Continuous – The rocker line that started it all. Speed and fluid predictable pop truly define this rocker. Designed to carry great speed into the wake with minimal drag, a Continuous rocker generates a longer trajectory with similar pop every time.
Abrupt Continuous – This rocker line adds a little more kick to

the speed that so many riders look for. The Abrupt Continuous rocker line transitions to a slightly exaggerated tip and tail rocker creating added pop without sacrificing speed into the wake.
Subtle 3-Stage – This is the stepping-stone to the 3-stage rocker style of ride. Utilizing a smaller flat spot between your feet, a Subtle 3-Stage rocker creates just enough vertical pop to know its there.

Tri-Ax Glass
The secret recipe we have been perfecting since day one. This core material is the gold standard in the industry and used throughout our line. Bio 3 is our lightest and most durable formula to date.
This glass features a configuration of fibers running in three directions to allow for maximum durability while still allowing the board to flex.
E-Core
Our fiberglass is available in 3 weights depending on the board. Over time, traditional woven glass fibers will separate. With layered glass every Hyperlite deck will have the same pop off the double up year after year.
This 100% wood core brings life to your deck and adds a new dimension of wake-to-wake feel and control on rails.
Strata Track Mounting System This revolutionary mounting system allows a rider to choose any point on the Strata’s 13-inch inch axis to secure their boot, allowing for the ultimate micro stance adjustment and customized set-ups.

PERFORMANCE BASES Sintered Enduro Base Our Sintered Enduro base material is the strongest most durable running surface we offer. The Sintered Enduro formula undergoes a process that creates a strong bond between particles making the finished product nearly indestructible. This base option is the perfect choice for the cable park season pass holder.

TRADITIONAL CORE
This is the lightest most advanced construction method offered to date. It all centers around our special Nova core material. This material is fully machined and has vastly different properties than other core material. It is lighter, livelier, and stores and releases energy as you ride. We combine this material with Carbon Torsion Strips on the top and bottom of the board. These strips provide added rigidity and also help to create a snappier feel off the wake. In order to make sure this construction method holds up to the punishment rides can dish out we have added a strip of E-Core to the center of the board, reinforcing the overall strength and making this construction stronger than ever.
Designing and developing a stronger and more durable construction method has always been our focus. Taking what we learned from our other constructions and combining them into one has created Crossover technology. This stringer construction allows us to combine the benefits of different materials into one. The Nova core material is utilized on the SL version and creates a snappy lightweight feel. Our Bio 3 core is used in the standard Crossover construction and creates a durable more traditional feel underfoot. Combined with either of these options, the E-Core reinforces the strength allowing a thinner profile. We finish everything off with an ABS sidewall for impact protection and you have a board built for the park.
The construction method that started it all! We begin with our formula of Bio 3 foam and then wrap it with our exclusive layered glass making sure every edge utilizes our Monocoque lay-up. This traditional construction yields a part that is strong enough for our best athletes, but also perfect for a first time rider.

Enduro Base helps to prolong the life of your deck without sacrificing the ride. This exclusive base is a blend of lightweight durable materials to help your deck last longer. It also has very similar characteristics to traditional materials behind the boat so you don’t have to worry about a slow draggy ride.
Molded-In ABS fins In an effort to maximize the durability of our traditional construction, our design team introduced ABS into the molded-in fin areas on certain models. This material reinforces the areas that usually wear down first.

The Marek Nova features one of the most advanced constructions on the market. Its fully machined Nova Core is lighter and snappier than any other option in the Hyperlite line. The overall volume of the board, now reduced by 15%, makes the Marek lighter than the original generation. Maintaining a responsive edge and speed into the wake was key in the design. The Abrupt Continuous rocker line produces great pop off the wake while allowing the board to maintain the quick feel it has been famous for. The next generation Marek features slightly mellower base features resulting in a quicker release off the wake, allowing a rider to initiate a trick sooner. The Marek Nova is everything you have come to love about Rusty’s shapes in a leaner more responsive package.
Rusty’s ride is also available in a more traditional Bio version. This core option is built using the Bio 3 formula that has become a standard in our line. Because of the reduced volume in this second generation Marek, the board still maintains a light overall feel. Edge response and good speed into the wake have always been keys to the Marek’s performance and this generation is no exception. The four 9 degree angled fins help to create a responsive feel while the Abrupt Continuous rocker line allows the Marek to carry great speed into the wake and maintain solid pop. This series also features slightly mellower base features, allowing it to release more quickly off the wake. This series is the evolution of the fast, explosive ride the Marek has become known for.

