its volume and get a pale colour and thick texture. 3. Sift the flour with the yeast and a slight pinch of salt. 4. Mix with movements.

Rice Pudding

Ingredients: - 250g of rice - 0,5L of milk - 75g of sugar - lemon peel - Cinnamon powder - A cinnamon stick --Half a glass of water Procedure: 1. Add the lemon peel, the rice, the cinnamon stick and the water in a cooking pot and put it in a low heat. 2. Add the milk and stir it. 3. Add sugar to get a sweet taste and remove the lemon peel and the cinnamon stick. 4. Finally, sprinkle with cinnamon powder.

Huesitos Pie

Ingredients     

A tablespoon of butter Cream chocolate As many wafers as height you want the cake to have. A chocolate tablet to melt. Toppings (optional)

Procedure: 1. Melt the chocolate tablet with the butter and stir it well. Spread the cream chocolate in a plate to hold a wafer on it, so the pie don´t move. Then spread more cream chocolate on the wafer and add another wafer and so on. 2. When the pie reaches the wanted height, cover it all with the melted chocolate and let it cold in the fridge during the whole night. Get the pie out of the fridge the next morning and add some toppings if you want.
