Mary Young plays an active role in Young Living’s dayto-day business, providing direction to the Executive team and employees. She also plays a vital role in mentoring and empowering members as they share the mission and benefits of Young Living with the world. Mary was introduced to the direct-selling industry in 1985, and within two years she had cultivated and built a successful multimillion-dollar organisation. Since the inception of Young Living, Mary has combined her expansive knowledge and experience in the direct-selling industry and hands-on approach to help Young Living become—and remain—the world leader in essential oils. Mary is also instrumental in Young Living’s philanthropic endeavours, and she leads global outreach efforts through the D. Gary Young Foundation. She embodies Young Living’s commitment to supporting individuals and communities as they strive to live healthy lifestyles.

European by birth and in heart, Peter is loving being back in Europe working with a higher purpose at Young Living Europe. Peter grew up in Denmark and
Young Living welcomes Kristen Tod as the new vice president of Europe. In this newly created position, Kristen will focus on building relationships

studied at the University of Odense, Denmark, where he received an MBA with an emphasis in sales and marketing. Peter has global network marketing experience, thanks to his positions as Executive Director of International at USANA, Sr. VP of International at Melaleuca and Area President at Max international. Peter worked for 7 years with Stephen Covey as a leadership consultant for clients such as General Motors, 3M, Papa John’s Pizza, and Ford – and has been a professor teaching executive MBA student’s entrepreneurship, strategy and leadership at three universities. Peter’s favourite Young Living products are Frankincense essential oil and NingXia Red. Peter is married and has 4 children and 9 grandchildren.

Since then she’s worked as a distributor with another networking company, started her own network marketing company and became a successful corporate business-development and sales leader. Kristen started with Young Living in 2014 and helped the company during an important transition from Brisbane to its new headquarters in Sydney. Under her leadership, Young Living in Australia achieved 180 percent growth, making it one of the largest network marketing companies in Australia and New Zealand. People are drawn to Kristen’s passion, hands-on mentoring and management style as she helps them build their own businesses. Even before joining Young Living, Kristen used Young Living’s Lavender essential oil to unwind before bed.

CHIEF SCIENCE OFFICER
Dr. Buch was appointed as Young Living’s first-ever Chief Science Officer in 2016. Dr. Buch’s work includes scientific research and development on new and established products, new applications and claims, and product strategy and stewardship. Dr. Buch brings with him more than 25 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. He earned a BA in chemistry from Franklin and Marshall College and MS and PhD degrees in analytical chemistry from the University of Delaware. Dr. Buch has led global organisations at some of the world’s leading companies, and his success has resulted in more than a dozen patents in the health care field, several books and several published articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals. He is personally responsible for developing health care products with annual sales of nearly $3 billion, and his products have been marketed in more than 100 countries. Dr. Buch is also a member of several prestigious associations, including the Institute on Science for Global Policy and the American Association for the Advancement of Science. Dr. Buch enjoys fresh and saltwater fishing and has a passion for photography. He loves the crisp, outdoorsy scent of Young Living’s R.C. and he often diffuses it during the winter months to add a fresh scent to the air.
Frazer is known for his high energy and ability to ignite the fire in the audience. His way of training is extremely relatable, entertaining and comes from an angle of someone who has actually been around the industry his entire life. Frazer teaches core skills, social media and leadership, as well as the importance of Network Marketing due to his unique story of growing up with 2 successful parents in the industry. You won’t just get another presentation, but an actionable step by step strategy to implement.

Whether you want to discover more about how to use social media to take your YL business to the next level or learn how best to share your passion for Young Living with your communities, we have something for everyone. All workshops will take place in the Copper or Silver Hall and will be consecutively inter preted from English into the following languages: In Copper Hall, all workshops will be translated into: French – Dutch – German – Russian In Silver Hall, all workshops will be translated into: Finnish – Lithuanian – Spanish – Romanian All workshops will repeat on Friday, Saturday and Sunday to allow you time to experience the Expo and get the most out of the workshops available.