JD WEBB SIGNATURE MODEL JD and Scott Bouchard have gotten together yet again to create the third installment in a very successful series. This all-new design has given JD the ability to ride at the cable or behind the boat with the same deck. Thanks to our Crossover Core technology, which combines two advanced core materials, the Webb provides great flex characteristics but maintains its rocker line between the bindings allowing for great pop off of the wake. The shape itself features a very Blended 3-Stage rocker line allowing it to carry speed and pop. The Webb also has mellow tip and tail channels and a single concave base feature so it can maintain strong edge hold. The goal was to create a long lasting, innovative shape that everyone can hop on and feel at home on. The continuous rocker lays the foundation for a fast board that carves and edges with ease. The Franchise features innovative Tapered Channels that narrow at the tip and tail aligning with the Dual Fin Configuration to increase the board’s edge hold on approach to the wake. The thinner profile of the board and reduced tip and tail width minimize swing weight for simple rotations on flat and inverted spins. Designed specifically for one of the most progressive cable riders in the world, Nick Davies, the Process combines subtle cable specific features with a responsive and explosive shape. Inspired by our team, the Union series blends the functionality of a traditional wakeboard with the flex and feel of a thinner park board. SHAUN MURRAY SIGNATURE MODEL The goal of the Murray series was to design a board that utilized the pro model features that Shaun has become accustomed to while finding the balance of that user-friendly ride anyone could enjoy. Shaun’s new shape begins with his first ever Subtle 3-stage rocker line. This new rocker gives the Murray more pop than ever before but it’s subtle enough to maintain great speed into the wake and make carving as natural as his previous shapes. The new Dual Tunnel base contours allow for maximum water flow past the removable .8” P-Wing fins which creates a responsive edge but still allows for a quick release off the wake. A FREERIDE MASTERPIECE
BASED ON ORIGINAL MAREK
The B-Side series design begins at the rocker line, which is set at a 2.6 inch Blended 3–Stage. The B-Side carries more speed into the wake than ever before. This series also features a shallower, ABS polymer molded-in fin that ends nearly an inch from the tip of the board for a buttery smooth release off the wake and maximum durability on sliders. The elevated footbed reinforces the fore body of the deck to maintain a solid rocker line off the wake, but also allows for a thinned out tip and tail creating minimum swing weight and great control on rails. This series is truly a freeride masterpiece.
The Clash series is built out of the original 1080 stomping Marek mold. It is designed to provide a fast and responsive ride. With four 9 degree angled fins set just inside a two-stage channel, the Clash initiates an edge with little effort. The tip-to-tail step-down rail assures solid edge hold all the way through the wake. Combine these features with the abrupt continuous rocker line and you have a board with speed and pop like nothing else in the Legion line. The Clash is truly high-end performance without the sticker shock.

ADVANCING YOUR SKILLS QUICKER
The Tribute shape is designed for the true freeride experience. The Continuous rocker line carries awesome speed into the wake and provides all the pop you need. Its variable edge design, which rolls from soft between your feet to a sharp cupped rail tip and tail makes the board quick and responsive. The Tribute also features shorter molded-in fins which are just enough to provide good edge hold but not so much they delay release off the wake.
The Forefront series takes the next step in toe-side engineering, enabling riders to advance their skills much quicker than before. It’s top deck includes the first ever toe side footbed riser for additional leverage. The base of the Forefront features toe side channel extensions further enhancing edging and control. This is combined with four removable fins specifically designed to help aid your riding progression. Once you have mastered the toe side edge, the fins can be changed to a more traditional configuration. Never before has a board been equipped to truly grow with you as your skills progress.

We began by reducing the overall volume by nearly 16%, which translates into a much lighter boot. Our drop-through footbed keeps a rider closer to the deck for maxim control and response. To ensure the baseless design did not produce unwanted plate twist we connected the sidewalls of the chassis creating a stronger foundation.

