THE MAGPIES FESTIVAL. Sutton Park, York. Set up by local band The Magpies, the festival is returning for its third year after sell out crowds in 2021 and 2022. It’s set at the historic Sutton House and features two full days of great live music starring Rachel Sermanni, a New York Brass Band and many more. There’s also a great range of local food vendors, exciting markets stalls and engaging activities like morning yoga, a junk percussion workshop or circus skills for the kids.
