29th march – 1st april, and makes the city even more of a chocolate haven than usual! with the scrumptious York chocolate market, the chance to invent your own chocolate bar at the cocoa house and the birthday celebrations at York’s chocolate story, you’ll be spoilt for choice. of course, march isn’t just about chocolate. we’re incredibly excited to welcome the York dungeon back to our streets! The attraction will reopen this month, bigger and better than ever, after it was hit by flooding last year. There are new scripts, costumes and room layouts, so it’ll be like nothing you’ve seen before! alongside all that, it’s there’s a fantastic programme of events going on here in York to celebrate international women’s week and the York Literature Festival – there really is something for everyone this month!
