Adult Basketball

Ages 18+

Gather up your friends and co-workers and join our recreational 5-on-5 basketball leagues. Teams will play a 7-8 game League season and Playoffs for the top Teams in each division. .All players must be at least 18 years old & enroll on the Team Roster through ActiveNet. Matching uniforms - All Teams are required to have matching Jersey with a Number. Jerseys need to be the same color and have a permanent number.

Adult Soccer Coed 7v7

Ages 18+

The Cosumnes Community Services District’s Adult 7v7 Coed Soccer Leagues offer fun, exercise, and competition. Games are played Sunday evenings at Hal Bartholomew Sports Park. Teams are guaranteed a minimum of seven games per season.

Adult Softball

Ages 18+

We offer the following divisions: D-1, teams looking for a competitive game with their own equipment D-2, teams looking for a semicompetitive game with their own equipment. D-3 teams looking for a recreational game with their own equipment. Enrollment includes a $30 required membership fee for the Greater Sacramento Softball Association.

Adult Volleyball

Ages 18+

Gather up your friends and join our recreational 6-on-6 Coed Volleyball League. Teams will play a 7-8 game season and playoffs will be offered for the top 4 teams in the Division. This league is designed for teams who are looking for recreational level play. All players must be at least 18 years old & enroll on the Team Roster through Team Sideline.