Rusty’s new boot is built like nothing the wake industry has ever seen because of its true footwear construction. The Marek Boot interfaces with the System Binding allowing for a lightweight feel and maximum comfort. Beginning with a lightweight EVA outsole and TPR impact pods the Marek boot creates great cushioning under foot. Custom insoles with integrated arch support cradle the foot for maximum stability. Our exclusive Hyper-Liner heat moldable EVA creates a custom fit and comfort throughout the boot. The Marek boot also features the tallest cuff and most supportive feel in the System line, perfect for riders looking for instant response and a more locked in feel.
How could the king of cable not have his own System boot? Great question, that’s why Hyperlite and Nick Davies are excited to give you the Process boot. This new boot features a design that is great for the cable or behind the boat. Mr. Davies was looking for some added support so the Process boot utilizes a taller, more supportive cuff and removable power strap to accomplish this. Solid heel hold was also an important part of the design, and the 2 to 1 lacing zone allows for added retention as the laces are tightened, pulling a rider’s heel snugger into place. Just like our other System boots, the Process features a fully heat moldable Hyper-liner for the ultimate in customizable comfort, Ultron insoles for added impact protection and a full EVA-lite outsole for a lightweight feel.
Jimmy LaRiche spent a lot of time thinking about how to create the perfect boot for his style. Designing something that was supportive with great flexion was his main goal. Introducing a whole new look to wake footwear was an added bonus. The AJ boot takes everything Jimmy was looking for from a performance standpoint and packages it in a progressive, street inspired boot. The lower cut of the cuff allows a rider the mobility they need for poked out tricks while the integrated Heel Hold Down System provides added support. The new AJ also utilizes a traditional lacing system for a hassle free session and the added benefit of customizing your lace color. The new AJ boot is the perfect combination of style and function.
JD Webb’s first pro model boot was designed to perfectly complement his freeride style. The Webb Boot interfaces with the System Binding allowing for a lightweight feel and maximum comfort. When asked to build the perfect all around boot we answered with the Team. If you’re a seasoned pro or just getting comfortable standing sideways, this is the perfect boot for you. The Team Closed Toe boot offers mid range support for the rider looking for a little extra flex, but with no loss of hold thanks to its heel retention strap. This feature pulls the riders foot into the heel pocket as the boot is laced for reduced lift. Dual quick cinch lace zones and seamless liner construction allow for a fit that produces no pressure points. The Team also utilizes the new Low Pro plate system for a lighter weight feel and the closest boot to board connection possible.
The Team Open Toe was built for a rider looking for the feel and functionality of a supportive mid flex boot with the adjustability of an open toe. The slightly higher cuff and Seamless Liner Construction allows for additional support with a comfortable fit. The adjustable open toe design makes it a great choice to accommodate a wide array of foot sizes. Dual quick cinch lace zones allow for easy entry and exit at the beginning or end of your set. The Team OT also utilizes the new Low Pro plate system for a lighter weight feel and the closest foot to board connection possible.
The completely redesigned Focus boot is a perfect choice for any skill level. The Focus features an easy to get into design with three closure points. This gives a rider many options when it comes to the fit of their boot. The lower Velcro strap and center lace zone can be cinched down to help with a snug fit and the upper Velcro strap can be tightened for a little additional support. The Focus is a fully adjustable design which allows for a wide array of foot sizes. Our all-new Low-Pro plate features the most light weight feel and close to the board connection we have offered to date.
The Remix boot is a supportive but easy-to-get-into adjustable boot. It features Dual Lace Zones like more expensive boots, but the plushness you come to expect from an open-toe. The 3D molded tongue provides maximum comfort with no sacrificed board control. The Remix is an excellent choice for beginner to intermediate riders looking for a comfortable, user-friendly option.

