CONFERENCE BADGES

Please do not wear badges outside of YAF sessions and YAF events. Regent has a strict policy regarding the wearing of name badges while onboard, including in dining areas and public spaces. Regent asks that you only wear your YAF name badge when in our private event spaces for YAF sessions and events.
However you can wear your YAF cruise gear wherever you want! We ask that you wear your conference badge while in our YAF receptions and speaker sessions. Not only does wearing the badge help us identify you as a YAF guest, but it also helps you and other participants and speakers become acquainted.
DINING ROTATIONS
To stimulate dialogue amongst the group, YAF speakers and staff have tables reserved during dinner, to which they will invite others to join them on specific nights. Please consult the dinner schedule and times affixed to the back of your name badge, which will indicate when you are assigned to dine at a speaker/staff-hosted table. On days marked as OFF, please feel free to make your own dinner arrangements. If you are unable to participate in any assigned dinners, please let our YAF cruise team know as soon as possible.
DINNER OPTIONS
Regent Seven Seas Voyager features a variety of dining options. On nights you are not scheduled for a YAF dining rotation, you have the option to dine at one of the following dining options.
Compass Rose (6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.) • Open Seating
The ship’s main dining room, featuring traditional and modern fare
Specialty Restaurants (6:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.)
Sette Mari at La Veranda • Open Seating Casual intimate dining with Italian specialties
Chartreuse • Reservations Required
Tucked away near the Horizon Lounge, Chartreuse is a hidden gem featuring modern French fare with attentive servers and a maître d’ on hand to ensure your dining experience is flawless and accompanied by the finest French wines. The menu beckons with a variety of “new” flavors such as a veal rack of loin with caramelized endive, grape chutney, and the earthy tones of a walnut veal jus sauce.
Prime 7 • Reservations Required
A true classic that sets a new standard in American steakhouse fare. Handsomely decorated throughout, Prime 7 on Seven Seas Voyager® welcomes you with a vibrant blue palette set off by white-leather chairs, dazzling the eyes as your appetite gets serious. Dine on expertly prepared filet mignon and cote de boeuf, accompanied by tantalizing sides to share and topped off with expert wine recommendations. Prime 7 is open for dinner only.
Room Service • Available 24-Hours
Regent offers room service around the clock. Select from an extensive room service menu, and the wait staff will promptly serve your order in the comfort of your suite.
SEMINAR EVALUATION FORMS
How are we doing? Cruise evaluation forms will be available near the conclusion of the cruise at the Young America’s Foundation Information Desk. Please let us know what you think of these seminars-at-sea.
NO SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the ship except for the Connoisseur Club smoking lounge.
TIME CHANGES
On nights of time changes, the ship will place a “turn your clock back or forward“ reminder in your stateroom and will also be noted in Daily Passages, the ship’s evening printed update. Please remember that it may take your cell phone more than 24 hours to update to the local time.
SHIPBOARD ACTIVITIES
In addition to the Young America’s Foundation agenda, be sure to consult the Daily Passages daily program, which is delivered to your stateroom each night. Daily Passages is a valuable guide to help plan your next day, containing a schedule of the ship’s daily activities and informative information on the ports of call.

Join your fellow YAF cruisers for a casual night cap from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m. in Horizon Lounge. Please note, this space is not reserved and is available to all cruisers. Lounge availability is subject to Regent’s official onboard cruise programming. Consult this program for exact times and location for YAF’s exclusive receptions and onboard events.
