Green Harissa Sauce

Serves 10

1 oz. (30g) parsley

1 oz. (30g) cilantro

2 garlic cloves

1 jalapeño, sliced

1 tsp. smoked paprika

1 tsp. ground cumin

½ tsp. salt

2 tbsp. olive oil

1 tsp. apple cider vinegar

8.5 oz. (240g) silken tofu

What you need to do

Place all ingredients, except the tofu, in a food processor or high speed blender and pulse until finely chopped. Now add the tofu and pulse again until smooth.