The System Pro is designed to be the most advanced binding in the line. It utilizes new features making it even better than previous versions. Our all-new Flexion Ankle Strap design provides a more comfortable fit and better range of forward flex. Its anatomical shape allows it to fit perfectly across your instep. We have also updated the Pro with Tool-less hardware on the straps for quick, on the fly adjustments. The System design philosophy allows us to build unmatched strength, support, and response into the binding itself without sacrificing comfort. The System Pro features full GX3 construction making it light weight and extremely strong. The articulating highback allows for greater support and moves with a rider’s leg to ensure a full range of rear motion. Creating the perfect shape for advanced female riders has always been important to Hyperlite. With the help of Raimi Merritt we have created just the board. The Maiden series features a continuous rocker that lays the foundation for a fast board that carves and edges with ease. The Maiden features innovative Tapered Channels narrow at the tip and tail aligning the Dual Fin Configuration to increase the board’s edge hold on approach to the wake. This helps to deliver a pop off the wake like no other for any approach style. The thinner profile of the board and reduced tip and tail width minimize swing weight for simple rotation on flat and inverted spins. Combine all of this with our women’s specific Satin flex and Dual Molded Landing features and you have a deck perfect for a female ripper.
The Syn is the shape of choice for the “It Girls” team and is proven on tour, cables & sliders. The Syn carries awesome speed into the wake and has all the pop you need. With a variable edge design which rolls from soft between your feet to a sharp cupped rail tip and tail, this board is as quick and responsive as they come. A new feature that strays from traditional Hyperlite shapes however is the Syn’s shorter curved molded in fins. Ending almost two inches from the tip and tail of the board, its just enough fin to know its there and working but nothing to delay release off the wake.

It’s top deck includes the first ever toe side footbed riser for additional leverage. The base of the Jade features toe side channel extensions further enhancing edging and control. Until now, there has never been a boot in the Hyperlite line designed specifically for a female rider. The new Syn boot is built from the ground up to fit and function for ladies looking to take their riding to the next level. The new Syn has reduced internal volume and a lower cuff to accurately fit a women’s foot and calf. The Quick Cinch lace system and Power Strap also allow for fine tuning of boot tension. All of these features are wrapped up on our new Low Pro plate system which puts the rider closer to the deck of the board for maximum feel and control.
The completely redesigned Blur boot is a perfect choice for any skill level. The Blur features an easy to get into design that has three closure points. This gives a rider many options when it comes to the fit of their boot. The lower Velcro strap and center lace zone can be cinched down to help with a snug fit and the upper Velcro strap can be tightened for a little additional support. The Blur is a fully adjustable design wich allows for a wide array of foot sizes. Our all-new Low-Pro plate features the most light weight feel and close to the board connection we have offered to date. The plush footbed makes for a super comfortable ride whether it is your first of last set of the day.
The Jinx boot is a supportive but easy to get into adjustable boot. It features a dual lace zones like much more expensive boots, but the plushness you come to expect from an open-toe. The 3D molded tongue provides maximum comfort with no sacrificed board control. The Jinx is an excellent choice for beginner to intermediate riders looking for a comfortable, user-friendly option.

As Wakeskating continuously evolves and demands more from each athlete, the rider has to get the most from their skate. Brian has always demanded the most of himself and has spent the past season developing the ModelG skate. Working closely with shaper Scott Bouchard, Brian’s ModelG comes in at 42” weighing 11.75 lbs. Increasing the deck’s overall profile provides a larger, more consistent pop off all wake sizes and boosts ollie power when approaching rails and drops. The weight is achieved by an internal system strategically placed so the deck’s rotational axis stays true. Brian went to town on the top deck, pushing the concaves to their outer most points and covering the deck with a pure grip tape top delivering more room to control and feel the board. A blended 3-stage rocker combined with tip and tail channels maintain the Grubb/Butch feel you’ve come to love, but overall this is a vastly improved skate you must jump on!
Inspired by Chris Kallas and perfected by the Catalyst team, the new Urso series showcases what traditional wakeskates are all about. The 12ply concave construction yields the perfect balance of weight and feel. The Nomad Series starts with a blended 3-stage rocker line to generate good speed into the wake. Butch also built a wider overall profile for increased surface area to give the shape extra wake-to-wake pop. To ensure the ride was not too loose, dual base channels for tighter edge hold into the wake were added. Finished off with more pronounced concaves and a full EVA traction pad, the Nomad is built for today’s skaters riding both wake and rails.
The Paragon series has been completely redesigned for 2013. This skate features a dual density EVA top with true skate concaves. This series utilizes a redesigned edge bevel to provide a more effective edge into the wake. The Paragon is finished off with a fully sealed 9-ply bottom deck for all the feel and pop of wood.
The Stylus series has the traditional 9 ply wood construction for that classic snap and feel on the water. The Stylus is an inexpensive, wood core deck for skaters looking to take the drop for the first time.
